Pleasant and friendly staff. Quiet location with plenty of seating. Food was ok. Nothing special.

Regular Timmies fare. Two entrances available. Access from the south off of Hwy 75 near Co-op bulk station, or from the east along Southwood Rd.

Awful. Worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to including ones in the states. 0/5. Never gets orders right and managers are lazy. At 8pm they stop serving all food but donuts bc they close “soon”. Go anywhere else.

Very rude behaviour of indian girl. That is working in this tim horton. She made me wait 18mins. Instead she shouts at me

Me and my boyfriend we went to the drive thru and the stupid indian girl who took the order was so rude we didn’t even finish the order and she was like drive up and when we said we need to order more she was so rude again and when we went to the window we ask her and she was like you are rude that is why i was rude to. Is this the example of your customer service? She said we can talk like this when customer is rude i mean common who taught her this? This is how you train you employees to be i have worked in customer service for more than five years no body told me this. And i didn’t think so my boyfriend was rude she predicted it herself thats her problem not ours. I think so before recruiting your employees please check their customer service skills. Please throw this kind of the staff and stop ruining the image of tim hortons.

Once again 4 out of 5? Stars service is always smiling and the coffee was warm all I expect at that point.cheers

The staff closed 30 minutes early the other week so couldn't get anything before the start of my night shift, very disappointed.
Other than that time average Timmies experience you get in the city, which isn't bad.

Extremely poor selection of Timbits and doughnuts even though we were there around 8pm. Plus I couldn't scan my second order with my Tims rewards card because it was locked out for 20 min.after the first scan. Service was very friendly though.

Very nice location and very clean and courteous staff. They got my order right and it was well made. Surprising these days at all restaurants never mind tim Hortons.

Staff couldn't figure out how my coupon works. Worst customer service ever.toldme to wait 30 min to get the offer.

The worth location in Winnipeg, every time I stop there they don't have lots of things from menu, but most discasting thing they cook bad, not like other locations, and that was over 10 times with different orders.

The kids helping out at the drive thru were very rude and unprofessional. On the flip side, the bagels I got tasted amazing.

I will never go to this location again! My first and last time! The kid gave me a coffee with a clearly leaking cup. Literally poured it all over myself, my phone, and the inside of my vehicle. Zero quality, zero effort, I've been to much better locations.

My experience was decent but I was exceedingly disappointed and intervened on another customers behalf. The customer in front on me and the new cashier both had accents and were clearly not understanding eachother well. I heard the customer ask three times for a grilled cheese, before stepping in and telling the cashier. I stepped back. The cashier processed his payment, and when asked for his donut, she said,

"Well you didn't order one, you needed to order a combo, you need to ask for it first! "

I was behind him, so I said politely, it is an easy fix, just refund him the amount, reenter it and give him the combo and recharge him. It took all of a minute to do.but because of his accent she didn't even want to try.

I found it ironic that someone who has a think accent would also discriminate against someone who also did. I don't believe I would have recieved the same interaction. Tim Horton's prides itself on it's customer service. This interaction left a sour taste in my mouth.that individual deserved more respect. You won't just lose the customers that are treated badly, there are those who are witnessing it, who will also choose not to come back. I'm one of them.

I was here on a Sunday late morning and ordered a combo #1 with extras. Our order was provided and we were on our way to the lake, we opened our order and it wasn't what we ordered. We called back and were told that we could come back at a later date to replace our order - Today I went back and the store manager/supervisor was ignorant to me and then claimed they were only replacing one item from our order.

If you are looking for honesty, good food and customer service this isn't the place to go! Wont be back, good luck - Your entire team needs customer service training especially your manager - I expect when you/store screw up, you don't blame me as the customer for your own mistakes. Very poor service, would not recommend.

Everytime I come here around 6: 30 it doesn't matter if there's 1 person in line or 2 or 3 the food takes almost 15-20 minutes to get. Doesn't matter if it's a farmers wrap or a turkey sandwich. Understaffed? Laziness? I can't tell but this location needs to figure out how to speed up their process.

Love Timmy's. Bit pricey tho. Location of this particular one is awesome. Ready access for truckers.

Went here twice. The first time was excellent. I got my food quickly and I got everything I ordered. The second time I went I got my food quickly but got the wrong sizes for everything.

This place is horrible, I have never seen a “dozen variety donuts” with only 6 different kinds. I asked for no plain and all I got was this. No Boston cream or specialty ones. The excuse I got was we just opened up 1 hour ago. Do you not make items ahead of opening…? I’ll never go back there again. Total dissatisfaction.

I drive by this place on my way to work in the morning. Staff are great and lineups at this drive thru are fast!

I drink the decaf coffee all the time if they have? And when they do its never hot just luke warm can't tell you how frustrated I am with this!

Always consistent good service. There veggie portions seem smaller than other Tims. Got a BELT today and it had like 5 tiny shreds of lettuce.

Slow service at times, need to do like McDonald's, large orders pull over, continue getting orders done faster, not holding up a line of cars for 1 large order, parking, their coffee says it all.

I love tim Hortons, they make fresh everything, and cleaned and cheaper services, whatever +whenever I have best experience, mostly I am going everyday @ tim Horton, some time with cash or use cards, and im like nice and most qualified staff.

The gogurt was very good. It made my morning a win. Spoon was too short for the cup but that's not too bad.

Food is absolute garbage. Service is VERY Poor. Coffee is awful. Nothing nice to say about this location or any of them.

Food and service are o.k, the app sucks. It only opens 20 percent of the time, Too bad Timmies you just lost out to the competition.

After multiple bad experiences at this location decided to try again today.messed up my order for 1 and left out some.not giving a customer what they ordered is madness.sadly never again plenty of fast food places on way home

As for coffee, it seems alright. Sometimes friendly, but mostly indifferent personnel. Not a lot of options for vegans or vegetarians, even the dough for donuts/bagels contains animal byproducts.

Fairly fast drive-thru with decent service.
I would leave 5 stars but the staff there are almost impossible to understand through the speaker, and orders aren't always accurate.
