We Travel often through morris and get Tim’s on our way, I can’t say any of our meals have been great, but today was the worst cold and old food, I shouldn’t be able to snap my hash brown in half never mind my gross wrap, the only reason this place is still going is because that’s the only drive thru place in Morris, so disappointed

Alright so let's start off with the fact there's like 30 eastern Indians working on one rap at a time and it still takes 10 min

Stopped here for lunch. I didn't like that only one bathroom was available. The food was good though and I really appreciated being able to charge my electric car for a bit while we are our lunch.

Service is good and staff are friendly. The number of peoe eating in has increased over the past couple of months.

Quick service even if there is a huge line up, coffee is sometimes a little old but it is what it is.

This location is horrendous. The coffee was so burnt I had to throw it out, and the food received was sloppy, more sauce was on the wrapper than the sandwich itself. Very disappointing experiences at this location.

My wife and I (who are fully vaxxed) had to present proof of vaccination and ID even though we're the only ones in the restaurant. Such a feeling of violation. This is a joke people! Omicron doesn't care if you're vaxxed!

A welcome stop coming up from the border. Picked up a coffee and doughnut - just a little refreshment to finish off the last few miles home.

Staff are nice, but this location has seriously gone downhill in such a short space of time. It's barely open and they don't bother to update the hours on Google. Recently it's been temporarily closed on random days.

Edit: Wanted to update this as have had really positive experiences here since they were closed. As usual staff are friendly and quick with the orders.

Today met one of the best employee at this location. I guess her name was Anjali. She is really setting standards for good customer service. Keep up the good work as made me leave with my order with a smile!

Is it a standard medium coffee quantity? I don’t think soo. Might be because I redeemed my points that’s why they give me less quantity

As a truck, u drive all day and you park for night and wanna go and grab something to eat, fat chance, CLOSED! The manager needs to be fired!

So disaapointedin this Tim Horton's.
2 nights in a row they messed up our order.yesterday ordered a salted caramel later and there was no salted caramel flavor in it. Tonight we stopped again on our way home and I ordered a vanilla cappuccino and there was no vanilla flavor in it, it was a double double. What is wrong with these people.

One of the friendliest locations I've been to on a semi regular basis. They do their job, properly. A rare thing in the service industry these days. Nice to see they do not support segregation or discrimination.
