Very disappointed that every single time I come to this location they never have decaf coffee. When I go anywhere else for a decaf coffee at another Tim Hortons they always have it or they will promptly make a pot and apologize for the wait. Every single time I come to this location they say that they don’t have decaf or it’s unavailable at the time and they will not be able to serve me decaf. Very frustrating and I feel like I always know the answer will be no every single time I come to this location. If the item is never available you should just take it off the menu so I don’t waste my time coming to this location. If it’s available at other locations it makes me believe the employees are too lazy to make a pot. If a customer wants something on the menu, it should be available 24/7, especially if the whole business is centred around coffee…. It’s not a problem because they keep losing my sale and I will just take my business someplace else.

I ordered the food and pulled up to the window and the worker asked me that why I drove to the window and not waited at food ordering screen. She was so arrogant. I would never come back to this location and neither my friends.

Last time I checked, chilli is thick not watered down soup. I wish I would have eaten in instead. Not acceptable at all!
I’ll be bringing it in tomorrow after work and asking for my money back, I live outside of Winnipeg otherwise I’d head back now. Stop ripping people off with your over priced watered down chilli! The lady in front of me complained that her herb and cheese filled pastry was not cooked enough, you could see it was raw dough. Zero stars to this location! Why respond to me if it only takes me to the app…. Do better!

Unhappy with my drive through experience at this location. Order accuracy was horrible. I had to confirm my own order to the woman handing me the items. I was handed the wrong drink and an item I didn’t order which I had to correct for her. After driving away and thinking I received my correct items, I open my bagel and did not receive the creamcheese I was charged extra for. A lot of small mistakes that accumulate to a poor customer experience. It is evident the drive through workers try and serve you as quick as the possible and the quality of service suffers.

Decent iced coffee, however, the entire restaurant is full of flies. I have five of them buzzing around me right now. Yuck flying maggots!

Third time I come to this location and ask for a cappuccino. Third time I receive a long coffee with milk… I’m very disappointed because I go to other location that can make a cappuccino. But this one does not.

Always poor service here. In my experience they have about a 50% chance of getting your order right.
Came in with someone with a disability - they have no plates or trays to eat in. Got our order wrong and almost sent it out the drive through. Was almost 25 minutes after our order that we got our food. And three of the people in front of me had things wrong with their order too. Don’t bother stopping at this location. Waste of time.
Plus the staff look absolutely miserable.

Reviews are right, worst Tim's in the city, staff is miserable, burnt my bagel, ordered a farmers wrap with extra Chipotle sauce and got it with no sauce at all, ice caps machine broken. Horribly managed location.

It's not a good experience the past few times I've gone to this location.

Today, I ordered a Maple bacon belt and bacon farmers wrap combo. On the belt combo, they burnt my bagel and were stingy with the bacon, and only gave me 1 piece. Hashbrown was overcooked as well. For the drink, I got myself a TT, and it was warm and not hot.

For the farmer's wrap, they completely butchered the order. Gave us sausage instead of bacon. And as for the drink, I ordered a Steep Tea 3S2M. It does not taste at all like what I have had in the past, and it was barely warm when I received it.

And as a cherry on top, no napkins in our bag:

Unfortunately, there were no options to correct the order as we had left before we opened everything.

The interior was chilly and the entrance Mats were soaked. Bathroom was cold and needed cleaning. Crossing the drive through driveway I almost fell when I slipped on pure ice. Some sanding would be great. A bit more attention to the basics is required.

By far one of the worst managed Tim Hortons in the city. Staff yelling at each other while trying to serve customers. Clueless staff that can't listen to the customer when receiving the order (Why do I need to repeat my order multiple times?). Drive thru is extremely slow. Often you will sit at the order board and watch two other vehicles go through the other side before anybody even talks to you.

We go through this one often. They are very consistent with the orders.

Today we watched some guy get his order from drive thru and then immediately turn right and drive over the curb around the drive thru. Think he popped one of his tires.

Worst Tim hortons in thr city. For more reasons than one. Today they were out of espresso. Which happens i guess even if they are first and foremost a coffee shop. But I paid on the app and don't get reimbursed for this since I paid for more than just a dark roast.

Then I order a breakfast farmer's sausage wrap and got a chicken wrap instead.

I ordered 1 donut and a box of timbits. She charged me for 2 donuts and seemed upset when I pointed out the error. She also gave me the wrong timbits and the ones I did want were barely even cooked. I was also the only one inside at the time as well. Very disappointed with tonight’s service.

I picked up for someone else in the car. I'm a celiac and Tim Hortons GF options really suck. Even their coffee cups has flour residue on them to keep them from sticking.

Terrible service, one person in line then myself, no cars in out door line. There was one person serving the custom ahead of me. It took about 10 minutes there were other staff member behind the counter all chatting away and not wanting to take my order! Left the building with out an order!

Rudest staff of any location. They do not let you know when they scan your card or app if the weekly offer was applied. Often you
can hear them laughing or yelling in languages other than english on the drive thru speaker and the same thing when you get to the window. Clearly they would have to know english to work there so this is rude. They also ignore you when you get to the window. There is one female employee on in the evening who never smiles and talks harshly at the drive thru. You never receive your order in a bag or any napkins, cutlery or condiments which you would expect when getting fast food or takeout. If they hand you your wrap or sandwich without a bag it almost falls out of the thin wrapper and on to the ground, so its very messy. For a donut they never put it in a box and if you ask they either say no or give you attitude after they do it as if its that much extra work. I have said on so many surveys and emails to the office and customer service that this is important as the bag will stick to the donut and remove all the toppings and glaze. Then it is very hard to remove it from the donut.

Drivethru is kinda stupid. Parking lot is poorly designed. But besides that it's a decent location (update, why have 2 order screens when you bounce between the 2 screens.) Yall need to fix your processes

If there will be a option of no stars or points in minus I will give it to them. I think this tim is the slowest one in whole Canada. It doesn’t matter if they are busy or not they still gonna take 20 min to complete your order. On the top of that always give wrong orders and taste is like. Its better to change the staff or at least give them proper training how to behave with your customers. Workers are so rude there even the supervisor as well. Whoever the owner is you need to take care what your people are doing there.

Service has been notably slower over the last year or so then it has been in the past. Always long lines both inside and drive through and seems like too little staff.

I came here in the morning for a pumpkin spice latte. They ended up giving me a drink that I had no idea existed. It was disgusting but I had no time to return it as I was almost late for work. Disappointed about this

Sunday was my lucky day! It's been a real hit and miss with my chocolate dip donuts! They have always been my favourite but lately all the timmies that I went to, their chocolate donuts are old and stale. Yeah I get it they're not made on site anymore, so they don't have that freshness to them!
But on Sunday I stopped for a small coffee and a chocolate dip donut and I lucked out! It was the best donut I have had in over a year with Tim Hortons! Please please don't let this be a one-time thing!

Night staff is not friendly. Had to ask the woman to change her gloves before making a sandwich after handling money. Only breakfast sandwiches at 10pm. Strange. Slowest Tim Hortons experience I've had. This is why McDonald's is killing Tims. I wont be back.

One of the worst Tim's in the city. They are notoriously slow and 80% of the time our order is wrong if we order anything other than plain coffee.

Absolutely abominable treatment at this location. I went there once more as they had promised to replace the order that they had screwed up on and they denied that this had happened. In order to publish this, you have to give them a star. I would give them negative stars as this place either screws up your order or the best one yet, is give me cold steeped tea.

Orderer medium black iced coffee with no ice, as they always fill up half or more of the cup with ice and theres barely any coffee in it. When i drove up to get my coffee, they only filled coffee half the cup. I asked why and the staff almost yelled at me with humongous eyes that thats how its supposed to be. I told her other tims fills up to top and she said which tims. I told her all over winnipeg. She yelled at me theyre doing it wrong. I’m a regular at this tims and I used to know a few employees here cuz i go there a lot for lunch but one day the employees changed and theyre rude as hell. You just lost a customer. I’m not going back.
