Got my coffee for the day. Thank you. Stop by yesterday on my way to work, wonderful service as usual, thank you. MERRY CHRISTMAS. Went there to get hot chocolate, ordered at kiosk, and waited for name to be called. I arrived past 7: 30 p.m. Left after 8: 20pm, cabbie said he saw people went in and left right away, whereas I waited longer. Saw somebody eventually filled hot chocolate on cup. I am not going to react negatively as it's Christmas. I've been here b4, you can do better than today. Merry Christmas to everybody.

I was really disappointed for the way employees behaved than for double charges on my order.

This is undoubtedly THE BEST Tim’s in Winnipeg. I have been a customer for years, in all forms, walk in, drive through and delivery app, and they have never once messed up my order, the staff is always polite and helpful despite dealing with the downtown crowd all and and being in close proximity to a high school. Expect quick and high quality service at this location 10/10 recommends. I can’t stop drinking the Baileys cold brew it’s outstanding!

Despite these areas for improvement, Tim Hortons remains a convenient choice for a quick coffee or snack. With a bit more attention to detail in service, product quality, and cleanliness, it has the potential to elevate its standing and provide an even more enjoyable experience for customers.

Quick service, location was a bit of a busy area, came around lunch time. We ordered the loaded bowl meal, it was good, just surprised to see jalapenos for habanero flavor. Was able to go in and out without the long wait.

I ordered food from uber it is not fresh i ordered everything twist and potato wedges its all hard.i wastage my money

Service not bad kinda dirty tables full of garbage and not enough garbages available also there is a huge problem with pan handling and no seating due to people sitting without buying anything taking up all the tables

Me and my friends went to Mc Donald’s to get the $1 drink on our way back some of us wanted to get something from Tim's we went in and we got told that we had to leave because we are advertising mc Donald’s just for one mc Donald’s cups, and was getting yelled at the most of the time

I had a worst experience working at this Tim because of manager Sarina. I worked for about 2 months, and then she stopped giving me schedule without even notifying me. She was so rude while I was working there. It was definitely a blessing in disguise for me that I don’t have to work in that toxic environment. Management should have talk with her to improve her rude behaviour.

The dining portion of this restaurant is bright and fairly clean. You will have to ask for a cloth to wipe the tables, not cleaned often.
The down side is the bathrooms. Last couple of visits the bathrooms have been dirty and in poor repair. On my last visit one was completely out of order and the other the toilet took several attempts to flush, the water tap worked but poorly and the hand dryer was complete non functioning.

I like this Tim's. The staff are nice and hard workers. Sometimes they get busy af and may make small mistakes here and there, but it's really impressive considering how many people go to this location.

It was very fast, and the food was hot. The people there seemed friendly enough. People who go there are at time a bit sketchy

Was sitting there for a while and they had a few peoples orders wrong but sounded like the people were confused too. One random customer lady was just asking everyone for money which caused a bit of an argument with another customer. She started swear this and that at him while the staff did nothing even when they were asked to by the customer being sworn at. Eventually they asked her to leave but took 10-15m and another customer or two to ask her to stop swearing. Not the norm for a Tim's but staff could have done better.

Turn on your food for skip. I don't understand why you have it off. You have 6 multi pack bagels but not the single bangles? Do your job people on the night shift.

One of the rudest I’ve ever had my order take, ordered and bacon egg on a biscuit and the egg was partially green and mu French vanilla was somehow made wrong (I thought it was a button on a machine) there was coffee grinds in it and it was black and I’m pretty sure French vanillas don’t come black and with coffee grinds

Extremely poor customer service. They don't know even how to talk. They are busy talking instead of attending customer.

Very bad customer service waiting since 10 minutes at counter nobody came to take order
When somebody came after long wait they just grabbed me a wrong order

I try buy one coke and croaissant and the costumer service say 12 bucks, what is the expensive price. And later my cashier very angry. This is a wrong service. Sorry

It's decent for the area. Sometimes they don't get my coffee right which sucks but great stuff to order like the turkey bacon club!

Ordered the Reese's Peanut butter cheesecake donuts through UberEats and all of them don't have the cheesecake filling. Also the donuts were stale. Super disappointed. Also the passion fruit tea lemonade was so bland.

It’s Tim’s.don’t like it, don’t drink it. Some are busier Han others. If it looks like a disaster in one restaurant, go to another Tim’s. There are tons of locations so you can avoid the dirty ones.

More than once the girl at the window has attempted to keep my change and when asked for my change she tries to give me a tray instead of my change. Not a good place to go for coffee.

Great, what I dont like is why do I need to check and rewards point online, when they use to do it at the store, we all have a busy life, and for me is a waste of time to go online.

You guys busy making money and leaving unsatisfied sittuation with the points.

I ordered 4 Iced cap at midnight on skip, the ordered came with 4 straws (still sealed) in 1 cup like picture for no reason. I feel disrespect about this, unbelievable!

I couldn't have been more clearer when asking for a green tea w/ honey, after repeating & correcting the person numerous times, only to still receive the completely wrong tea.

Using the app to pre order, and get through drive thru went so smoothly and was incredibly convenient good work guys!

It's ok if you're vaccinated, to sit inside. However, if you're not vaccinated, like most places, as of late, you cannot sit inside for a coffee. In my opinion, they should make half the place vax free & dine at own risk in such area. Not to get political but vax was supposed to be a right. Now people cant even meet for coffee with

I come here almost everyday because this place is the closest Coffee shop near me and there hasn’t been a day Where they treated me decent. Majority of the staff are very rude and disrespectful. The lobby area and the tables are always dirty and they usually refuse to clean it or give you attitude before doing so. I’m usually not the type to leave reviews but their attitude and bad customer service Was something I couldn’t let pass by. I also informed their supervisor but nothing has changed.

Every time I order here they always get my order right the coffee is hot not necessarily always fresh though. Make fresh coffee every 20 minutes that's the golden rule

Ordered 2 coffees and it wasn't at all busy inside, but it took almost ten minutes to get the coffee!

I didn't like the service she was rude then answering the phone twice then talked to another employee for 5 mins so let's just say that it was terrible experience

Please teach your staff to treat all people with dignity and respect. What happened with the woman on Saturday at 2: 15 is not acceptable. We all make mistakes but when we do, it is our responsibility to fix them. Educate your staff and make sure this never happens again. You are getting a lot of bad press for this. Real and public changes are necessary.

Disappointed in our breakfast this morning. It was missing both hashbrowns and my hot chocolate was 1/4 empty. Have never had to double check our timmie's orders before, but we will be doing that now.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Went to this place, and ruined my day. All those who live in Winnipeg know how extreme the weather here is, it was -42 degrees outside and all that the staff cared about was to kick me out of the store. I don’t think a single review would even affect the company but still if the people working can’t even have humility for other people, especially their customers (just for the record i bout a large cup beverage from them as well) I don’t want anything from them. I myself work at a seven eleven store at “Ellice” and never in my life i have kicked someone out so poorly. I study part time and work hard to earn my money alongside. Might not be one of the richest, but still deserve basic respect i guess. Had to wait in extreme cold for 20 mins. First time treated so horribly by any place that is supposedly meant for “customer service”.

We had to emergency pit stop at this Tim Hortons last night for a 3 year old pee break. What a mistake. I guess things have changed since the days I worked at Tim Hortons and Cleanliness is not top priority. They have changed to the new blue lights in the bathroom which I can appreciate the reasoning.but that doesn't mean you have to avoid Cleaning the bathroom. There was toilet paper EVERYWHERE and in the handicap stall someone had lost their pants. Super weird. I instructed my daughter not to touch a thing, she was to pee and get out! We notified staff immediately after exiting about the disarray but the need for coffee and donuts quickly left us after that visit, will avoid at all costs.

Received my wrong soup and soup was upside down in bag. I also received my coffee w cream when I asked for milk. Pan handlers outside asking people for money. This place is a mess and I'm surprised it's still open

What can i say it Tim Hortons. Very popular in canada, however serving sizes can be small for some meals and can be pricy. Also in my opinion there isnt much selection for children. I dont know but thats been my experience

We have noticed the quality of coffee at Tim Hortons seems to have decreased recently. This location has great service and very quick in the mornings before work.

THE SIGN ON THE DOOR IS COMPLETELY WRONG AND THEY NEED TO FIX IT. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED AT THIS LACK OF EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION I WILL NOT BE BACK. ALL I WANTED WAS A LATE NIGHT BITE WHICH CLEARLY THIS RESTAURANT IS INCOMPETENT AND NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE.

Looks good with new renovations but still feels pretty unsafe. Every time I try to enjoy coffee there, there's always someone swearing and too many homeless people outside.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city.
No fault of the management though. Just a terrible location. Just use the drive through. Do not go inside.

I ordered 2 chilli, 2 whole weat bun and M-raspberry lemonade.they charged me about $20. I came home and open the bags I Did NOT HAVE THE whole weath BUNS for God sakes.

Employees are rude and when I specifically asked for just a bit of butter on my bagel, I got about the same amount of butter as cream cheese. It was disgusting. I love Tim's but the employees here need to rewatch their training videos.

The staff here are seriously committed to their work. It's very clean and they're quick with customer service. It's a medium sized store with plenty of drive thru traffic and walkin traffic also. The reason they only receive 3 stars is the doughnuts here are mediocre at best.

There's nothing on the menu I would seek out or look forward to eating, it will always be a concession to eat there. Left for many years when they stopped selling Coke products and haven't missed it since. Coke is back but I'm not.
