Tim Hortons

Tried this place a few times. Always slow with food orders and no quality whatsoever, wont be going back there again.

Before this time that I went, the staff were rude and werent sure what they were doing. Spoke to someone hire, must be owner maybe but he was way better than the staff. If you want really good service go inside. Thank you to the two people who helped me!

It's painfully obvious when ordering at this Tim's that if you're there ordering, expect to wait 10 min longer than you should. Horrible service and low quality food.

This was TERRIBLE there is only 2 white girls and a they are the nicest ones there.the rest of them are extremely rude and taking forever on my order

Worst service ever.
Morning August 27th guy who took my order can understand from 3rd time. He did something different on his computer, not even close to my order. After when I paid, I hadn't checked my order and got completely different what I ordered. And it was a very slow line. I had to wait for 10 minutes for 3 cars.

First thing, I ordered a bbq bowl but they prepared wrap. Then they gave me bowl but it’s not fully loaded their service not good

Wouldn’t give me the discount for the hockey cards and I bought a drink she was very rude to make things even worse the coffee was disgusting. Worst Tim’s in the province.

SUPER SLOW! Lady decided to take her "boss's" order, go to the back and chat with her co workers who are doing nothing while I wait to just ORDER! This tims is on the way for me to work and I will drive OUT OF MY WAY to go to another tims or hell even McDonald's at this point. Service here is TERRIBLE

Imagine my surprise. When I saw it 2 more and it opened late 2 better took 10 minutes to get a coffee because buddy had to finish up his dishes 1st horrible. Service train your Staff customer 1st dishes can wait.

Low quality service and food. Came after 3 months hoping that they might have shuffled staff or even trained them but this tim hortons is same bad. Ordered hot tea and the rude staff handed out tea that was not even warm. Highly recommend to skip this tim if you don't want to waste ur money.

This oak bluff Tim Hortons is an absolute dump. @timhortons the inside of the restaurant matches the outside of the restaurant on the cleanliness level. Simply based on the atmosphere I will never be back. Apparently the owner of this franchise doesn't seem to give a s*** either just based on all the negative reviews that it's had in the past. Have a read for yourself, trust me you won't want to go here.

I stopped in to get 6 muffins. I had to tell him 6 times what kind I wanted and he still gave me the wrong ones! He was very rude, told me they didn’t have the kind I wanted even though I could see them on the shelf! I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there! Terrible service, bad attitudes
