I left Happy with how I looked and the atmosphere was very positive, my barber did exactly what was asked

Came in for a simple haircut and walked away with an amazing wash and cut by Anastasia, who goes above and beyond.
If you want a great cut, I recommend asking for Anastasia.

Taiya, the receptionist with a youthful appearance, is an exceptional professional who adeptly communicates the available services and their corresponding prices. Her warm and welcoming demeanor is greatly appreciated in Winnipeg, where excellent customer service is highly valued.

I went in for a buzz cut trim that was listed as $27. I told the barber that I am growing out my hair from a buzz I received a month ago so all I needed was a trim down of the sides of my hair (because my hair was starting to look like a biker's helmet). The haircut took a total of 10 minutes, and when I went to go pay, the receptionist lady charged me $38 since my barber decided to use "multiple guards" for the trimmer. Since multiple guards were used, my simple haircut was classified as a normal trim which is listed $10 more expensive than the buzz cut. With the tip, it became a $40 haircut for a simple 10 minute trim.

Tommy, please make your prices more reasonable and train your employees with some common sense. A 10 minute simple haircut should not cost anyone $40.

Today, my barber trimmed my mustache and beard while I was leaning back! I had a mouth full of hair. I had to interrupt my barber to lean forward and spit hair out of my mouth. He didn't apologize or even realize what he did despite me having to audibly spit hair out onto the floor! Worst beard trimming experience I have ever had. I have been to this location before and had a better experience, but today was terrible. I prefer the Portage Ave location and went here today for logistical reasons. Never again.

Was just charged 49.35 for a basic haircut! I certainly didnt leave a tip. My last cut was 37. Plus tip.didn't have my hair washed just rinsed after cut. Trimmed mustache and eyebrows barber spent very little time on either. Didn't ask if I was happy with length. Cut was poor and my wife advised me the haircut is not straight at the back. They have lost my business permanently!
Warning Warning make sure you get price 1st. When I complained to cashier she just shrugged her shoulders. She couldn't care less. I'm 69, have used this location for 2 years but they will never never see me again. It might be the worst service I have received for a haircut ever.

Chantel is a pro! Gives my three little grandsons consistently great haircuts!

This would be my second trip to Tommy Gun’s in Kenaston and I highly recommend going to this one. The first haircut I got when I came to Canada was here and had a great experience. I’ve went to many other barbers after but none were the same. Months later, I went for a second time to Tommy Gun’s in Kenaston and I just had an awesome time. The experience was great and the barber gave a premium feel towards cutting your hair. They’re very welcoming and love how friendly they are. Was impressed with the haircut too. The barber gave suggestions and even took time making it what you want. Highly recommend it and I will definitely go again for future haircuts. Thank you

Called, said wait one hour, come in. Then waited another 30 mins at the shop, walked out before they could cut my hair. Then made an excuse that they where short staff, better if they would just said they where too busy. My time is valuable too

Great atmosphere, and friendly staff. But they messed up the scheduling. So I waited for over an hour, but by then I had run out of time.

Such a shame, I was really looking forward to a great shave and beard experience.

Fantastic experience getting a quick beard trim before my wedding. Very knowledgeable on how to best style any beard making you feel confident in your facial hair no matter what you might have going on.
