I was served by Assistant Manager - Evan Kratz. I found him to be exceptionally polite, professional and helpful. I would rate above five stars if I could.

Really hot and cold. Sometimes they have great offers and sometimes they feel over priced.

For some reason all of their 16-34/35 shirts are "tall" which makes no sense. You ought to be able to buy shirts in short, tall or regular regardless of the length of your arms.

Great place for suit fittings, the staff are great and my suit was done on time of weeks before the wedding and reasonably priced

They are perfect for men's collection. Really good at tailoring, and their readymade suits are amazing.

We ordered 7 suits for me and my groomsmen. Service was great along with there wedding package on the price of the suits.
When one of my groomsmen didn't check to see if he had a vest, which he didn't know one came with it. Dana (manager at tip top) took the time out of her lunch to quickly drive it down to us as we were in a time crunch. Really much appreciated! Experience was great, treated like VIP, and will recommend to anyone tip top.will be back.

I rarely leave reviews, however, after my experience with Adonay Baliho at Tip Top in St. Vital Centre, I felt compelled to sing the praises of this great person. Adonay provided the best customer service experience I have ever had. He was kind, supportive, honest, and patient. He shared his opinion honestly and guided me towards some stylish choices. There was no judgement, no pushy attitude, and he took the time to show me different options, even with the store being busy and listened to my concerns and ideas. Not only did I feel good about my purchase, I felt good about myself. A big thank you to Adonay at St. Vital Centre's Tip Top. I recently visited this store to help my grandfather get a suit for a wedding we'd both be attending. It is not always easy to find sizing that fits him, but with the help of an amazing staff member named Adonay Baliho we were able to find a suit that my grandpa was ecstatic about. This excellent customer service and patience earned my grandfather's service and as someone who regularly wears business attire, I will be visiting this store for future purchases.

One of the best experiences I have had shopping for a suit. Evan was amazing and had me fitted and feeling comfortable in my new clothes. There was also no pressure in my purchase which made me even more comfortable. If you are looking for a new suit Evan is your guy!
