Tim Hortons

The rude customer service, early this morning the lady on counter lying that she put sugar in our steep tea but she did not. Everybody does mistakes, that’s okay, but continue arguments & all made me leaving review. We come everyday here & don’t want to ruin our day. Attention management

Staff needs proper training, no customer service, no greetings, no smile on face & messing up with orders etc.

I’m coming here evy single day around 2-3 times a day many a time i got the wrong order and sometimes the food taste is totally different like it made my unprofessional people and about coffee or tea I barely got the tea latte in good taste. I never got wrong order from indian staff I highly recommend the manager please hire more Indian staff on this location and all over where you can, no hate for any other people but the way Indian staff handle everything nobody can do and today there i got the wrong order and then after drive thru i go inside and ask them to make my order as I ordered she did but again put the wrong sauce in it i had to come back from my work to tim again and finally she made the right one i asked to pay but she said it’s okay the thing is that time is more important for everyone than money I wasted my 40 min today it’s a humble request please talk to the staff they should take the order properly and seriously thanks.

I have been here 3 times this week and I have received wrong orders all 3 times. On my last visit, the employee even asked me if it was my order and when I corrected her, I was told that was right. I should have checked the bag before I left the drive thru. I will do so in the future. Spending money on a more expensive breakfast sandwich and receiving a smaller cheaper one doesn't make anyone happy. My drink order was correct at least.

Parking lot is crazy busy! And seems like nobody understands how to drive once they enter.

While I had a decent experience, there were a few areas that could be improved.

The service was friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. However, the restaurant itself was quite small and crowded, with limited seating available. It was difficult to find a place to sit and enjoy my coffee and baked goods, which was disappointing.while I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to visit this Tim Hortons branch again, it's a decent spot to stop for a quick coffee or snack if you happen to be in the area. If you're looking for a more comfortable place to sit and enjoy your meal, however, you may want to consider another location with more seating options.

Always worst experience, I never get what i order.
I ordered 3 drinks charged for 4. Again i order different drinks handed over wrong and then got changed and double confirmed. They said now it’s correct and when i tasted i found wrong drinks.

Too bad service

Last Week we gave a bulk order to this site. Evening supervisor so friendly and co-operative. Write down everything, what we needed. After 2 days on Monday morning when we picked up our order, coffee and donuts were so fresh. Appreciate guys

This isthe only tims on the proper side of the road for me on my way to work, so its the one i stop at most frequently, although i stop at other sporadically.

Service is very efficient. But the iced coffee (which is always what I get) is always way more bitter at this location compared to every other location ive gone to. Not sure why that is, but I've bought them for several apprentices and asked their opinion without voicing mine first and they've almost all said the same thing.

I ordered a crispy chicken bacon wrap and the chicken was hard.i had to throw it away.usually they make a good wrap but not today.so do not order that

The tea was extremely my hot. Burned my hand and spilled it all over myself and in the car. Won't be going back there again.

Today I took chicken caeser wrap.that was not good not filled properly. There were nothing on the top inside. Only half chicken at the bottom waste $7

Very very poor service and full of attitude, worst Tim served me wrong order and than made me wait 20 minute. Please don’t be here ever and waste your money

I absolutely love this Timmy's absolutely great staff and service (lori) and all the staff, they never forget me nor my 3 dogs, they need there Tim bit a day! Thank you for making great coffee and awesome service I'm a flight attendant so I'm always drinking coffee lol and I make it a point to stop at this Timmy's just cause the service!

Veery poor service, ordered tea and they gave me cold, when requested to make it again. They made me wait 25 minutes.
Worst tim don't go here

On the drive pickup that lady have not miner to how to talk with customers.
Very bad. Time was 18: 40

Slow service. And they only help the drive thru and skip the dishes deliveries first and then when those lines have died down they will help the storefront customers.

If I could give this place a lower star I would. Highly reccomend to avoid this Tims. Manager couldn't care less about how she treats people.
