The staff are very knowledgeable about their products. Service is excellent and products are great.

It’s a cool trendy weed shop. The associates are chill, approachable, low pressure. Little pricey, but lots of selection and stock. Also a lot of cannabis infused drinks. I come here in a pinch but usually order the bulk of my product from online retailers due to cost.

New employee, don’t know her name but she seems to always wear a hood. (Have never seen her before and I am a regular)
Very very rude and super condescending.
Interrupted conversation with other employees to demand my ID when I ALREADY showed it to the other employee, continued to demand and say it’s the law and that it doesn’t matter that I showed it to the other employee and that she needed to be the one to see it, other employee said I was good and he already saw it but she kept on going.
1 star to the employee (should be a 0), not the store itself.

If your looking for marijuana from a legal store, this is the place to go. Reasonable prices and a wide variety of different strains. Some types have a THC value 40%, 18 years or older picture I D required.

Staff was rude. I expect nothing less than smiley when I'm buying cannabis products. Thumbs down

Crazy shop for Europeans. A selection of flowers for every taste. There are foods and sweets containing substances from cannabis. Nice price to relax. Very polite staff.

On several occasions I’ve gone to this location in the last two months and there’s been a sign saying they’re CLOSED two HOURS before close. As a chain store this is disappointing to say the least especially when it’s the only “flower” shop in downtown…

I get 20% indica us good enough.used to get the highest THC percent not no more am settling for a lower% now

We have a lot of fancy dispensaries like this in Vancouver but the prices at this place are way more reasonable and the staff are super helpful. Unique products and a variety of good flower. This place is rocks

I love this place. Other then the ID part. I dont look under 25! Even under 30 would be a hard pass. They dont record them for contact tracing. They just want to distract you from your list.
Staff are accomidating. Prices beat out Regina. Winnipeg downtown location, the website rocks. From same evening to 2days by Canada post.

Is the 75 grams of plastic containing 4.5 grams of weed. Can someone start looking for a remedy to this?

Good hardworking employees, fair prizes and has a wide variety of strains and product, along with great quality.

The staff at this location are not only super friendly, but they are knowledgeable about their products and always willing to help you pick the right product and strength for your individual needs! They have no problem telling you about the best deals where you get the most for your money. I absolutely will choose this store before any other here in Winnipeg

They offer about 30 different kinds of bud but never have anything in stock. Gone to both locations 3 times and came out with nothing each time. They also feel the need to card everyone upon entry, including my 80 yr old father. They need to give that a rest or get people who can tell age. I give 2 stars for the clean and modern storefront & nice staff.

Everytime i call this place there is never an answer i am not going to drive 10 minutes when i have to warm the car up for 15-20 minutes at -30 with windchill if i do not know what they have to offer in stock. Everytime out of probably 50 calls to this location i have never been answered not 1 time and have been told this by many friends who now go to delta 9 unreal and they are so much closer to me then any other shop but i excpect consistency in a company when we are all supposed to be valued customers back to delta 9 for this guy its 2019 i mean there is headsets employees can wear to answer phones you can have a chime play when an incoming call is incoming over your speaker system i could manage this location better so much business is being lost by this simple fix and yes i owned my own retail store and know that answering a phone call makes money for your establishment its going to be 6 months and a simple matter as a phone being answered should have attention to the matter and im sure i speak for many many customers if myself and about a dozen friends nearest to their location stopped going to this location unreal like i said ill drive the extra 10-15 minutes to a place i know has what i want just by a simple phone call and you should have about 8 seperate lines on a conferwnce phone to take that many calls at once

If you want an over priced, chemical smelling, and under weighed low quality cannabis.

Awesome staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Great location accessible by bus. Awesome weed, can i say more? First time i got a gram for $10 legally. Great prices.

Knowledgeable staff, great start but their service went down since opening. They claim they're sold out on half gram and single gram options and try to upsell larger amounts, which I do not like.

Terrible place. I have been there multiple times and there is NEVER any marijuana there. This last visit I went with my wife and we even called before going to ensure product was indeed there. After reassurances they were indeed stocked we arrived there 10 mins later to again find NOTHING. But hey, there is plenty of merchandise that you can get gouged on though, cause we all need another paraphernalia store out there. Seriously though, don't waste your time, patience, and money on Tokyo Smoke. The one in Brandon is the same.

It's a good store. Usually great service but the reason i give it 2 stars is because they're usually out of stock and no one has ever picked up all the times i've called to inquire about stock so i don't waste time going just to find out they only have 30gs available.

I want to give this place a better review but I just can't. The staff are wonderful, and extremely patient and kind.

The actual cannabis itself though? It's an absolute joke unfortunately. On three separate occasions I have been sold musty/old smelling cannabis. I'm not even going to mention the pricing. As someone who cares very much about what I put into my body, this is really concerning.

The supply is super low, too many times I pop in to see if I can grab an eight because I don't feel like troubling my guy, and they straight up do NOT have any cannabis.

Like I said, I really want to give this place a better review, but, in my opinion, the government doesn't know what is going on with the supply chain. Whenever they wind up fixing their cannabis situation, perhaps I'll wind up fixing my review.
