Best company i worked for till date dispatch is great planners are great. As a company driver if you need anything its just a call away.

Very nice building with an amazing driver's room. They even have quiet rooms for the driver's with nice beds and nightstands. As well as a nice shower area and laundry room. They even have books to read. And the staff are super friendly

Probably one of the worst carriers in the Prairies as Dustin does not pick-up the phone and other people can't help

Having reached out to Trappers with a request, I was very happy to receive a quick and detailed response to my inquiry. After having it reviewed, I was notified by the Trappers team that they were unable to complete what I had requested.
However, despite the Trappers team not being able to fulfill this request, they provided me with referrals to their partners. I was very happy and very much appreciative of this gesture as they went beyond my expectations to ensure I was being assisted. I want to thank the team for their effort and for pointing me in the right direction. This level of support will always keep a customer satisfied. I would highly recommend Trappers Transport.

The driver was driving way to close to our vehicle through a national park yesterday. So close that I got the plate number. He was also going over the white line then over the yellow line and back over the white line. When we got to the next town, we did report the driver to the RCMP. Your driver's need to give the other smaller vehicles space. He could have killed us if we had to stop suddenly.

Did what they said they would do and very courteous and professional through out the experience. Returned my call within 5 min, provided me a price and did it to the letter. Very impressed and very hard to find trucking CO’s like this now

Excellent work environment, very family oriented, no shortage of help/assistance/training when needed. They honestly are an amazing company to hire for moving all kinds of freight and to service your truck/trailer needs. 10 out of 10 experience!

Great staff very respectful and helpful whenever I have questions. The building is well maintained and clean. I would recommend anyone looking for a great shipping experience to give Trappers a try.

I worked for Trappers in the past, and 10+ yrs later, I have returned. The company has totally transformed since I was here last. However, 1 thing has not changed, you can still feel the family-friendly atmosphere. They are constantly looking for creative and innovative ways to get things done, and staff are encouraged to promote their ideas. "Work smarter, not harder" is a good motto for Trappers. It is still very fast-paced but I hate being bored! I would recommend working for this company, they have a lot to offer!

Currently stuck driving here because they keep stealing miles so I can't afford to leave. I fear my only way out is to give my truck back to the finance company and declare bankruptcy. When I started it was good make great money and then after 3 months the money got cut in half with the introduction of a new owner operator pay package. I am now on my 9th month and have spent all my savings trying to stay above water and they keep taking. Only 2 office staff still remain from when I started and very little communication. Lots of sitting without pay. When confronted about all the missing miles they say that's the difference between actual miles and practical miles. Don't listen to anything Larry from driver services has to say because he will say one thing and do the opposite. I've been a driver for 22 years and I can't say that I have work for a company worse than Trappers. I work very hard and sacrifice a lot of home time with my kids and I just wanted to be paid fairly but they don't seems to care about any of that. Instead you get emails saying how great and wonderful the company is and in reality they don't have a clue what they are talking about. All in all Trappers Transport is the worst company I've ever worked for in 22 years and all drivers should stay far far away if they want to remain half way sane. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Just heads up for any Red Seal Mechanics, I applied here and was told that it was a go and the person hiring just had to clear it with owner, that’s a week and a half ago, I’ve communicated several times to see if any movement was made and kept on getting “ didn’t get a chance to talk to the boss” it’s fine if you one doesn’t want to employ you, but be careful, do not wait for them, being an experienced red seal I had turned down a couple real good opportunities in the interim, but if a shame, if they say to wait to hear a call back, don’t, keep looking, chances are that you might not get anything at all, I really liked the shop and facilities, but if this is an indication of things?

Trappers are outside of the box thinkers and have extraordinary approach to transportation. They provide excellent customer service, timely response, and on-time delivery. Highly recommend Trappers' transportation service.

Theres a reason they cant keep good drivers. So many unpa
aid miles so many lies no communication no one answers phones ever. They tell you what you want to hear then chase you out the door. Everyday new drivers and office staff you never know what's going on

Trappers was a great place to work. I would have to give it an 5/5. I worked specifically for Dylan on gravel division and he’s such a top Guy to work with he tries really hard to make sure we were all happy. Janet and Dustin were both also awesome to work for when I did the occasional highway trips for them during the winter months as well. I also did work with Jackie as well for the city runs as well. She was great as well and super accommodating and understanding and a pleasure to work with as well. All the the upstairs staff were great to work with as well. I sure miss it there very much! Considering the size they are and staff they have on board, they really tried hard to make it a family environment and everyone knew your name. It will always be my second home. I always highly recommend someone to apply at trappers if they are looking for work.

I work in a rail yard and yesterday I recognized a Trappers Transport driver following all rules, regulations & protocol while working in our yard. It is imperative that everyone follows the rules & regulations of the yard so that everyone, whether it is a truck driver, contractor, or a rail yard employee, can go home safe. The Trappers driver I recognized had all proper PPE on (safety glasses, safety boots, hard had, and safety vest. He had his 4 ways on, and he ensured his seatbelt was on while his vehicle was in motion.

It’s not every day that you see a driver who is compliant with all rules of the yard while here, and that it says a lot about his character. He was really appreciative of getting recognized for it and while talking to him he always had a smile on his face. Great guy and very appreciative of him following our guidelines.

Great place to be an Owner Operator. Office Staff is very helpful and take the time to listen to my concerns. Shop is first class they always try to make my need a priority. Drivers lounge is clean and a nice place to relax they put time and effort to make it nice for the drivers. Lots of miles the US planner will work you and home time is no issue. Love how they take care of the yard one of the best in the industry. Payroll is great my statements are always error free. Wish the truck washes were free for us Owner Operators and wish they would run more 11 western states! Marketing Dept get the driver involved with posting pictures and telling stories on our travels. Great place to be if you like hard work.
