Worst experience because after ordering Jalapeño sandwich, I asked “Can I have a glass of water? ” to which the staff member rudely said “20 cents! ”. Shameless people, don’t know how to treat customers. Anyone charges for glass of tap water in a restaurant that too after ordering something from there and paying my bill on time? I’m never going to a Tim Hortons again and especially downrate the Polo Park franchise after such disrespectful attitude from their member of staff!

The staff were kind of rude, they didn’t understand my order (which was advertised on their screen above them). The lady at cash was rude in tone to my friend when ordering from the pastry case. She also scolded my friend for not listening to her.

I go there to grab a coffee for lunch and the attitude with the crew members was awful. Everyone had no expressions. I might as well been served by a robot

This Tim Hortons has the worst staff you will see in a Tim Hortons ever they don’t have any respect for their customers at all

The lady at Tim’s said my order was 2.78 I gave her $3 dollars and she made me pay more than I already gave her.

Worst customer service. Ordered TRiple TRiple but there is no sugar. Employee are very rude. Shows attitude

I go here pretty much everyday, usually it’s good they make the ice coffee good. Lately though everytime I order a bagel it’s burnt and I asked the lady to make it so it’s not burnt but she says all the cheese bagels burn like that which they don’t because I’ve been coming here everyday since about July and only recently have my ice coffee and bagels not been tasting good: (also very cheap on the cream cheese: (

I work just two shops ahead of Tim Hortons here is a girl at front did not take my order properly and i got a wrong coffee then i called the store and talk to the manAger and she bring me coffee and so polite and professional thanks for your service

Ever since they got new staff this locations had terrible customer service, and it all depends in whose working. I ordered a tea, two sugar two milk and a muffin. The girl gives me my muffin and then proceeds to turn around and watch her coworker mop, they chatted & then she took another order. I'm still waiting for my tea & the other cashier has rang through and served 3 other people by this point & then she proceeds to give a customer that was after me their drink. I had ask her to finish my order to which she started at me like I was being unreasonable & then had to ask me what my drink order was. I work in the mall and any time my manager orders her usual now from this location its ALWAYS wrong. Weve watched them punch the order in tight and then still get the wrong drink. Absalutely ridiculous given it was never an issue until about three weeks ago.

Mobile order came fast but thats all I can say that is good about this Tim's. The staff taking orders are disorganized and the drinks tasted horrible!

Ordered a vanilla cold brew and no taste of vanilla whatsoever. Iced Capp was horrible as well.

Guess I'll just have to go to Starbucks at least they're consistent.

Allows have great selection of donuts and don’t run out of chocolate Tim bits. Bad part is no seating inside anymore. Coffee is always freshly brewed.

Poor service, ordered my stuff and then I was gonna ask for something the stuff just ignored you. Bad service.

Front girl who was taking orders, doesn't know how to be polite and professional with the customer!

I told her everything correctly, after she said can you speak it loudly, i repeat my order again and told her please toast my bagel!
When i receive my order bagel was not toasted, I again told her it is not toasted! She told be next tome speak loudly!

Is this the way you speak to your customer?
I also work at customer service, i never say these words to customers!

Please tell your customer to be professional and don't get irritated when they have to repeat things

This Tim Hortons is easily one of the worst in winnipeg. I work in the mall and come here quite regularly. They consistently manage to screw up my order even though I only ever get a coffee and a bagel. I am so disappointed with this location. Do better Tim Hortons.
