Tim Hortons

I drove through at this Tim hortons and ordered a breakfast sandwich. They said that they were out of breakfast sandwiches and I was very disappointed. I ordered a chocolate chunk cookie to cheer myself up BUT THERE WAS NO CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES. I am heartbroken about this experience. I will be praying for this Tim hortons.

We are sitting here and discussing for our order and its been since 5-10 minutes and your employee Ron is behaving rudely with us and telling that we were sitting since 20 mins and after that we talked with him so he’s saying that get out of my cafe I don’t want to talk with you. This is how you are treating us. I am also an employee of tim hortons but I didn’t behave like him before.

Worst service ever! Came for breakfast here and they didn’t even make our drinks properly, even though the order was right. The manager seemed so rude to us and she was also confused with her co worker. Anyway we go the wrong drinks and she left us not helping. Never ever visit again

Truly disgusting! Didn't purchase any food, and quite frankly, won't be. If this is how they keep the public bathrooms for you and I, imagine the other hygiene corners they are cutting. Notified a lady at the counter, and she really didn't seem concerned. My brother went in 15 minutes after me, and there was no change. Absolutely vile!

Awful customer service at the cashier. Ordered 2 ice coffee, ice capp and a regular coffee- plus 10 piece tim bits… No cup tray and 10 piece tim bits was given. The cashier just simply went to the next customer in the line. Even gave the bad look on our face, like its our order and paid for it.

0 stars if I could. I’m right now waiting here for my iced capp mocha. Staff told me they are cleaning machine I don’t see anyone cleaning machine. They are all chatting. Me my friend and other lady we were here waiting for 10 mins they all ignored us. Girls here are so rude they told me that wait time for mocha is going to be 30 mins the other told me to wait for 20-25 mins the guy told me wait for 15 mins still he came asked us 2 times despite us telling them we are ok to wait basically they didn’t want to make us mocha. They gave me that side eye for ordering mocha literally did huh I mean I’m paying I don’t want it for free. So poor.

I've went here a several times as it has been the most convenient Tim Hortons for me to go to.

On several occasions I've went only to have to wait 5, upwards to 10 minutes just to get my order taken. On one occasion I was left waiting for my order for over 10 minutes as it was left on their counter waiting to be placed at the pickup location. They put the drive through at the highest priority even if it means you're waiting longer even though you were there first.

If you like waiting, it's the perfect place to go. It won't be my choice from here on out.

Ordered a sandwich from the drive thru when I took a bite of the bun I almost swear it was shalacked it was so hard couldn't even eat it I just wasted money and couldn't come back. 7.50 and I couldn't eat it. So sad cuz they had to know the bun was a rock and they made the sandwich anyways and sent it out the window

I was out having leisurely coffee with one of my gal pal we enjoyed our drinks and our cookie it was also a little loud but it we were in at a busy time dam has fear was wonderful the staffer played in courteous and willing to accommodate it was a lovely time

I hope they will improve, upgrade their services ‍️ It’s not hard to be polite or nice to others.

Great selection of products. Orders are almost all correct, but some of the employees really just don’t want to be there and you can really tell.

Ordered cream of broccoli soup but got given chicken noodle which I'm allergic too. Disappointing.

I placed and order here before and an entire hour has passed and wasn’t delivered or refunded. All I was given was 70 points for a $25 order

The worst Tims in Brandon. I don’t think I have ever gone to this location where they either didn’t mess up my order, not have what I wanted in stock or made me wait forever. Will go out of my way from now on and go to the Tims on 1st.

Wouldn't use this coffee to put myself out if I was on fire. Coffee makes me ill. Go elsewhere for your own good. McDonald's has better coffee and tea.

Both Tim Hortons in Brandon used to have good, fast service, but that has changed in the last year. Slow service that's why the poor rating.

Even though the roll up to winis done, finally was able to see that doing a survey will give a reward, and not just a possible chance of one. Had most of the muffins available, yet with the place being open 24/7, don't know why all wouldn't be made sure to be out to be sold. Watch for what public demands, and make sure to have out what is healthiest and sold quicker.

Don't like that the donuts aren't made fresh & with roll up the rim contest they say 1 in 6 is a winner that doesn't come true we were their today there were more than 6 people in the store didn't hear anybody jumping for joy that they won anything false advertising

I stop in every morning at 6am. Today (Saturday) I ordered a farmers wrap and when I ate it, there was no hash brown. 3 points -
1. There are 3 workers who lack any customer service and are rude if I order too slow or too fast. 2. Are super slow on Saturday/Sunday. 3. Older male group sit and stare every morning, if your meeting for coffee at least talk to each other.

Food was as good as always buy staffing levels were low and it was very cold in the restaurant. They seemed to be having issues with the heating.

Super friendly staff. Have had a few occasions when drive thru orders have been wrong but no difficulty correcting them when I went back. I've never found the place to be dirty. My only difficulty has been the odd time that a non-fluent English speaking person was on the drive through; very trying times being polite yet still trying to place an order. Overall, a favourite place. Good food & drinks.

I just love the French-vanilla coffee here they also have such great food and the choices of pastries are extremely fresh just excellent!
