Thursday night I came through the drive thru. Paid for my order and your drive thru girl said “one dollar for a tip”. I said no thanks as I don’t think thawing out donuts and turning the coffee pot on deserves a tip.
The next day I called to speak with a manager as I don’t think anyone in any type of industry should verbally ask for a tip, it’s rude and gross.and when I explained what had taken place he immediately began to raise his voice at me and tell me he doesn’t believe me. He told me that he doesn’t think his staff would ever do that. When I assured him this did take place he continued to raise his voice at me. Told me I shouldn’t be making things up.
This was some of the worst service I’ve ever received and I am appalled at attitude of this manager. I used to be regular at this location. Teach your staff not to be greedy.

2 pieces of bread, a slice of bacon and some cheese is to complicated for this establishment.

The staff there were so friendly! I was there with a couple of friends, and we were taking pictures and one of the staff members offered to take it for us! They also had an extra drink (either they had made too much or the person never picked it up) and instead of throwing it away, they offered it to us for free! The food was really good as well. Even though there was a fair amount of people there, there weren't any long waits, which was really nice. The bathrooms were also very clean. No garbage or toilet paper on the ground. It was a very clean and friendly environment.

I absolutely love Tim Hortons.
I always get a medium 1+1, or a London fog.
Quick efficient service.
No matter which one I visit.

This has got to be the worst location. The customer service is so bad. The drive thru women are just miserable and seems like they don't want to be there. They are slow with their service and they have the nerve tell you to hurry up with your payment.literally.this morning my wife was told "HELLO. I'm waiting" not giving my wife the opportunity to get her payment out and she literally didnt even bother to hand the coffee out the window. She made my wife reach out to her and had her hand in the restaurant.
8/10 our order is wrong. We are forced to now open our drinks to check before we leave. I'm sorry but ever since the fast food industry in the city was taken over by a certain minority group (I am also one, just not the one I'm talking about). The customer service, the care and did it say customer service all went down the drain to say it politely. I won't discredit all. There have been some good interactions but it was the 2 out of the 10.

They just dont care about the front counter customer. Its all about the Drivethru Drivethru Drivethru.

I came there at 12: 00a.m, a staff member wanted to throw out all donuts and all muffins, all cookies. Another customer came in after me, he wanted to purchase a muffin, but everything was thrown out. The staff employee said you cannot purchase anything after midnight here. They always do this everyday.

Staff blowing nose and not washing hands or putting on gloves after. Supervisor igonored this. Beware.

Decided to try again at this location.nope just bad.
What is the point of having fancy screens for customers to see if they got your order right? Ice capp was supposed to be with cream.got chocolate milk instead, ordered 2 honey dip donuts got honey cruiser instead, ordered double espresso with sugar.didn't get the sugar. Night staff are not friendly and just don't care.

Went to this store at 4.15am Tuesday. Ordered coffee and tidbits. The girl reached in at was eating the tidbits right in front of me crumbs falling out of her mouth back into the box.she tried to hand it to me. I refused it and she started crying begging me not to call the store manager. I was so disgusted I left. And haven't been back. I need to call the manager Tomorrow.

I feel so angry, that’s not my first time to receive the wrong order. Who tell the people working there, if they make the wrong drink they can use the same cup? I usually order steam tea dd, but this time again, it’s steam tea and coffee dd. I’m pretty sure they made a double double first and they found they made the wrong one and they make it steam tea again with the same cup. It’s only two dollar drinks no people gonna return and complain it? I just can’t stand it this is not the first time!

They got my order wrong 4 times already. I use Drive thru so I can’t tell on the spot if they gave me the right one or not

Worst Tim's in the city, dirty bathroom, dirty dinning area. Unfriendly staff (rude and belligerent)

Woman operating drive thru at 12: 03am Thursday June 9 sounded half asleep. Couldn’t hear a thing she said also she must’ve not stirred the sweetener in my coffee since I couldn’t taste it. Coffee was hot at least.

I just wanna give them zero star. I ordered a ST but I got coffee staff is not active. I thing they don’t know the difference between tea and coffee. Not doing their job properly.

This location used to be better.

I generally don’t mind incorrect orders but I have failed to receive the correct order 4 times in a row now.

I’m writing this review because I made sure to clarify my latest order and double check it in the drive through, I got the wrong order again.

This location used to be significantly better, I feel as though the current staff aren’t ensuring a quality service. There is however one employee whom has been above and beyond but unfortunately I don’t feel the same confidence in many of the other staff I’ve dealt with.

Customer service is poor.the order taker took my order only to find out hat their machine for ice cap is under maintenance when i get to the window.no apology no other offer whatsoever!
