I've never really had a hair stylist I could really relate to or have a good connection with until I went to Madison! I could easily talk with her! Never felt pressured to talk and there was good flow of conversation. She also immediately understood that I have strong feelings about long hair on myself being a trauma for me and she respected it and even shared how she prefers short hair on herself. Next time I need a trim or hair cut I will be definitely booking with her. I've been to tonic for perms with Hilda but not a haircut. I'll be making Madison my regular hairdresser going forward because she was so wonderful to work with!

Had a full day planned - mani, pedi, hair and then at the last minute needed a make-up touch up for some last minute plans. As usual everyone was on their A game. My nails by Amanda, pedi by Felicia and hair by Matt were perfect Then Amanda went the extra mile and touched up my make up mid-pedi! I cannot say enough about all of the staff at Tonic! Amazing!
