I’m so impressed by Diana Feeleus & Chase Luckwell as a team they collectively respond to my requests speedily on top of sending professional contractors for building needs regularly to have all jobs done to the highest standards. Very incompetent leasing office, slow even on doing simple tasks. It takes months to get things done! Also their telephone line almost always busy.

I moved into a condo building managed Monopoly Realty but in a suite managed by Towers Realty Group Ltd.last year mid-July. The price seemed like a reasonable deal for the size of apartment. However, from the get-go, the management of the suite was absent. The apartment was dirty when my roommate and I moved in. I have attached a picture of the oven when we first moved in. We spent hours cleaning the oven, the windows, the walls, the bathrooms and more. Towers gave us 50$ for the time and cleaning supplies for doing this which was by no means fair compensation.

Later into the lease, some plumbing work was needed. Towers gave my contact info to the plumber so that I could arrange with them to come to the apartment. None of my previous apartments required I be present when contractors enter the suite. I asked for compensation considering I left work to let in the contractor and was denied. I called Residential Tenancies Branch and confirmed that it is Towers' responsibility to let in contractors. From this point on, I did not rearrange my schedule to let contractors into the suite because it is not the tenant's responsibility and I was not being credited on my rent for doing Tower's job.

Further into the lease, because of the old plumbing in the suite, there was flooding in the bathrooms. I came home to very loud and large fans and dehumidifiers in both bathrooms, which were present for about 3 days. I assumed this was done by Monopoly Realty because when I reached out to Towers multiple times concerning the flooding, they had no idea about it and even though I requested to know what happened, I was never updated. Considering people were entering my suite without my knowledge, which Towers had previously used as the excuse to get me to let in the contractors, this was particularly frustrating. The noise during the first three days made it hard to sleep and the aftermath took about a month to be resolved. The bath/shower was not usable because the drain had to be unclogged. This was only resolved when my roommate and I submitted a complaint to the Residential Tenancies Branch. After the complaint, the clog was promptly resolved within 24 hours and took all of about 20 minutes.

Finally, towards the end of the lease, the taps of the bath/shower that had previously been flooded, stopped turning off. The plumber who came had to turn it off and needed weeks to get the replacement piece so the bathroom wasn't usable for the final month of the lease.

Considering the lack of management, my roommate and I moved out of the apartment after a single year. We didn't have access to the second bathroom for about 2 months of a 12 month lease, we were never offered any credit for the loss and management was absent and unhelpful during this time.

TL;DR Towers Realty Group Ltd.had poor management, being unhelpful and uniformed about the suite and their responsibilities.

I haven’t moved yet in the apartment on river avenue but I know that the have a good management and I would like to thank Diana and Azra for the hard work the are doing to help people I just can’t wait to move in on October

We recently sold a condo at Kenaston Village in Winnipeg. There are many steps and documents involved in selling condos. Thankfully we were assisted by administrative assistant Megan Polden from Towers Realty Inc.who guided us through the entire process with such professionalism and friendliness. Her responses are lightning quick, clear and helpful. Thank you Megan for your guidance. You’re a gem!

By far the worst leasing management, Linda is very rude and hostile, we applied to get a name added onto the lease a month ago and paid the $75, she was unreachable most times and not cooperative, by far the worst management and every time you try get connected to someone else they transfer you to the same Linda who does not pick up her phone and is not cooperative, the worst management I’ve ever encountered, very rude.

I want to sublet my apartment but nobody is willing to help. I have gone to their main office submitted the form and pay $75 but its been 6 days nobody reply nobody help every-time i called get transferred to someone left many voice messages but nobody answered
The sublet is for Aug1 and i have someone who wanna take it but nobody is helping out him or me
Very unprofessional and they don’t even know the meaning of customer service all they know is to charge to good rent every month

I had a scheduled appointment with Matthew Lo at 1: 30 PM today to view the apartments at Dury Manor, but he failed to show up. This lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing, especially considering that I took time off from work for the viewing. Moreover, my attempts to reach him through emails and phone calls went unanswered. Fortunately, the caretaker of the building was kind enough to provide a tour of the building but he couldn't show the actual units as it's not a part of his job responsibilities. This level of service is highly unacceptable!

I have been attempting to sublet my apartment, but I consistently encounter an issue with the reception not answering calls during the afternoon. Each time I am transferred to Anna Nykoluk, who is responsible for subletting, I am left waiting for a callback despite leaving multiple voicemails. No one in this company is willing to do their job. Very frustrating!

At first it seemed that everything was very good, but then problems began.
The first occurred when my wife checked out of the apartment. I arrived at the office, signed the documents, provided my new account details and work certificate. After that, I was informed that my previously created account will continue to work without changes, and I will be able to continue making rent payments as before. But in fact, when I tried to log into my account on the relevant date to make a payment, it was blocked. Creating a new account also turned out to be impossible. This started going around in circles, I was offered to come to the company's office to solve this issue. In the office, the account manager insisted on setting up an automatic payment, which I declined. As I have heard more than once that in this case it is possible to withdraw funds for the same service several times. What is then explained to you as a system error. Later, the same manager offered me to activate automatic payment already in the email correspondence, during the activation of the new account, I refused again. To which I was given the answer "We will provide you a payment code and we will not have you use the portal. " There were also offers to go to the office every month and pay there on the spot or bring a check for payment. After I entered the bank details that I had already brought to the office a few weeks before and confirmed my account. In the end, I was given the opportunity to use my account, but for some reason the payment took place in a different way, not like before. All this took about a week, with trips to the office, loss of working hours, time, nerves and money.
Although when submitting an application for renting an apartment, everything was done online, signing a contract and providing documents, there were no inconveniences.
Then a second problem arose. A month after the first payment in the new account, I made the second payment with the usual amount. But without suspecting anything, a week after the payment I found in the banking report a charge of 60 CAD with a note "Miscellaneous Payment
Towers Realty Group Limited" What is characteristic, I did not give any authorization for this payment, and no one informed me about it! I saw this by accident when I was checking my bank account. By writing at once to all the e-mails of the company known to me. I received a reply that my behavior is unacceptable, and they will find out why the funds were written off.
That is, the company withdrew funds from me, without my authorization, and did not even inform me, it is the same as if someone reached into my pocket and stole those funds from there. But my reaction to it is unacceptable, not their action!

To date, 13 days have passed and no one from Towers Realty Group Limited has done anything to return the money they illegally took!

I recently spoke to Sonal Bhatt Property Manager at Emerald Gardens 20 Morrow Ave Winnipeg. Acc to her, she received a complaint that i walk in my lobby of my apartment at night. Upon telling them that i have to walk to my kitchen to lobby and i have roomate who come late at night and sit in lobby for a while. She said It is a policy that you cannot walk in your lobby at night. Strange and the caretaker lied to the property manager that we threatened him. Renting was never so stressful and disgusting. They have a good name but they show no care for tenant. This was disturbing to go through

Horrible experience trying to rent one of their apartments (Fairfield apartments Pembina). The realtor was never available and replied in text claiming he's "in a meeting". Late replies and nothing is ever done of you report them to the head office

Such a bad caretaker at 150 adsum drive he doesn’t know how to talk when you bring any maintenance issue he says fix yourself i mean what he is there for? Why don't you just hire someone that actually want to work. He makes his own rules that are ridiculous.

Jim, caretaker at 21 Mayfair, is really wonderful guy. Always responds to any issues on time and without any delay. I have lived in many different apartments in the city but I found Jim to be very engaged and supportive of Tenants. Kept the building neat and clean all the time.

I've been living at 555 River Avenue for a couple years and I'm very happy with the caretaker Anthony and the rest of the staff. The building is kept clean and any issues you may have are addressed quickly. They are also very friendly.
It's been 3 years since i left the above review and i can confirm that it has not changed. A great place and glad that i had the pleasure to have Anthony as the caretaker. Sad to hear he is leaving after 25 years but wish them the best and they will be missed!

I moved to 555 River Ave, last year. As a tenant, I thank caretaker Anthony, and his wife, Evelynn for welcoming me into this place. And, working hard in taking care of the building. I always see them around working together, as a team.
As a tenant, I appreciate good communication, and they take the time to respond to text messages.
Caretaker, Anthony, and his wife, Evelyn, always present very professionals, and friendly.

I'm very impressed with the building caretaker's work. They were always professional and courteous, and they went above and beyond to keep the building clean and in good repair. They responded to requests in a timely manner, and their attention to detail was remarkable. The caretaker took pride in their work and it showed in the building's appearance. Every day, the floors and common areas were immaculate, and the maintenance was consistently top-notch. I hate to see them leave however I wish them luck in their future endeavour!

I’ve had a wonderful experience moving into my new apartment! Anthony has answered all my questions and helped me whenever I’ve needed, and the building feels welcoming and I feel at home already. Definitely recommend!

I’ve lived at 21 Mayfair for a few years and it is a great building to call home. It’s close to Osborne Village, Downtown and the Forks. Winter or summer, it’s a great location. Across the street there is a rink in winter and basketball/tennis courts in the summer. Close to the River skating trail too! The apartments are roomy with large bedrooms. Concrete construction means there is very little noise between suites.
The building caretaker is great. Jim responds to issues professionally and promptly. He maintains the building so that it is clean and tidy, and makes sure we are all safe and secure in our homes. Thank you Jim for your hard work!

I lived at 555 River for 4 years and I loved every minute of it. Anthony and Evelyn were wonderful property mangers who made renting very easy and comfortable. They were always quick to answer text messages or calls, they were very efficient in having services come in when I needed my bathroom sink to be fixed, and were extremely helpful when I was in a dire situation having lost my keys - I really appreciated all they did for me during my stay there. Anthony even reached out to me and held my mail after I moved out for me to come pick up. That was very touching. I always felt safe and secure throughout my time there, and over the pandemic you could tell they cared about safety and the well being of others as well. If I wasn't growing my family I would still be living there! Highly recommend that building largely because of the amazing location and amenities, but also hugely in part of Anthony and Evelyn who made my stay excellent.

Rented an apartment from them, it was okay at first, then went out of town right before covid, had someone come and house sit, I guess, they harassed my house sitter, made up a fake story of some type of smell and evicted me in absence, then a year later they tried to lie to a collection company saying I owe money for the remainder of the lease. I told the collection company I got evicted and the lease was deemed terminated. The collection company was obviously in on the ruse. So then I contacted the tenancy branch as I read the legal procedure is to go through them first before sending it to collections. Needless to say they told me not to worry and that towers is known by the branch for grifting. Renters beware!
