Service is fine, but if you are in rush I would choose other tims. There is always 10min que on drive thro

Worst customer service compared to other tim hortons even when they are not busy with inside orders. I walked in to order a bagel and this person at cash counter needs to learn how to position your tone while you speak to the customer in a way that they won’t feel rude. Also, try not to speak in a different language with each other while customer is waiting/ordering their food.
I DON’T REALLY LEAVE REVIEWS LIKE THIS BUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD IN TERMS OF CUST SERVICE.
FOOD WAS GOOD.

While the groups of people hanging outside on chairs they brought from home was off-putting, the counterperson was very helpful and patient with my order. The customer area was very clean with ample seating available.

Waited in line for 15 minutes just to get mediocre coffee. Kinda ballz

Update* the Tim hortons corporation has tried to silence me, but I will not be bullied. See you in court.

Tea and coffee with a friend. Not much to go on but tables were unwashed, crumbs and smudges. Floor looked a bit dubious. Windows and window ledges were clean. One staff member very friendly. Another was bothered by our questions.

Pretty bad order on skip tonight. I asked for a blueberry muffin and got a raisin bran muffin. I asked for 2 cookies and got a "snacker". Your employees need to ask questions if they aren't sure what certain things are. You also need to recheck bags before allowing them to go out unless they are accurate.

Update: ordered a coffee 5 minutes ago and it is stone cold. Just a regular coffee. How does that even happen?

Very slow. Every time I order a bagel it comes frozen in the middle and the butter is not melted, just globbed on one side.
