U-Drive Car Rental

Very sketchy. From false advertising for location at airport, did not provide the vehicle booked, put extra 500 onto card to leave- was not just a hold. I checked. Charge.charge.charge.very disappointed.

Excellent rental spot! Very friendly staff, super quick check in, price was exactly what they said it would be, guidelines were clear, and easy drop off. And free shuttle to the airport! All around awesome. Thank you!

The taxi from the airport to the car rental facility was very convenient and turned out to be a seamless process. The customer service representatuve Raha was very helpful and knowledgeable. She exceeded my expectations. The car itself was fantastic! I would recommend U-drive to anyone traveling to Winnipeg and I would not hesitate to become a repeat customer. 10 out of 10.

The taxi from the airport to the Fox Rental was great! But we asked the rep for a car with a GPS since we are from out of country. She just kept saying she doesn't know and it depends on the car you get. She could of clearly done a little more research to see if the car had a navigation system or not but she decided not to. Very unsatisified.

Awesome service. I went through the MPI Loss of Use program and there were a few issues from my and MPI's side but the staff was very patient and respectfully trying to help me out. Very satisfied.

Sketchy. Trying to make me pay my deductible for a scratch that was not there when I returned the vehicle. This so called scratch looks like they did not clean the vehicle properly.

Went to the Sargent location, rented a car, then returned it, and they did a walk around inspection. All was good until they washed the rental and now are blaming me for a scratch a few days later.

The guy I had to deal with when I was renting a car was rude and dismissive to me and my father. I will never come back to this location again. I wish I had his name, so I could report to the manager! If there were 0 stars available I would do give this zero.

I got a good car for a great price. The car was fresh and it was nice to drive. Car rental is fast.
