Mobile ordered a coffee at 8: 20, didn't receive it until 8: 40 and the employee was rude as hell about it

If is possible to zero star I will give it service is horrible they never washed hand or change glavs when serving food, unfriendly, store is not clean, horrible, horrible.

I meet friends here once a month for coffee and always have to wait between 5 and 10 minutes to be served even though there's only one or two people ahead of me in line. They cater to the drive thru only.
Terrible management.

Coffee from here is rarely ever mixed. I don’t understand because I did this job for years and it only takes 5 seconds to mix it before giving it out.today i showed them that my sugar was sitting at the bottom of my iced coffee and asked them to mix it and they just gave me a stick. I know it’s also easy for me to mix but i’m paying for a service so i don’t feel i should have to even ask because mixing should just happen when it’s made.this happens almost every day around lunch.very disappointing.

If there’s zero star I will give this zero The sign inside the stall says Maple Dip but they gave me a different Donut! Yes I did reach out to the Manager and she insist that’s maple Dip! Only to find out it was labeled as Canadian Maple.

One of the worst branches ever. The manager there has zero experience for customer service. He makes a mistake on the order and he was arrogant to regret it nor to apologize as if it's the customer responsibility.
And where's equality here if all the employees are from only 1 ethnicity?
I hire on my plant every ethnicity so that the equality on workplace is applied on reality.

Ordered a wrap and a large dark roast double double, and when I got my drink it was steeped tea. I went back to the counter to inform them about their mistake, they said they’ll make a new one and when I got the second one it was STILL steeped tea. I informed them the second time, the staff started arguing and said it was dark roast because she made it herself. I’ve been drinking dark roast for over 5 years, I know the difference between coffee and tea. I suggested the staff to try the drink to see if it was right, they said they’ll brew a fresh one and that I would have to wait for five minutes. I couldn’t wait because I’ve missed my break, I was so hungry and angry and returned everything back to them and walked away. They could’ve at least checked and confirmed that it was either tea or coffee, they put no effort whatsoever to give me good service. This place is terrible, I’ve also had many more other encounters like this but this was the last straw that broke the camel’s back.

Hey, just so you guys know, as of January 28,2023, this Tim Hortons location has accidentally been given stale bagels in their batch of supplies from corporate. Definitely not their fault, but still pretty nasty and not fun. I would avoid ordering bagels until until this location orders a new batch of fresh bagels. I actually quite like Tim Hortons, bagels, and this place generally doesn’t seem to make them wrong. However, whatever supplies they were given is definitely a bad batch. Give it about a week or 2 for the next shipment to come in.

Terrible customer service. Rude, disrespectful and aggressive staff.
I ordered a coffee in drive-thru and waited 5 minutes and still nobody acknowledged the order at the window, and when I complained I was met with hostile and rude behaviour from both employee and supervisor. Awful staff and service.

Everything I come here, I feel very bad because of the attitude of the staff and too slow service. And always lack of something

Jaspreet, who was on the shift on June 21,2022, was exceptionally rude when asked to give cutlery. She started to argue with a customer saying out loud "I already gave them to you go and check the bowl". I'll never come to this Tims again.

Hire your employees more carefully so that they can regularly check the counters for online orders as well like 5 people working but still no one knows what to do. I waited on a single steeped tea for more than 13 mins.

Another not great experience at this Tim's locations. I've shared my feedback directly with this restaurant in the past regarding the same issues. Figured I'd try again as it had been a while but nope. Again, was served a bagel, charged for cream cheese only to receive this. Pretty frustrating when you pay extra for cream cheese only to be disappointed time and time again. Will not be going back. Tim's has really gone downhill the last few years and these last few bad experiences are enough to make me go elsewhere from now on.

The staff attitude is an issue here, I approached the drive thru and the staff had nearly no knowledge of menu items, I requested for a double chocolate doughnut and the staff rudely replied saying they just have chocolate glazed and there is no such doughnut as double chocolate or chocolate truffle where as I have ordered it at many other locations. Even if we overlook the way staff talks, the quality was not at par either, I was served 4 doughnuts in a small bag making them all squish, the lid of my beverage item was already opened before it was even served which made my experience worse, I eventually had to pop the lid open and make it good enough to drink.
In short I would not like to come back.

Staff doesn't comprehend orders. Cant hear or don't speak English i dont know but the order is always wrong and then they want to charge you extra for the order they got wrong. Food is just slapped together and not very good. Gave it a second shot here just now but won't be going back.

I found the staff to be attentive and friendly. The place was relatively clean, but I did find some food crumbs on my table.

Came to this Tims for a BLT at midnight, the employee rudely told me they had no food leaving me no choice but to drive off.unimpressed that a restaurant advertised as open 24 hours isn't really 24 hours.

Coffee is always weaker then other Tim Horton, went through the drive through, only had 3 bagel options. Save yourself the disappointment and take the minute drive to McDonald's

Rude staff, and absolutely incapable of getting an order right

Edit: T evening supervisor was super friendly when I was able to get a call to go through and was able to fix the situation with no problem!
