My 2 daughter’s and I go to this Tim’s almost daily, sometimes more than once. Lately whenever we order more than one sandwich (usually breakfast sandwiches) we are parked immediately and then it takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes to get our food while the other customers in line drive through getting their food. One time after sitting 10 minutes a staff member came out to inform me that they didn’t have 2 sausages for our sandwiches and did we want something else because it would take ANOTHER 7 minutes to make a sausage. I asked her why they didn’t either tell me that at the window or put the sausage on as soon as I ordered? It seems like now when we order more than one sandwich they park me, and then put my order to the end and serve everyone else in line. It’s getting to the point we are going to find another Tim’s to go to since we are ordering food and beverages on the way to school/work and don’t have an extra 10-20 minutes to wait for food ordered in the drive thru. I asked the employee who brought out my food last time for the OWNERS name and phone number and she told me she doesn’t know it and gave me the names of the managers. Very disappointed as this is the closest Tim’s to our home and it WAS the fastest and friendliest.

The cashier at the drive thru was so rude it was Wednesday at 5.25pm and i just asked for less ice in my drink and she said that u should tell us before in a very rude tone

If you go through drive thru and they tell you to pull around and wait out front for your food, you’re better off going inside because I waited 15 minutes just to find out my food was sitting on the counter. Terrible customer service, I worked at a Tims for 5 years as a kid and I can say for certain this job isn’t hard to do, but these employees prove me wrong time after time. Honestly better off finding a different location and driving the extra 5 minutes to it.

I am a tourist and I thought maybe I could get a glass of ice. The worker informed me that it cost a dime. So I said really, and I wasn't gonna put a dime on my credit card, she was very nice and gave me one. Then when I was done, I tipped her an American 10 dollar bill. Thank you for helping me out.

One month later: The cleanliness has improved and staff is making an effort to clean more regularly. It would be ideal to have someone solely assigned to this task.

Previous review: Unfortunately the restaurant is never very clean at this location. The cleanliness has not improved; it is actually getting worse.

Perfect iced capp every time. We drive out of our way to come to this location to get one when we’re out!

My husband and I came here today and asked for a chai tea “latte” with almond milk and they gave us a tea with milk and my husband went back to let them know his order was wrong and she asked for a 1.30$ for her mess up? Made no sense why we had to pay extra for her messing up the order.

When I went there they had absolutely no donuts, not a one, except for timbits. They also had no cheese biscuits. The cupboards were bare we were very disappointed. The lady that served me was extremely pleasant.

We had a chicken bacon ranch wrap that they replaced and still wasn't any good so off to McDonald's I guess don't buy them at tims there garbage and got a doz of chocolate donuts and was given those crawlers

Zero stars, really. Every single time I drive through, it takes forever to get through. There's always something malfunctioning or some excuse to take forever. Ridiculous service. Super annoying. Please never stop here. Save yourself, it's too late for me.
