Transcona Square Liquor Mart

Decent place aside from one of the guards, guy named Gregg was asking me questions in a very condescending tone calling me bud, I do what he asks of me and I take one second to think about one of the questions he asked about my id, and again he says “oh had to think about that didya” in a extremely unprofessional manner. The questioning is fine I’m young I get it but treating people as if there stupid kids is not alright. It also seems like others have already mentioned him in the reviews, if you see a old round dude at the window named Greg then I’d just turn around and go to the liquor store on Plessis. Better spot anyways.

Usually the staff are fantastic at the store but tonight an older guy who unnecessarily was a total a-hole at the security window. I've seen him stand around doing nothing but chatting up the younger girls who work there. 5: 35 pm Oct 2. The guy should be written up or let go for his attitude. Rest of the staff are great.

If you're looking to get lost in a sea of lights then this is definitely the place to be, sad and smiling faces alike just don't forget to tip on your way out. Remember keep it a game. And have fun!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I needed to find a particular wine but couldn't remember the name. From the description the lady helped me find the wine.

Security is rude. No sign stating only one occupant allowed in screening area, even though your capable of social distancing more than 6 feet. I entered when someone was getting there ID recorded and was told to get out rudely. Although I complied but person came in after me when my ID was beibg recorded and was rudely told to get out. PUT UP A SIGN STATING 1 PERSON AT A TIME! Stop being a goof to customers who are socially distancing.

It's nice to have one close to home now.

Great staff and service.

Friendly staff, a good selection, and plenty of cold beer. Prices are high, but that's the case across Manitoba, so no complaints.
