Ordered a fifth wheel hitch for my truck. Competitive prices and they had the hitch for my truck as promised.

I recently brought my RV in for some maintenance work and was very pleased with the overall experience. Liam, the service representative, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We are happy campers!

We went to a lot of rv dealers. Almost every one of them tries to upsell everything. Transcona trailers is the only one that showed us the size and price we wanted. 100% amazing for listening and delivering.

We bought a camper from here a while ago. My husband picked up the trailer in the morning and I saw it when I got home in the evening. I saw pillows on the loveseat and thought that was kind of them to give us pillows. I moved the pillows and found scratches under one of them! So the pillows were placed there to hide them. My husband called and complained. They (Transcona Trailers said Forest River) said it was probably from our dog (which we did not have). I thought maybe someone had sat on the couch and had keys in their pocket, but the scratches are the wrong way. My husband gave up calling and complaining but I tried for a bit longer. I was told warranty from Forest River wouldn't cover 'physical damage' and when I contacted them they said no one had filed a claim for the scratches. I called Transcona Trailers and they said they might be able to replace it. The person I was dealing with later said no, the manager would not give them permission because it was too expensive to replace. So they came and tried to scuff out the marks which they did because they were being kind, not because they thought they should (is basically what I was told). I finally gave up after getting nowhere. Extremely disappointed with this company.

Very pleased with our trailer purchase from Transcona Trailer. Dave our salesperson was incredible…. Very helpful, sincere, and genuine. This was our first trailer purchase and he put our mind at ease. The video we received on how everything inside and out operated was detailed and in-depth. The man who assisted us with the trailer hook-up was friendly and very thorough. Again, put our mind at ease as we had never pulled a trailer in past. Our experience at Transcona Trailer was exceptional and exceeded our expectations!

I want to express by deep gratitude to the good folks at Transcona Trailer. We recently purchased our travel trailer from them, and have received outstanding service from everyone so far. On a recent camping trip, my wife and I locked ourselves out of our travel trailer, with both sets of keys locked inside the camper. How we managed to pull off this stunt is a story for another day. We called Transcona Trailer, with the hope that someone would be able to help us out of our predicament. It was a Friday afternoon of a long weekend, so they were obviously in a tough position to help. As I was on hold, it became evident to me that they were frantically trying to find a way to help us out, even though they were under no obligation to do so. To my pleasant surprise, Ken [Parts Manager] offered to drive to our campsite that afternoon with a master key, to unlock our door. He really helped us out of a jam that day. If that wasn’t enough, while he was at the campsite, he also took the time to walk us through some aspects of the camper that we were a bit unfamiliar with. And this was all on his own time. The mere fact Ken offered and was willing to do all this demonstrates how much he cares for his customers, but also the kind of person he is.

Obviously, it wouldn’t be reasonable to expect TT employees to be offering emergency campsite visits like this, as that’s not sustainable. The reality is that this recent experience is just another example of how well we’ve been treated at TT. Donovan, Mitch, Ken, Carolyn and others have made our customer experience a very positive one. Thank you, and well done!

Today we came to pick up our trailer from Transcona Trailer as we use their site for storage, we are so blessed as the mechanic observed (as my husband had asked to install a mount TV) that the trailer was not level properly and the people where we had bought it had not done a proper fitting for the hook up and had put a wrong hitch ball size and missing important parts to make the stability properly. They went the extra mile out of their own work to make sure we were safe on our trip.
We will let the other company know of their unsafe mistakes! I truly highly recommend them!

Not very helpful won't answer calls had to literally go down just to find out they don't service our mobile trailer

We were shopping for park model trailer. This retailer offers good selection of models. Clean place and knowledgeable and friendly staff. One negative is that they don't negotiate on price at least at the time we were shopping.

My experience was poor. The sales person did not listen to me or recommend the appropriate product. Then I was told no refunds. 1300$ later I know better. Never again

If i could give them a 0 i would, run from these pirates' don't believe a word they say, all they want to do is overcharge you, on service work.they say they do updates or recalls but they don't and pocket the $ from the manufacture and leave you stranded.

I have tried calling and texting to get parts for my Arctic Cat. I have not received any return call or text in regards to my sled. I sourced the bolts thru Canadian Tire and will sell the Arctic Cat. Manitoba has limited support for Arctic Cat and Transcona Trailers are brutal. Will never shop there or recommend them.

This business provides an all around great experience. Every time we have required assistance or advice Mitchell Bromley has gone out of his way to go above and beyond our expectations. Keep up the great work!

Great service from the parts department every time I have been in. Eric Fillion really knows his stuff. Great place to deal with.

I was in there near the end of the day and maybe everyone was gearing up for the long weekend but not one person came to see if I needed help. I picked up the cord ends needed and managed to find the cupboard catch required. Went and paid and felt like he was rushing to get through my order.

On the way out saw a new Sabre in the display room and went over to look at it. We currently have a 2011 sabre 31 rets and we have been kicking around the idea of an upgrade. We did ask the parts person to find a sales rep for us. We were over looking at the new one for close to 15 minutes and went to the rack housing information on trailers and found the Sabre one. Continued to the pony wall that shows all trailers in stock. Was there a good 5 minutes and still no sign of anyone. So after close to 25 minutes we left having not spoken to a sales person at all.

We don't get to Winnipeg that often so it was a bit of a let down to not be able to speak with someone regarding new 5th wheel Sabres.

Thanks to Eric at the Parts counter for helping me find what I needed. Very friendly, will definitely be back and ask for Eric again.

Helpful staff were able to point me in the right direction, and when it became apparent they didn't supply what I was needing, they even directed me to where I could find it elsewhere in the city.

My husband and I went on Saturday to go look at campers. Walked for a good hour without anyone asking if we needed assistance, not sure if this is because my husband is heavily tattooed or they just simply didn't think we could afford anything, which now was comfirmed. Upon leaving, because no one assisted us, our MVP Budd asked us if we needed help and we asked to see one trailer he looked at us judgingly and said in a flat tone oh thats 15k.

Long story short we ended up buying a brand new trailer from Four Seasons.

The second I showed the parts guy the little light that I needed, he knew exactly what it was from and had the item in stock

I needed some help with the purchase of a small motorhome in Winnipeg, and while I didn't actually buy anything here, I dealt with Travis. He could not have been more helpful. Honest, efficient, downright good people. I would not hesitate to do business here. Thank you Travis!

Called "Service" to get a new tire for my trailer, was put on hold for 5 mins then transferred to parts because the girl on the line said i had to order the tire first then speak to service about an install.
So then, i sat on hold with parts for another 10 minutes waiting for them to answer then gave up. This was a Wed early afternoon.
Called another tire place instead.

Very pleasant experience with service department, very friendly, don't mind to answer questions. That's how you gain new customers. Thank you.

My experience wasnt a very pleasant one to say the least.
I talked to Bud, and wanted to look at some trailers one day. He told me to bring the wife, which I thought was strange, but none the less, in business you want to have both decision makers involved, but Im not married.
We went down there and ran into Bud. Seemed nice but then when he asked where my wife was, I pointed at my partner and said thats as close as youll get to wife. He asked again why I didnt bring my wife, as if he didnt understand what we said, then told him that this is my partner. Then there was an awkward moment for a min or 2. I was so dumbfounded and embarrassed that my partner and I looked at each other and almost walked out.

Worst salesman of the year award goes to you Bud. Even if your trailer was $20,000 less than the other places, I wouldnt buy a cup of coffee from this man or this place! In fact, thats exactly what we did.

I had my cargo trailer for repair at this shop. It was a MPI claim. The process from the time I had my trailer pulled to their shop until my claim was closed was over 10 Months!
Very poor communication with the service people. They seem to not caring a lot!
Never calling me regards how the repair is going. When I call they are like, oh yeah, I've just sent the paperwork out to mpi this morning. At the end my trailer got written off and I heard from MPI that they took sometimes a few months before they responded.
NOT RECOMENDING THEIR SERVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They were able to get all the parts i needed to rebuild the drive train on my 2006 F7 Firecat. They have everything I need for my sled.

Always very helpful and friendly staff. Prices are a little better than the nearby competitors. They have always had the products in stock that I needed to repair my trailer. Highly recommended!

They seemed to have the only inventory in town but really were not interested in my business so I went to princess auto and bought all the parts for a few thousand less and had a buddy weld it together for a couple of brownies

Have visited two times in a week. First time everyone seemed too busy to assist me in purchasing a trailer.
Second time employees were throwing around a ball around in the showroom as I walked in.
Needless to say I went to the competition just down the road and had an amazing buying experience.

We have wasted almost $250 for no repair to an electrical problem. The staff is clearly incompetent to not have properly diagnosed the problem after 1.5 hrs and $193.50 in labour costs. They "fixed" the problem only to have it happen the moment we used our microwave again which is according to them not their problem. The management poorly handled this situation and we will never do business with them again nor recommend their services to any of our friends and family.

Friendly, efficient and accommodating. They were able to fit me in last minute and take care of multiple issues AND i got my camper back the same day. I am very thankful to the service team at Transcona Trailer Sales

If you need parts, go see Mitch! We came in to look at a new ATV. The sales rep was busy (it was Thursday night, so understandable) so Mitch came over to see if we needed anything. We did have a few questions from a parts department point of view about the new ATV vs the 2010 model we had at home. He did not know the answers, but had a rough idea. A few minutes later Mitch came back, he had went and looked into our inquiry without asking, out of his own curiosity and found the answers we were looking for. Great customer service, and personal/professional drive to learn more. We will be back for sure. We trust Mitch.

Bought a 2019 RV trailer and so far the interactions with staff has been great. Only giving a 4 star because my interactions have been for a short period. Can not see why in the future this store will not be at 5.
