Tim Hortons

I placed an online order because I wanted to be able to skip the wait.
I was there 3 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I stood at the counter for at least 2 minutes before I decided to wave a staff down and said that I ordered online. She said, "Okay. " and walked away. I waited another 2 minutes in case she was going to bring it over. She never did, so I went to the other till and waved down someone, saying that I ordered online and it should be ready.
She gave me my bag, I had to ask for my drinks, she gave me one and when I asked for the other one she looked frustrated and gave me my other drink.
I left, and when I got to where I needed to go, I found that my muffin was missing, there was no cheese on my sandwich and it was dry, no dressing at all, and my drink wasn't the one that I ordered.
Not impressed to ever order online here again, and I am hesitant to order here, period.

We stopped on our way from Winnipeg for a coffee and a bathroom break. The bathroom was absolute FILTH. No toilet paper and the floor was disgusting. I ordered a wrap before I went to the bathroom. Came out and waited in the corner where the lady who took my order asked me to wait for my order. 10
minutes went by and I asked another lady who was putting out orders and she told me to go to a different corner. I went and checked again with the lady who took my order and she asked me to go back to the other end again. Waited another 10 minutes and in the meanwhile saw many people receiving their orders and letting the person behind the corner know that they asked for something different but the lady would dismiss them and move onto next order. I had to go ask again whether my order was still pending or given to someone else by mistake and was told it was still in the making. I understand it was lunch hour and Tims was very busy with lots of people including school kids as well but the lack of communications from the staff was frustrating. I peaked behind the counter and it seems only one person was making the wraps or other orders and they barely had a half a counter available to them. That explained the slow output. It seemed they were using same utensils, gloves and counter space for all orders including meat and vegetarian options which was very concerning from hygiene and cross contamination aspect. All in all it was not a very good experience and the unhygienic conditions made me never want to order from there again.

Food was good but the service was very bad i visited tim today at around 4: 15pm and I ordered grill cheese melt and i get it at 4: 50pm, almost 35 mins for a grill cheese melt i ask the girl who took my order that i didn’t get my order yet she didn’t reply anything to me

Ordered 3 boxes of hot chocolate to pick up in the morning. Everything was ready when I got there and staff were super helpful.

First time at this location, not bad but screwed up my order
It is now 3 years later and I stopped in to pick up a coffee. They were about six people working behind the counter and I had to wait 10 minutes before I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I have to further reduce my original four star down to a two star. Upon leaving I noticed the order here sign above the cashier was covered in fly droppings

The drive thru was open and the person was in there just ignored us this was October 29 2023 at 5: 40am

Most friendly service I have had in a VERY long time.

The gentleman that helped me at the front counter was very understanding of me wanting ice in my dark black coffee. He had no problem doing this.

Wasps in the donut case. Many flies in the building. Didn’t explore further, but I would say lots of opportunity for a nice clean coffee shop to be open. The other one we found online isn’t open til Monday.

Today I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with a shot of espresso.was very dissapointed, I had to wait 6 min for it.they started making it and seemed to have forgotten about me, by the time I got it it was not even like warm, and the customer before me left without his total order

Food was good, service was great. 1,356,765 flies in the store. The garage bins just outside the doors needs a rethink. Sets up the flies in the store

The bathrooms were very trashed. Looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. They also didn’t have any toilet paper. Went up to the counter and there were wasps and flys in the donut and muffin showcases. I’ve never seen so many wasps and flys in any indoor space then this location. Customer service was terrible. And from what I heard from locals is that both Tim Hortons locations are bad like this and that you should never expect the bathrooms to be clean or wasps not in your face. Never going there again

I don’t know why I keep coming back here, I’m always disappointed. I order the same thing every time: a cold brew with espresso foam. I always ask to make sure it has espresso foam and they always say yes. Of course, when I get it there’s no foam.

Tim Hortons finally has something that’s actually so good on their menu but they keep screwing it up.

Tim’s in general is still good, this location not so much.

I've lived here for 2 months, and every single occurrence I've had with ordering through the drive through, there is always something wrong. The coffee is bland, they always get atleast 1 thing wrong. Don't order a cappuccino because they don't know how to make them.

Absolutely disgusting.
One restroom locked and the other had no toilet paper or hand towels.
Told the man taking our order, he shrugged and did nothing about it, we had to get napkins to clean the toilet before it could be used.
If that’s how they care for the areas in view I do not want to know what’s happening in the food prep area and inside machines where customers can’t see.

I wish the portage locations.both stores.would learn to cook bacon. Maybe some people like it practically raw but I don't. I've been to many other locations that have crisp not burnt bacon. I have to throw it outmost of the time. It's very disappointing. And I know staff is such a problem. But in the morning and lunch there should be easy more staff looking after the in store stuff.

I am from our of town. I stopped in this afternoon to purchase timbits n I stood there, staff seen me and did not come to take my order. They were more worried about drive through than taking my order. When I worked at Tim Hortons back in the day I would have been in trouble expecially if management was sitting there watching what is going on. So I will never stop there

Absolutely disgusting. So dirty, it appears the workers do not clean at all. Windows are covered in dirty finger prints, the bathrooms were disgusting. Garbages were full. We walked in and walked right out

EDIT: We decided to stop at an outhouse on the highway and it was much cleaner
