At first i ordered everything croissant sandwich. Gave me plain bagel. Came back to change the order. They said everything croissant is plain bagel.

I frequently visit this Tim Hortons at 1146 Portage Avenue and I do visit Tim Hortons most of the time.
But ever in my entire life I have ever seen such a rude, arrogant and misbehaving person in my entire life.
I don’t know which position she works for maybe a receptionist or a manager.

Her name is Jee Jee. She is an arrogant Chinese as far as I guess.

After completing surveys we are supposed to get discounts on French Vanilla. When completing the survey I showed her the code. She doesn’t know how to apply the Tim’s rewards on the machine. She was totally wasting my time & didn’t know how to use the machine. I asked her to call someone professional. She not only called someone also on top of that she misbehaved with me, she argued and started screaming at me.

Is that the way you guys treat your customers?
No matter how bad the situation is, she shouldn’t be screaming at someone like that. I really want you guys to look into the matter!

Her name is Jee Jee.

And also thanks to Ms Pushpi and Ms Harpreet, even though Jee Jee was screaming at them! They supported me.

The chicken wrap was spoiled. We didn't understand it at first. But me and my wife had a strong stomachache and our daughter had a high fever and vomited a few times. Never buy food at this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a sausage farmers wrap, a boston cream and an iced capp, the breakfast wrap was made wrong, iced capp made wrong. The donut was fine.

Was on my way to work so I wasn't able to go back and get it fixed. Called this location the next evening when I had time - to advise of the issue and they said to call back when a manager was available. Called back, spoke with the manager who was very rude, she kept speaking over me and not letting me speak when I tried to explain the issue. She told me she would have to find out if she could replace my items.

I came back the same day and they said "I can only replace the wrap, not the iced capp, you should have come back right away to get us to fix it; I had explained that I could not come back as I was on my way to work. Meanwhile I had my receipt with me to show her. I told her I'd be speaking with head office. I sent an e-mail to head office, let them know I have a phone recording that I can send them to show the way she spoke to me. I do not recommend this restaurant at all, order was made wrong and I was not treated with respect at all.

Ordered a turkey bacon club from them yesterday. My boyfriend bit into his and got a mouthful of paper so I opened up mine and yup! They left the paper on the turkey.

Person taking orders needs to be clearer in response. Unfortunately, her English was weak and therefore made the experience poor. She asked me if the drink she was holding was my drink. I said if it was a Ice'Cap yes, but what is the drink. The co-worker said yes, that is my drink.
It's so confusing.
I will not use this Tim's location again.

Ordered thru mobile app and half of my order wasn't delivered. I emailed the customer service and they told me i have to wait 10 to 15 business days for a reply. I called the store multiple times but no one answered.

This location is serving rotten eggs. The yolk in my egg has been a grey/green twice this week, had a foul odor and I had to spit it out due to the taste. Definitely bad egg.

I just went there couple mins ago, was having a very rough day… I ordered 2 French vanilla’s and potato wedges, I specifically asked “can you make it fresh please. ” First of all the lady who took my order was not welcoming/friendly at all.no greeting or anything… on the second window they only give me 1 FV while I asked for 2… and my potato wedges are hard as a rock? So disappointed… will never visit again

It would be like any other Tim Horton's if I didn't get my order wrong 4 out of ten visits. I've gotten coffee when I asked for tea, I've gotten the wrong size, I've gotten the wrong amount of milk and sugar. I was the only one going through the drive-thru when they screwed up the order, twice. They don't seem to pay very good attention. Was seriously thinking of just using another Tim's that would be out of the way for me but seriously.

Terrible service rude and incompetent staff management is just as clueless as the incapable staff no one here followed basic food safety guidelines I typically love Tim Hortons and they ensured my experience was an absolute misery

My go to location. Have been going here for YEARS.drive thru staff are always super nice

The only real con is the parking lot/drive thru situation but there's really nothing that can be done about that.

When you walk in they ignore you and have absolutely 0 concern for timeliness or customer service. I rec'd a chicken sandwich ice cold, hard as a rock and 0 sauce on it. You have to actually give less than 0 fcuks to be that lazy and serve food that terrible.

The staff are usually friendly, and service is prompt.

The food quality is below average for a Tim’s however.

Furthermore the reason for my review,

My best friend went in with her child - 4 years old, I might add, Who was needing to use the facilities.

During Covid, I could understand that public washrooms in many restaurants are / could be off- limits.

However this Tim Hortons- forced my friend to buy a food item - that we did not need nor want.

I could - understand if it was a particular person, who may be under the influence needing to use the bathroom… or even another adult, and sure okay - Pay the 2$ for a coffee or whatever.

But a CHILD needed to use the bathroom.

Call it capitalism, or call it just plain inhumane and rude on the staff working there tonight (12/15 /21)

All I know is that when I worked at McDonald’s, Subway, and Smitty’s, any child was allowed to use the bathroom - with or without a point of sale purchase.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered potato wedges from skip but didn’t find any option for chipotle in the menu…called the restaurant to confirm if we can order something of $1 to get chipotle and the guy agreed. Received our order but didn’t get chipotle…we called the restaurant and another guy answered the call and the lady who prepared the order told she added chipotle then she told I added ketchup not chipotle and when the skip agent called she told we never called them for chipotle. Highly dissatisfied. Will never order from this store ever again and will recommend the same to my friends.

I went to this Tim at 19.50 PM on Dec 2nd evening to have a Coffee and Snack to eat but thought to go to washroom first as its freezing cold outside but everyone ignored me for a while and when I ask someone named Michelle, she came and look in a weird way and prejudice me and said we don't have public washroom and went away and when I ask how did you know do i have to order anything or not and she was keep on ignoring me. When I told her I'm still talking to you and why are you ignoring me and ask him is this is Customer service you give then she started listening and I ask for manager to talk but the manager named Vy advised her to tell me that she is busy and I can clearly see she wasn't busy and just trying to ignore me. I am going to tims for so long but never had this kind issue but this made me think one more time before visiting anymore tim hortons. Very disappointed.

Ordered a large tea. The cup was 2/3 and at the right temperature I had to wait until I get home to microwave. I have had this tea from many other locations but this was disappointing.

If I'm honest. They've gone down in quality a lot the past few years. And the staff can barely ever speak English at almost any location anymore.the coffee is a 50/50 chance of freshness.doughnuts are seemingly always out of what I want. Some locations seem to always say they're out of what I want until I continue to order another kind. Then suddenly they have it. (Once they realize I'm still gonna buy one regardless.not all locations do this it seems. I'll be honest) and if you're white.good luck getting a job there.wont happen unfortunately.that's the reality. They're rather racist at most locations due to the fact it's all foreigners and there families working there now. (My friend actually worked there so I do know this to be fact) the nest thing is the speed. The place has been set up for quick service. But don't be surprised if you still wait 5 minutes for pretty much anything. Sorry to say.my old favorite place.is now somewhere I avoid going if possible. I actually choose Mc Donalds coffee over this place now.which is kinda sad. Lol

Horrible experience here. Took forever to communicate through drive thru microphone to an uninterested employee who was very hard to communicate with in terms of enthusiasm regarding an ingredient to replace milk/cream with in coffee. We proceeded to wait 10 minutes at the window burning gasoline just to receive A refund. They told us they had almond milk, they told us they had soy milk and then they sent us away saying they didn't have any at all. No offer for a refund until we demanded one. They made us wait in between while chatting and laughing to one another and eating food.awful experience definitely not ever recommending or going to this location again, I hope they get new management.

Ordered a London fog tea which egg and cheese croissant. Recieved London fog and barely toasted lightly butter awefull smelling bagel.

Called - explained.

Few weeks later explained at drive through would like pick up my make up order. Staff fast had no issues.

Sigh. No vanilla for my drink. Sandwich not good at all. Croissant was so crispy on outside it felt like biting into hard plastic

Service was great, so was the quality of product. I think it the drive- thru is a bit irresponsible for the location as it blocks traffic on Portage and can get backed up alarmingly quickly both entering and exiting.

Poor management, does nothing to prevent employees from being harassed. Managers also bully and harass employees themselves, in view of customers. Extremely unprofessional management. Good service and employees however.

Every time I go to Tim Horton's feels like the first time. I'm so excited to be there and they make you feel so at home. There soup is always so delicious. Even though I'm full I want more! There dinuts always look so good. You don't know which one to get. I think it's my favorite place to be! I LOVE there coffee. I go back for more all the time. Every one needs to find a TIM'S and really find out for themselves how good you feel there!

Fairly typical Tim's. Good selection, fast drive through service, but if you go inside they can be quite slow and quite a few staff members will make eye contact before someone greets you, however once they do they staff is very friendly.

I went to this location this morning as I always do before work. When I was handed my tea I asked if they could confirm that it was the tea I ordered as the day prior they had given me coffee instead (I am unable to drink coffee due to health reasons).

The attendant at the window initially ignored my inquiry and closed the window, to which I had to ask a second time when she opened the window to provide me with the remainder of my order and change. The individual rolled her eyes, and scoffed then proceeded to talk down to me saying it was what I had ordered, said with a tone indicating she both didn’t care, and probably didn’t know.

I had called the manager afterward as the situation left me both unsettled and disrespected. The manager replied with “ did you pay with cash or credit”. When I indicated that it’s the situation that needs to be dealt with not the method of payment she responded with “ I was in the office I don’t know”.

I have been coming here often before work, and while the service has not been above standard for a while, today was the ultimate deciding factor as to whether I come back.

To be brushed aside by the manager when an employee is not fulfilling their job requirements, shows that a valued customer is not a priority.

This has made me rethink coming to this Tim hortons, and potentially any others if this is the conduct their staff is allowed to proceed with.
