Worst experience ever, the employees working at this location they are so rude specially employee Mandeep girl she don’t know how to serve guest i am also working at Tim Hortons we suppose to greet customer with smile to make their day good not to ruin their rest of the day, very bad customer service.

Ordered 2 Potato wedges yesterday. Waited for 15 minutes and got this. It looks like very old, with no crunch.staff is good but this time food is not up to mark.

Staff is very rude not taking orders professionally, just talking with each others.
Taking wrong orders and then blaming customers not ready to accept their fault.

I have visited a lot of Tim hortons but this time there was worst experience. I didn’t get receipt and staff didn’t behave good with me and my partner and the food was worst and food was also not cooked well. Moreover, they was continuing talking with each other didn’t concentrating on talking order.
Thanks for giving me such a worst experience.

Worst timmies I have been to. Total chaos behind the counter. Long wait for a toasted bagel. Tables are dirty.

Worst place to get your coffee before work in the morning.
Awful service, they never make your simple coffee order correctly and the worst customer service I’ve seen from any Tim Hortons.
I’ve waited behind one man ordering one coffee for over 8mins just to stand at the register for 5mins and still have nobody speak to me.
Always have homeless people begging inside even when you’re in line they will bug you.
Oh and they don’t have a drive thru so their lack of service doesn’t make any sense, they clearly don’t care about their jobs or their customers

Good customer service. Girls working there in the evening today give me very good veggie wrap and complete my demand of potato veggies instead of hash brown inside it.
And also not very costly
5 stars to those 3 girls who are handling everything greatly

Was here on Tuesday August 30th, 2022 at 9: 04-9: 07 (am)
Was having an anxiety attack and requested a cup of water.
The employee said I had to. 20 cents.
I didn't have. 20 cents on me in cash. Yes I had in my acct but I'm also certainly not tapping my card for. 20 cents. My point is.is that this employee racially profiled me and judged me based on my appearance. This is a way to "screen" people out of the 'establishment and it's totally unacceptable. I come to this Tim. Hortons alot because it's the Closest one to my commute. I'm so disappointed I was treated this way. Plz check the cameras. This employee also walked around and ignored me. Completely dehumanizing wow.educate your staff

Probably the worst Tim’s I’ve gone to, I’m allergic to bread so I order a sandwich just with hash browns acting as the bread and it is safe for me to eat. Every time I go to this location I tell them I’m allergic multiple times and they still give me bread… no other location has problems with doing this it is only the graham location. Unfortunately I didn’t inspect it before I left and now I can’t eat what I just bought for breakfast again

Employees are lazy and slow. There’s no excuse as to why you have five employees working and only taking and making orders.

Fast service and they keep up with the cleaning of this place. I like this Time Horton's location a lot more than other ones in Winnipeg.

Just visited this location. Bought a Turkey bacon club sandwich - I've never seen (or tasted) a worse sandwich in my life.
Sloppily thrown together, fridge-cold bacon, and what looked (and tasted like) like old, soggy, wilted lettuce. Threw over half of it in the trash, as I couldn't choke down another bite. Will not ever order one of the artisan sandwiches from this location ever again!

Stood there for 10 mins in a line. The hosts didn’t care about the customers and stood there talking to each other. It is 3 pm they don’t have hash browns or potatoes wedges or everything bagel. Had to leave in hurry become of slow service and didn’t get anything. There were only 2 people in line and 3 hosts.

Nice staff.especially in the early morning…one of the phillipino staff girl is so nice and serve u with great effort.

I ordered a chai tea triple triple with chai tea bag and i was expecting that warm and hot but instead of that it was tasteless and cold enough like a ice tea

Super long lineup this morning, but that may be the case every morning (I only go there once in awhile). Extra staff during the morning rush might help.

They don't allow my game to load through their Wi-Fi at this location. Chat server? Also look behind the sugar dispenser

They were really rude to me and passed me off to many people after I asking about their cup sizes. I found this location lacking in a few areas

Staff are slow managers are obnoxious and way to many vagrants in the building. For being next to a major bus stop this is the slowest and dirtiest Tim's ve ever been in

Very slow. But they all are. Weird when you like 12 people behind the counter yet takes so long to get your order. Drive thru is the same thing unless you the only one in line. Coffee taste good tho.

Nice place for travellers and folks going to work. A minute walk from major bus stations.
In terms of Customer Experience, it's got no positive feedback from me. The staff seemed to be more interested in serving the meals than serving the customers.
It's almost always busy with long queues due to it's strategic location.
Safety is of great concern, especially in the evening and very early in the morning.

Inefficient and rude staff. Slowest Tim's I've been. I've worked at Tim's before and I know the expectations but this branch is the worst.
