The nicest lady I know came here for lashes to show off at her milestone birthday party! Everyone we knew arrived to see her bloodshot eyes because the lash tech got so much glue in them. It’s formaldehyde and she got to tell everyone about the chemical burn caused by your carelessness. She has been a regular there for years and always has such nice things to say about you, you really effed her over! For her fiftieth party. Shame on you, Total Look. Used to buy her gift cards because she’s used so many of your services but I absolutely will NEVER support this business again. You ruined her special day.

Took advantage of the January oxygen facial/microdermabrasion promotion today with Aleah. What a wonderful experience! Very relaxing and skin is soft and glowy! Aleah really goes above and beyond. She is amazing! Thank you!

Today apprentice Sera gave me a facial and a pedicure. Soooo relaxing I fell asleep and snored! Oops! She was very gentle and did a great job on my feet and face. At least 15% of me looks much younger now! Loved it!

Went on friday the 21 to get my nails done (gel set) and was there for 2.5 hours, never has it ever taken that long for my nails to be done, by monday the 24 one nail had already started peeling up and today tuesday the 25 it popped off, i'm not rough with my nails what so ever, very disappointed

I have been to a couple places just outside the city and I have to say Maria B.is the best aesthetician I have had. I went to her once last summer for a shellac manicure and haven't been able to change it up since. Recently started seeing her for waxing's and am just as impressed! I can not recommend her enough

Aleah is an amazing esthetician, I am always impressed with any of her services. I recently had Dermaplanning performed and made my skin so smooth. Aleah also has extensive knowledge of the Dermalogica line that they carry and knows exactly what will work best for your skin!

I love that the salon is now offering many new services and was patiently waiting for dermaplaning. My service today with Aleah was absolutely wonderful. She is professional and skilled at what she does. My skin feels and looks so youthful, fresh and glowing. Ladies if you are reading this review pick up the phone and book your dermaplane appointment right now.

We normally don't post reviews, unless the service is either really bad or really awesome but this was the best pedicure we've ever had! My husband has only had 2 pedicures in the past and we were treated to a such a very enjoyable experience! Cathy and Jodie were so awesome making us feel comfortable and bringing our winter, sad-looking feet back to life. From fixing a long time ingrown nail problem due to nail trauma from years ago to EXTREMELY cracked heels, we were educated on how to keep our newly smooth feet maintained with their advice. This salon is extremely clean and they have everything in place to ensure health safety regulations that we have to follow. Very personable and all the extra services included in the spa package were well worth the money. Will be recommending this salon and looking forward to going back soon! Highly recommend!

These girls are all super friendly and do a great job every time i come in! Always make me feel at home, especially Ashley, she is superb!

I had a microdermabrasion treatment with Aleah. The treatment itself was fabulous, had an awesome add on treatment as a promotion for the month of October, and loved every minute. The ambiance was relaxing, Aleah was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the procedure. My result were fantastic! I cannot wait to go back (although she definitely bought me some time!) Thanks Aleah and the staff at Total Look, my time there, again, was just what I needed!

I went to get my eyebrows done during the winter- walked there in ripped jeans and a very light sweater from the high school, showed up absolutely frozen, and the girls made sure I’d warmed up with a tea before they did my eyebrows, and made sure I finished it before I left to walk to work! Very caring staff, I love going here for any spa needs!

I can highly recommend both Megan and Ivanka. They listened, gave great advice and did a great job with both cut and hi-lites. Megan did my hair and Ivanka did my granddaughter's. We were both very happy!

A tad bit expensive, but overall generally worth the cost. Good location, friendly staff, and lovely interior.

Hi I am new to this area! I live in Libau Mb
I am looking for a hair dresser. But I’m very nervous about going to someone new. I have had many hair cuts that were very disappointing. I have long hair that’s just below my B straps! But it’s also very thin.
I’ve always had it this way since I was very young! And so I’m looking for someone to please help me. I’m terrified to go see someone new! But I have no choice because I want and need a hair style
