Hi there, I order large ice coffee pretty much 5 days a week at the same location, but today I’ve got the worst experience ever. My cup was missing 1/4 coffee and the cashier told me it was the standard which 25% of the coffee was missing when I ordered light ice. It does not make sense to me when I ordered two cup of the drink and one of them was fulfilled, the other one missing almost empty. I took a picture as proof.

Pretty good Tim Hortons location. In the St. Vital Centre food court so expect a little bit of a line, but generally they are good at making sure the line moves quickly both when ordering and for waiting for your order to be complete. Decent selection at this location as well.

Not sure we keep ordering hot chocolates from here. Its basically hot water with little to no flavour. Kids complain almost everytime we come.

Days of a good experience at Tim's are long gone.

I ordered and everything bagel extra butter and they called it out and gave it to the wrong person and arguing that they already gave it me when I didn't receive it.top of it all bare minimum of butter, it's like it's not even buttered at all, worst Tim's I been to

Watched the guy toast the meat with cheese on top without the bread- guy took it out, looked confused as hell as to why the cheese was everywhere in the toaster, then put it in my sandwich which had no sauce. Guy made it beside dirty cloths too. Last night 830 pm. Waited around 25 minutes too for one decaf coffee and one craveable.

Seriously the best coffee in Canada. Anyone who says otherwise. Well thats their opinon and I just say that this is my favourite. I order from this place and they do have good service. Do recommend highly for not so expensive coffee.

Good help is hard to find when Covid convinced people they don't have to work anymore. SERVICE -what's that? From waiters to Doctors

Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks and one BLT. There was only one person in front of us as well.

This is second time I am writing a review for this location **** Please read **** DO NOT ASK A GLASS OF WATER **** (although you ordered $25.00 food), because you will be embarrassed by associates as they are selling cups for $0.10. I was not a pleasant encounter.

I ordered a small double double coffee. It took 10 minutes and several other customers were served after me that ordered multiple complex drinks. When I finally got the coffee it had no sugar so I threw it out.

The one young man working there needs to learn some manners. Throwing my change at me and being aggressively uninviting is not ok. If you're that unhappy come work at a beer vendor. Then you will see how miserable it can be!

I order tea and pumpkin spice and guy give me only pumpkin spice in hot water. It’s seems to be funny but it’s not. Staff need to train well. If you want to run Good business.

The worst branch for Tim Horton I've ever visited, staff are completely annoying and unprofessional. They even don't wanna let me choose the donuts I payed for.

Ain't what it use to be. Think the donuts I bought were from the previous day. Stopped going there for anything but coffee.

Honestly pathetic selection considering the size. Not just that they ran out of coffee sleeves AND the donut (most of the other flavors too) I ordered online so I had to pick between a long cutomer service call for a couple of bucks or timbits. Considering this is a multi million if not billion dollar food chain it was an underwhelming experience. Simply the fact that they took my money without making sure they ACTUALLY had what I was paying for is ridiculous. Rarely make a fuss but this was down right funny.

The same employee is there every morning it seems and DAILY he puts a Small coffee in my MEDIUM purchased cup! EVERY DAY! I talked to him twice about how he gave me the wrong size, and he just looked at me as if “ughh. ” and still nothing has changed. I have even heard other customers yelling at him for doing the same to them! I refuse to purchase at this Tim Hortons any longer as they are stealing from the customers. If I pay for a med and get a small inside my cup - that’s stealing! Save your money and go elsewhere! If I could give zero stars I would!

I worked at st vital and I used to have breakfast with Tim but from last 2 days a lady give me a cream cheese in my bagels like less than lite white wall paint‍

Went there today had an employee touch his facemask with gloves on and then continue to make food very unsanitary and unacceptable even before covid hit

Located inside St Vital Mall at food court. Staff is friendly and efficient. There is usually only 1 person working so might have to wait few minutes.

Very good customer service and the staff is very polite and friendly. Love to go there everyday.

Hands down one of the worst Tim Hortons locations in Winnipeg. All staff are rude, including the manager, and none of them have any sense of urgency and are unnecessarily slow. Even with them taking extra time to figure out how to make what you ordered, they still manage to get it wrong.
You guys need to figure out your store because that's outrageous.

I purchased a Cappuccino size L
And they only filled the cup half full of coffee other half with frothed milk
I understand a Cappuccino has foam but not half the cup!

They don't attend the customers nicely and I was rudely attended even if it was rush hours but you can't throw customers away. I have been also working at place where customers needed attention for their questionnaire and other things I don't like this either. The taste was totally different from other tim hortons i i h ordered twice and it was horrible.
