Great place for spa treatments. Mostly get my pedicures there. Have also had Meso facials and absolutely love it! Shauna and Anesha are my go to girls for my treatments. But everyone there are very kind and friendly! Convenient location and lots of free parking.

Megan provided me with a very helpful consultation-and a very postive first laser tattoo removal session. She provided me with a detailed explanation of the process, what to expect, etc, and made the experience as comfortable as it could possibly be. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with Miranda. Tried a French pedicure for the first time and I love it. Salon is always clean and welcoming.

Pedicure, manicure and brow wax woth Anesha. All 3 treatments were wonderful. Anseha is very particular and precise, just what I look for. You will not be disappointed, I will definitely be booking with her again!

I was there for a lash lift and tint. The technician was nice however I was asked to sign a waiver saying the procedure was explained to me and that never happened. Also no after-care instructions were given. The chair was very uncomfortable, the lights were extremely bright and other people kept coming in and out of the room during my treatment. Hardly a “spa” experience as their name suggests. The appointment was booked for an hour and a half but we were done in 1 hour and it felt very rushed. The end result of the lash lift was not very good. My lashes were turned up but hardly curled. I have had lash lifts before with much better results. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they were good enough to only charge me for the tint. The manager or owner was standing there asking the technician what she did (trying to find something wrong with her technique) right in front of me which I found unprofessional and no apology was given. I appreciate that I was not charged for the service but the whole experience was disappointing and I don’t think I would return or recommend to others.

I’ve had many facials and laser treatments here over the years and it’s a great spa however had a horrible experience with “semi” permanent makeup (it’s very permanent, don’t let them tell you otherwise) and need to spend the money and pain to have it removed by laser. I will continue to go for other the services though!

I had my first Picosure treatment with Amy today. As always, Amy is professional, friendly and thoroughly explains the procedure and any questions I have. She also gave me suggestions on other potential treatments to address other skin issues I discussed with her. I love dealing with TWS. I typically see Amy and Miranda, but all the staff are always so helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend this spa for any type of service, whether it is a mani or pedi, or other more involved skin treatments.

I'm glad, I consulted with Shauna and she is very professional. She checked the root cause of that and gave me a good treatment by keeping my skin sensitivity in mind. I am so happy after seeing those results.

I had a series of three photo Facials with Shawna over the last three months. She is fantastic! She checks in to see how you’re doing she tells you what she’s doing Overall just a really great person who cares a lot about their work and how you feel about the work being performed. I would definitely go back to see her for any future procedures I decide to get. I am also very happy with my results!

I went for 3 sessions of the microdermaneedling and was completely satisfied with the results. The ladies were very knowledgeable and gave me all information ahead to know what to expect. Very professional, considerate and friendly staff. The environment of the spa is first rate. I have had other procedures done since and would always go back for all treatments. A trustworthy group.

I’ve gotten microneedling done by Mel and let me tell you, she is AMAZING! She makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions and concerns. You can tell that Mel loves what she does, she’s knowledgeable and it shows in her work. I was afraid and questioned what I was getting myself into, but she reassured me that it wouldn’t be painful. I’m so glad I took the plunge, my skin is starting to look much better and I’m so happy to take my journey to beautiful skin with Mel!

Shauna was great! Salon kind and amazing to customers needs. Shauna down to earth and made me laugh many times. I felt at home here. After my appointment and I was not fully happy with result they reassured me it was normal and booked me a next visit for touch ups that day!

I have been going to Total Wrapture for a number of years (5 or more) for pedicures. For the most part, the service and work are excellent. However, the last few times, the work has been hit or miss. However, this last time (May2018) the cost of the pedicure was over $60 with tax (even though their website says $52 plus tax). Either way, $60 is just too much. I found a new place last week that did a better job and was $40. Sorry Total Wrapture, you've priced yourselves out of the market for me!
