Great work! The customer service was helpful and friendly. Everything was explained clearly by the person on the phone and then by the workers before doing the job. The workers were efficient, thorough and clean. Bit pricey but they came hours after I called. I would definitely hire them again.

Had 1 item to be removed. Phoned this morning and the young man here this afternoon. Fair price. Personable and professional. Thank you.

Called for a pick up. Did not need a quote as the property management company was paying for it. It was an emergency. Bin was full of household items. Garbage would not be picked up for 5 days. Sent a photo. Was told to call who the complex rents our bin from. We don't rent our bin lol. We have schefuled city pick up. Then was given some other alternatives. Then Mr Bandicoot said he would remove the "top layer for $80". No thanks. Felt like Mr Bandicoot didn't want to work because it was raining. Do not recommend.

Awesome Service! They were able to come even sooner than we expected. Doug called ahead of time to confirm appt.and details. Liam and his partner were on time and were very professional. They even willingly helped us move a sofa from a bedroom into our living room. They were in and out in 30 min.and the rate was great, less than 1/2 of other Quotes received from several other similar companies. Would highly recommend Doug and his team if you need anything removed professionally and in a hurry.

After phoning for some yard waste removal, they showed up quickly and the price was more than fair. They even mentioned that I could drop the waste off for free only a short drive away if I wanted to save money. Very kind and professional.

Was actually shocked when they were able to send some guys around same day to remove the cabinets we had chucked in the backyard while remodelling our kitchen this winter. Really impressed! Call these guys you won't regret it!

Lack of communication on the day the work was supposed to be done. Ended up booking someone else

They were a few hours late on the day of pick up, but that is to be expected with these services and was not a problem. The problem is that I paid them $80 to remove my stuff so I wouldn't have to worry about it, and they left several larger items in the small lobby of my apartment building (which I did not discover until much later that evening). What is the point of hiring a service if that service is not performed? When I sent an email and a text with a photo, the response I got was "IF that happened.we'll send a truck to pick up the items" (emphasis mine). Ok, when? Are we just going to play chicken with my landlord now? Honestly really disappointed. They sent a text at 10am the next day saying "I promise we will come back and retrieve anything left behind", but by 9pm they had not communicated further and had not come back. My very unhappy landlord contacted me, and we ended up dealing with the rest ourselves. I found the person I was communicating with to be unhelpful in that he first suggested my situation was in doubt (despite the picture I sent?), and suggested that I put a note stating "free if needed" on the items left. That is not the point, man. I understand mistakes happen, but if I wanted things left in the lobby I would have done that, and ultimately I had to deal with it myself. I appreciate the refund, but I will not be using this service again. And replying to a review accusing a customer of being unreasonably upset when your company messes up is not a cute look.
