I ordered 3 homestyle biscuit and asked about to toasted she just hand over without toast I asked the lady please I need it toast she said we did it I said it's not at all hot you can check. That lady said next time you need to say I need double toasted. Really very poor service.

We ordered chesse grill melt sandwich they gave us that sandwich with bacon we don’t eat meat at all. It seems like they are always in so rush and do things wrong. Sometimes I order mocha iced cap they don’t put whipped cream on it.

The Tisdale Tim's was very disappointing. When I walked in I was the only one in and no one in the drive thru. I ordered 2 coffee. 4 people walked in after me and were served there food first, and 2 drive thru people first. Then they gave me the wrong order. Not very impressed

Very bad. I asked for everything bagel double toasted with extra butter but she didn't toast it.the butter wasn't even melted. I had to wait for 25-30 mins in the line.

Found human hair in my lunch today.didn't get charged extra for it so not complaining. Thanks Timmie's!
