Good prices, & price matching. Sometimes stock is a little low, so can't take advantage of deals.

There is literally no frills here. But it's cheap and convenient. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great place to shop and still always helpful and friendly.
Visited again today, still great prices and customer service.

The store is undergoing renovations however, the store was clean and bright. The produce was fresh and well displayed. I was able to find what I needed quickly due to the well marked aisles. The checkout staff were friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a trip.

Always find what I need and very reasonably priced. Great for a major stock up depending what you need!

I love this store. They always have items in stock specially the featured flyer items, unlike some other stores who puts stuff on flyer and if you visit on first day it begins they would be out of it or would be hinding Inside.
Prices are very very good and great instore deals most of the times. Highly recommend.

Was very discouraged that I got to the till and there was no signage, no clerk/staff to inform people of debit/credit not working. The lineups were very long and people were frustrated. I had a cart full of groceries and left it at the door as I work shift work and needed to go. I really wanted the ham for this weekend as it is my mom's birthday. Very upset and disappointed over no discussion with patrons. All hush hush

Enjoy shopping here. Store is clean and well laid out. Prices are low. Need to watch expiry dates on some items. Selection isn't as great as some other grocery stores, but for the price it's great. Update: Continues to be a great store to shop at.

I normally shop at superstore but had to find somewhere else due to recent events. No Frills had nearly everything I was looking for at a competitive price and I was really impressed. A great first experience with the brand.

Like all Loblaw stores in Manitoba at the moment, has more empty shelves than usual. Hardly any dairy products, no Lays chips due to disagreement and not much cereal. Meat galore, but I don't go to no frills typically to buy my steaks.

Not the best selection and for a month they didn't have the coffee I wanted and they no longer have the good box of 4kg chicken wings, instead they only have the noname brand that has feathers on it but staff is pretty good and there is a good enough selection to keep you alive.

Will not be returning to this particular store again in the future. I felt very discriminated and uncomfortable while trying to shop for lunch as I was being stalked by the staff and also the ONLY person of color in the store at the time (While there were many other shoppers around) and when I approached a staff member that was stalking me (when her post is at a till in a designated lane), she attempted to hastily return to her post (several isles away) and act casual then proceeded to ignore me several times before responding to my general question (maybe she needs a hearing aid). This elderly cashier in particular is very rude and (in my opinion) racist. This has been the worst shopping experience I've had since this pandemic started and I try not to leave poor reviews. Toms no frills you need to hire better staff and or implement cultural training or review your current staff as this will lose you many customers and business in the future.

Great deals. Good selection. People r nice and cashiers very friendly. They have been getting more stock. Some times prices here are lower than superstore.

Store has an ok selection of food, but not great. If you enjoy cooking with a variety of specialty ingredients, you’ll need to go to superstore or Sobeys. A lot of the time they are out of stock of the items I came in for. The store is kept very clean. I really dislike the women who usually runs the self check out. She has horrible customer service and is super unapproachable.

1st visit. Unusual location but once you were in the store it was clean, tidy and looked well kept. Likely a local jewel of a local store with discount pricing.

Some of the prices too high. The store needs remodeling, and some of the arrows, on the floor, needs to be replaced.and missing lighting in produce area. The store didn't have most produce good quality.

Regarding the baked goods department,
would you please consider stocking some traditional items such as tea biscuits
and sticky cinnamon buns.

I was there this morning to get a few things I was at the self checkouts when I asked the lady with dark black hair at the cashier at the closest self checkout if the potatoes were on sale she was very roud and lashed out at me saying that she has no idia and to wait my turn, she was very roud just the way she answered me. I shope there sll the time but I don't kneed attitude from someone that is having a bad morning.

Overall I like the store, but it’s disappointing at times to go in and see a big empty space for the item you are after.

Cashier was really friendly! Made our boy come out of his shell. She gets 5 stars. Security guard was tailing us the whole time. Made us feel awkward, my partner is indigenous so it made us feel unwelcome. Wouldve given 5 stars otherwise.

Clean, friendly. As anywhere you shop, know your prices! Some stuff way over priced and some really good deals.

The fruit and veg section looked like a compost heap. Is this the produce they couldn't sell at Superstore or something? Also they has less than half of their advertised sale items.

Welcoming was nice right from the entrance. The elderly lady sanitizing basket by the door was so welcoming, help was nice within the store to locate stuff. Nice place to shop

Always clean and the cashiers are all pleasant to deal with. Giving you that neighbourhood hood grocery store feel

If you only need dry or frozen goods then this store is for you as long as they actually have anything in stock. Usually most sale items are sold out. The produce is a disgrace especially any bagged or packaged product. The equipment the produce sits on is filthy. The same goes for the meat. The store often has expired product for sale. Products in the bakery are labeled with a best before tag in a hand written pen. I’m shocked health and safety have not inspected. If the store is as filthy on the floor I can only imagine what it looks like in the back room. Staff are nice though.

We now do most of our shopping at Tom's. We find that the specials are good and the staff are great to deals with. Keep up the outstanding work we do appreciate it.

The 1st time i received the freshest herbs and the service is great.
Very personal and i would definitely recommend the order online & pickup service.
The best experience i have had, and because of that i now order online.

Fair pricing +quick checkouts! There is good parking, and the product selection is adequate for a 'no frills' store. This includes some Ziggy deli items, a small neat section, fruits & veg and some PC products. The sales are usually excellent

Should have a seperate line for self checkout instead of everyone in one line. Cant really go around them and use self checkout when youre suppose to be social distancing.

I think its a hidden gem for shopping on Saturday morning or afternoon, not crowded, sufficiently stocked and amazing deals. I always shop here.

Good deals but you have to wear a mask and we found we are allergic or sensitive to the material, so we had runny eyes and sneezing.

An important place in any community. Its good to have more than 1 grocery store in any neighborhood. With Winnipeg having so many food deserts its nice to know this place is still up and running.

I am happy to say it really wAsnt as stressful as I thought. I havent been there since march.i was happy with the measures they have taken. Will go back.

Overall very disappointed in the service. Have been going here since they opened just due to the convenience of it being down the street but try not to when I can. The employee focus on everything but the customer.

It was quick in the post-covid world sense. As a matter of fact, it took no longer than a pre-covid stop and shop.

Great prices, friendly staff. I found a $10 lasagna in the freezer section while looking for washer fluid, and I couldn't say no. Best $10 I ever spent.

Terrible. Stood in line on Friday at 4: 30 with 30 other people watching the security guard allow 3-4 people walk out and he only lets 1 person in. Does this for 30 minutes straight. Then he lectures us on 1 person per house hold is allowed to shop. People all around us were all complaining. We got in and the store was empty. 5 min later. Security guard was walking around the store and the store is packed. No more line up.
Not to bash this security guard but wearing big mirror sun glasses when your inside does not make you look cool.

I stopped here once out of convenience but now it is my go-to the quality of organic produce here is better than at any 'higher end' stores, selection over all is fantastic, its always clean, staff is friendly and parking lot is great.now that they have self-checkout, its the perfect store.

Service is bad, one cashier looking after 6/7 costumers, none of the staff seem not to know where any items are, just hate going there, and there prices aren't as great as they say they are, Super Store has fresher foods and the price is cheaper on a lot of items, that use to be a Super Store, should've kept it one, think it's still owned by Western Grocers.anyway, that's just my opinion.

Place is a joke they put the right name on the store.you get what you pay for but not at this dump don't waste your time and maybe they'll go away.

Having to bag your own $250+ grocery shop is a bit rediculous. Especially when there's no room to maneuver and others have to awkwardly wait for you to finish. Gets the 2nd star because prices on some items were really good.

Ok but no carts inside, all outside, would be good to know that in advance. Not all prices are cheaper than Superstore, quite a few are NOT.

Honestly the employees are decent and from my few trips here I have found the customers to be very rude (all they could do was complain that there wasn't enough tills open a few hours before closing). I really enjoyed how respectful and happy the employees stayed. Will return here again!

For the 8th consecutive time shopping here they are once again out of hot dog and hamburger buns, spices that they never have and other foods.
This is up the road from me and I have to say, I have been shopping here for 5 years and this was my last visit here.
I'll take my business to Safeway on Roblin from now on.

Great canadian and winnipeg owned company.support canadian first and they have the best prices like superstore and match everyone else prices.

The front area is very roomy and the aisles are surprisingly wide. Prices are pretty good on the items I checked and there's a good mix of name brand and private label products.

After crushing my food and not appoligising and not saying a single word to the customer like they are dirt and then when you try to make a comment to the manager she blames my 8 yr old daughter for thw clerks lack of respect and tells her shes doing a fine job. No wonder your staff are incompetent with managers like that!

Real class act blaming an 8yr old for anything!
