Tim's is falling behind in Vegan options.
It's 2024, and you don't even offer a vegan friendly donut.

Terrible service. Very slow, rude staff, constantly having to repeat/correct orders at window. Last visit staff threw my change at me. Eager for a different coffee place in town

Like tim horton's chili. I just find it's always a bit messy at tim hortons.
I was going to get their broccoli soup, but they didn't have any left. The counter server seems a little rushed. It didn't seem fair that she had to handle our counter line up of about five people yet the drives through head four people working the window. Many of the tables in the dining area were dirty. But it Was about two O'clock so it was shortly after the lunch rush maybe they hadn't cleaned it up yet.

Can't get drinks right or orders right. Very rude and argue with the customer! Still cannot get orders right and still rude!

The 4 of us came to this location after our daughters baseball game. We ordered drinks and Timbits. None of the timbits had glaze on them even though they do in every other location. My wife and daughter had to use the washroom. The young female cleaning them was absolutely miserable she slammed chairs in the entrance way after chasing my wife out of there. She was completely disrespectful to the other customer working on the lap top at the table when she slammed the chair back at the table. After waiting 15 minutes waiting for the washroom to be cleaned my wife and daughter had the displeasure of still using a dirty washroom. This all occurred around 8: 10 pm on Wednesday May 17th so you can check your schedule for the employee that was working that night. This person obviously hates her job and will never represent your business properly

The quality here is terrible compared to other Tim Hortons. The food portions are about half of what they are at other locations.

Tried to use a coupon this morning for a free coffee (with no expiration date). First they told me it was "expired", once I stated it did not have an expiration date and I used one there the other day they said it was "invalid" great way to start the day by not honoring your coupons. I guess I'm a McCafe guy now

Update after 4 years.
Vast improvement.
This is now the better one.
The canadain tire location has slipped to last choice.

Staff are friendly.but tea and hot chocolate taste like coffee because they use the same spoon to stir every drink. I hate coffee.

Visit 5-6 times a week and most times the drinks we get are lukewarm, if that. Straight to the microwave when we get to work.
