Food was horrible. Breakfast sandwiches were served on dried out English muffins. Service was as though we were bothering the staff with a large order first thing in the morning. Coffee was poured and left on the counter until all sandwiches were cooked.aka cold coffee.

The new hires are rude and unprofessional. And doesn’t seem to want to resolve customer issues. How hard can it be to make a decent cup of coffee? So tired of getting a 3/4 cup of cream for every coffee order Yuk! Gone are the days of making you feel valued as a regular customer.

Often closed waaay before ten on regular business days locking customers out in the cold. Fairly old crowd inside for customers so they don't mind waiting a million years but if you do mind waiting on your coffee or donut DONT GO THERE. They often and regularly ignore the lobby so drive thru can keep piling in and nobody at Tim Hortons cares to hire people that want to work or have more than one cash register open ever. I save my time and go to literally any other around the area and you'll be just fine. I used to love going here so somethings is seriously wrong with staff or management maybe both.

The staff is very helpful and provides great customer service I have been in drive thru and in store great experience fast service and you don't have to wait long in drive thru lane

Lately it has been good service. Food is good but 50% of the time they don't have all bakery stuff listed.

Went in as the lineup at the drive through was very long. Had to repeat my order 10x (literally, I am not exaggerating) because the server couldn't be bothered to pay attention to what I said (it wasn't loud and I spoke loud and clearly). Even though she finally managed to punch my order in correctly after 10 attempts, and it was correct on the screen, and I paid for what I ordered, they still managed to screw up my order. I ordered an Xtra large coffee with 3 sweetener, 1 cream, 1 espresso; a small mocha ice cap and a plain old fashioned donut. I got a medium coffee, no cream, a large ice cap, and no donut. I had to go to work, so the coffee went in the garbage and I took the iced cap.

I go to Tim's every day, usually at this location. There is one server who, if he is working, will get my order perfect without any ordeal, and luckily he is working most mornings on the drive through. Otherwise there is about a 25% chance, at best, that they will get my order right. The general attitude that is conveyed is that they just can't be bothered, and you should feel grateful for whatever they shove out the window at you (usually while looking the other direction). One server, this summer, screwed up our order and got mad at me for refusing it, saying "What's your problem? Just take it already! " And the manager had to step in to get us the correct order (which she confirmed was on the screen.)

If the other person in my car did not insist on going here every day, I would never go back.

***Since my kid (adult) still insists on going here every day, we have been happy to see a massive improvement. Three stars I'd say. There is still a pretty huge difference in service depending on who is working (there are a couple of servers who deserve higher ratings; 4 or 5 stars respectively. Others not so much). Either way I'd say this location is on par with other locations now. They do seem to run out of things a lot still though.

The food is good and the place has a good energy in the workers, they were acting a little unprofessional but I didn’t mind

The lady who takes my order in the morning and hands it out is so rude. She always snaps at me that I'm not holding my code on my phone out properly even though I'm doing the best I can. She is just cranky and irritable through the whole transaction.

The lid was not properly closed the tea went all over my hand when they hand it over and on the lid there is little bug died on the lid as in picture.

This Tims used to be good but whoever owns it now closes whenever they feel like it. Their dining room is not open 24 hours like they have on their app and one day the whole store was closed at 8pm. I thought they went out of business. When I asked they said they weren’t busy so they closed. People count on stores being open when they advertise. By the way they also have no hours on the doors because they are supposed to be open 24/7. Don’t even count on being served if you come here.

Update: I've come here 5x now. Every time I've put in a mobile order. Show up 5-10 minutes after and not once did they start the order until I was there. These were at night with at most one other customer present.

Tried going to the drive thru at about 11pm with my bike and to get some donuts but was refused service. Just because I'm on a bike I can't get donuts? Bikes are more enrivomental friendly than cars!

Staff are rude af to each other.plus some staff coughing their absolute brains out.air conditioner blasting at 6: 30 in the morning.come here if you wanna feel awkward, cold, and acquire covid, i guess.

Service was not good. 10 vehicles went through the drive-thru before two people in front of me inside the store were served.
Obviously the walk in customers are not important for business. Take, tsk, tsk.

This is one of the worst Tim's to come to, orders not accurate, practically have to get into a yelling match in the drive through for them to understand me just so they could get the orders wrong. This is not the first time. Better off making the hitting the tims on portage or st james

I was here this morning around 7: 00 am I was on the 1st line on que and the girl let the second guy take his order on the other counter. I was so pist off. But I just calm down myself. After I told them I want to order and the lady in the front take my order after I received my order it was totally wrong one. This location totally ridiculous they must hire more skills and more pleasant personality in front of the counter. I don’t want to come this location. Never!

Drive through takes precedence over walk in customers but I guess that should be expected even though drive throughers are too lazy to get out of their cars.

I love this Tim's, The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Foods ALWAYS good. Worth the long lines.
