I was in Steinbach to see a play at the Bible College. Just popped in for a coffee and donut for the long drive home. One young man behind the counter was so very kind! He even knew I loved Boston Cream donuts! It brought joy to my heart!

Why are you even working there if you don't like people? You don't say hi or acknowledge anyone. Anytime you are there. The other people are friendly especially the guys. But you roll your eyes and act like life is depressing. Please get some more friendlier people who aren't so miserable with their lives.

Waited forever, just to get a wrong order.
Then they weren't very nice when I went back to get the food I really ordered. Very disappointing

Really sweet lady named Maya working on the counter almost every time I come in. She gives really good service every time, even when it's busy!

Got the green tea with sweetness and a green tea with a ton of cream? Are you serious? Had to throw out. Was super disgusting.

Literally wat is goin on that they close at 10? Watched a hockey game n was gunna swing by tims after but nope all closed.wat is wrong.ths jus changed?

Ordered an everything bagel double toasted and clearly stated please not burnt and a sausage farmers wrap. Got to window items in hand and left. Got to light and saw begal is burnt.burnt on the entire surface area where the cream cheese goes 100%. Bring it back, big lady with glasses gave me attitude. Makes a new one and guess what.it wasnt burnt this time. Grabbed a big bite off the farm wrap, no sauce, un wrapped it, all sauce at the bottom.gave it to her and she game me additude saying outloud this is half gone what am i supposed to do with this. Brings a new one, i ask her why she said thay and she said sorry you heard that.

Called manager, nice lady kelly. Polite and helpfuk, explained it all, offered free wrap, 4 days later came back for the free wrap, had a gut feeling after the first bite. Looked and saw 3 hairs sticking out. In the garbage. Not managers fault, maybe lady glasses recognized my voice. Many years ago i dated a girl who worked at tims in town and she told me stories where employees recognise peoples voices and orders and got revenge is gross ways with coffees and food. And that biger lady with glasses i dont trust. Never never never. Im done. Not worth my health. The owner named andrew the ex hutterite is terrible at paying is managers and higher ups and thats why both tim hortons are terrible.

This store is hit and miss where service is concerned. I avoid this one as it's usually slow and disorganized.

This location seems to have a tendency to be out of everything. One time they didn't even have any buns for their sandwiches.

I like were the management team are going with this Timmy it feels like a whole new place thank you management

A good day should start with a delicious breakfast, but my day was ruined by Tim Hortons. I paid $7.04 for an egg and cheese english muffin meal while driving thru, and when I was in the car getting ready to eat, I realized my egg and cheese english muffin had no cheese in it. I was wondering if anyone knows where my cheese is? Was it taken by Jerry?

I had a coffee and a donut. The young girl who served me was friendly and efficient. Coffee and donut were as I always expect.

This is a busy place. Coffee was good

I so often feel like I'm just a number. I much prefer the service from Starbucks and will pay the extra for both service and quality.

Service was ok no donuts. But the place was dirty i actually decided not to order food aftwr seeing it only had coffee defenitly need of hoùsekeeping

It’s takes less time to get a meal in a sit down restaurant than it does in the drive through at this location. Waited 45 minutes for 3 items and they were wrong, swimming in sauce, no napkins. Asked the manager for the contact information of the owner. I’m assuming that based on the reviews that there isn’t much action taken to improve the standards here. I’ve been going to this location for almost 20 years and it was always fairly speedy - lately not so much. If I wanted to take an hour lunch it wouldn’t be in my car.

The service was okay. The coffee was good. However, the table we sat at had not been wiped in a while.

I went to one of your drive thru locations, in Steinbach, Manitoba, and they messed up my order by not putting eggs or sausage in my sausage breakfast wrap. I WAS INFURIATED.i went back around the drive thru and they refused to help me.

They use to be good a few years ago. Now whenever I order French vanilla it’s just water. Has absolutely no taste to it, tried multiple times still the same.

Ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese, and, before we even left the drive thru, the bagels were cold. Got home, feeling irked but not too bothered, only to find that our bagels weren't cut in half. Ripped the bagels apart, took a couple bites, thought something was off, and opened the bagels up to find barely even a suggestion of cream cheese.
I would've been a bit more lenient if the food had come out quickly, but it didn't. I know you can't expect a lot from Tim's, but this felt more disappointing than usual.
