How are they not open on weekends? Overall everything was ok. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of. Vehicle was not ready on time, when I showed up they didn't have the correct vehicle type that I had reserved so I did get a free upgrade. Vehicle was dirty on the inside and rear floor mats were soaked. Buuuut I had to drop it off when they were closed on Saturday so Sunday I was also charged.and they charged full rate for Sunday not the discounted rate.

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. I will be back for future vehicle rentals.

I rented a vehicle from Mcphillips UDrive and I am very disappointed in the customer service.

Around 9: 30am I was given a Kia Soul, and told that the vehicle was durable for winter driving. Once I began driving the car I realized the window wiper on the drivers side was not wiping properly, the horn did not work and the car was sliding and was not suitable for winter driving.

At 11: 56am I called to express my concerns and request a different vehicle. I got no answer and I left a voicemail, expressing my concerns about the sliding.

There was no call back, and so I called again at 1: 32pm. I spoke with a clerk and expressed my concerns about the sliding and stated that I needed a different rental for safety concerns about the tires. He told me that all of their vehicles are not equipped with winter tires and just all season. (For this reason alone, I would not recommend this company for rentals) I can understand all season for vans, suvs and trucks, but it seems very irresponsible and unsafe to use them on cars. He said that they don’t have any vehicles to switch out and told me to call the Regent location. This is where I find the customer service began to go downhill. I told him that it shouldn’t be up to me to find a vehicle with their company when I am expressing safety concerns. He then said he would put me on hold and attempt to contact Regent. He did not make an attempt, instead he had his coworker speak with me. I explained the situation and told her that the vehicle is not safe and it has no traction and it has been slipping since I began driving. She reinforced what her coworker said, and said that if I wasn’t wanting the car I could call Regent and attempt to make arrangements (but she was making to promises) or I could return the vehicle and go somewhere else. She also said that she looked online and they had no vehicles at Regent. She made no attempt to call the other location and speak with them. I so upset by the poor customer service I hung up and called Regent myself. If a customer is stating that they feel unsafe in a vehicle you rented to them and they are paying for, staff need to do a better job in listening and rectifying the issue. Such a minimal effort was made.

When speaking with Regent, the clerk did everything he could and organized a switch because there were vehicles available. He was so helpful and understanding about me feeling unsafe. He was able to give me a vehicle I feel comfortable and safe in.

This entire ordeal took up my afternoon when it didn’t need to. From the phone call at 1: 32pm until I was given a different vehicle at 3: 40pm.

Absolutely unreal they literally are charging my card 875$ when the rental was paid they never let go of my authorization or the amount she charged me for the car then i paid at the end of the week.the man is adamant he doesn’t have payment but we spoke in person on speaker with my mastercars company and they told him the charges and he would need to do a MRF for my funds as it’s a titanium mastercars prepaid.i am filing fraud charges with this place as the way they have handled my account the whole time has been unprofessional.they are all over the plaCe

I just returned a black Elantra. Car was good and the team was awesome at Mcphillips, Winnipeg location!
Lady her Manager at the counter were awesome.
Infact, the manager there even dropped me back at the airport as well

Reserved a car from here online, 4 days in advance. All looked good, including the confirmation number. The morning of I thought I should give them a heads up I was on my way. Good thing I called, as although they had my reservation and confirmation number, THEY HAD NO CARS!

Where to start. Rent a van have to wait hours for them to find it and clean it even though it was reserved for us. Then go to take it back and they don't have any paper for their receipt machine so we had to come back again. Like yikes what the heck are you doing here

I needed a vehicle, showed up with 5 minutes left until closing, Dee and his partner went above and beyond to find me an SUV of my preference, they cleaned it up and got on the road rolling again, Great company and Dee Singh is an exceptional employee

I rented a car from U drive Mcphillip. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with them. I rented a suv for a couple of days. The gentleman that checked me in when I rented and returned did an outstanding job! He was very clean cut and professional. This is who you want representing your brand as a business. I had no problem with pick up or drop off. I would definitely recommend this location if anyone is in the area and needs to rent a vehicle.

I rented a car from U DRIVE MCPHILLIPS for a little over a month (3 of those weeks were on an AUTOPAC CLAIM). They gave me a 2019 KIA with low mileage. Only 18,200 kms.and it ran perfectly the entire time. I only had 1 problem the entire time with the car when I ran over a screw in the road and the back tire kept going flat. When I brought the car back to DEE and RODERICK they arranged to have the tire fixed and had me back on the road within an hour. I would definately rent another car in the future from U DRIVE MCPHILLIPS. The guys did a really good job of looking after me and I have no complaints.

My only complaint was that the washer fluid was completely empty when I received the vehicle. It was very mild and sloppy outside too.

My reservation at the McPhillips location was handled courteously and quickly. The car was presented clean, damage free and with a full tank. The 'walkaround' was carried out attentively and accurately noted.
I was concerned that I would not be able to return the car on time but after discussing my situation with the agent the problem was alleviated. The cost was much less than other car rental companies we considered. I highly recommend U-Drive Car Rental and will use them again.

I ended up renting a jeep wrangler for 3 months. I would renew every week. They were really good at accommodating me when I called at the last minute.
