Tim Hortons

Ordered a few drinks, and all the drinks given were wrong. Asked for Creamy Chocolate Chill, and we were given some random chocolate slush instead, asked for orange pekoe tea, and was given, I don't even know what. Ravi was the name of the customer representative, who started swearing as soon as we came back. I have everything recorded as well. Poor service by this idiot!

Staff are always friendly. It doesn't seem anyone at Tim's can properly toast a bagel anymore. Just push it half way through and spit it out. Hardly warm enough to melt the butter.

This location is poor. Rude drive through employees. Every time I order a buttered bagel it is bone dry. I called to complain, they said they'd fix it and nothing has changed. I will not be visiting this location again.

This location has the rudest staff and they are very unorganized as i am constantly paying for the wrong order or receiving the wrong order. Isn’t very convenient to have to go thru the drive thru twice just to get the correct order.i stopped going here as i’ve had a bad experience nearly every time.

Had the farmer's breakfast sausage wrap. Was delicious and filling. Staff was friendly and quick with my order. Would go here again!

Great coffee, donut holes, savory garlic herb pastry, maple donut, and frozen Oreo coffee drink! Outstanding whipped cream on the Oreo drink!

This location has wifi. They close the interior seating area at 11 pm. Doors open 7 am.
June 20th, 2023. Pre ordered the food. Had the main meal ready but forgot to get the coffee and donut. Had to remind them that there was more to the order.

I go to a lot of Tim’s and this one hands down makes the best ice coffee. The other Tim’s are always missing something. Only give them 4 stars because they are so impatient in the drive thru. I understand they want to get everything moving but most the time they don’t even tell you the price and just want you to pay.

Not a great experience, I placed an order through drive through and when it was our turn, they didn’t even have it. They took order even without checking, we were in drive through for a reason, this wasted our time. I even had to cancel my appointment and the guy at the front gave us attitude and didn’t even apologize. Would not recommend this tim to anyone.

They didn’t have any sprinkle donuts and my 3 year old will only eat sprinkle donuts, so they offered to make her a fresh one. Great service!

You need to get a tip option for people like this.

I always had a different experience I guess that’s because of the age of the coffee they serve there. Sometimes it tastes so good and some time I had to dump it.

The menu has a very good selection and the donuts are the best. The service is fast and the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean.

This location is always busy but the staff handles it well and gets the orders out to the customers faster than allot of other places that aren’t that busy *cough cough**starbucks *cough cough* lol

Asked for cup of water, 10cents plus 2 cent taxes.

I have to quit going to this location. For the last year it has been disappointing.
Today, the final time, my bagel had barely enough cream cheese for one side of the bagel. I threw out the other half.

Asked for 4 small dark roast double double with espresso shots inside and the guy asked me to wait as he wants to brew a fresh one.but got half steep tea and half original coffee instead.there was no single drop of espresso shot or dark roast. I don't understand how much will it take for them to give a darkroast.

She said she can't hear my order through the drive thru and let me drive and order in the window. After order at the window, she grumbling that my drink gonna take too long time?

Worst service ever. The guy supervisor working there needs a better training how to deal with customers. Instead of making things better.he was exaggerating the problem. Unprofessional behaviour being a supervisor. Worst experience ever.

International student hangout spot, they cut you in line and behave terribly and the staff allows it

Shivam whoever that guy is need some schooling again how to behave if a person is nicely talking he should know how to talk then he called police i was there today (i wanted to stay and c what he is trying to do but is ws bsy with work don’t waste your time aswell as ours i didn’t saw your guys review before otherwise I would never been there)
