A good family business. They seem to take pride in what they do. Seem to know how a customer wants to be treated and do a good job about that. Thoroughly explain everything ahead of time, do the work quickly and are priced fairly. Easy to become a repeat customer at this business.

I approached Ultimate Wheel Works with what seemed to be a difficult mounting job – across 2 separate cars, 3 other reputable shops already had taken a crack at mounting the stiff 245/35/19 RE71RS track tires and failed to get even 1 on. However, Mitch and co.at Ultimate knew exactly what combination of techniques to implement, and made quick work of the mounting. First try. No issues! These guys proved that they are experienced pros at this. Highly recommend trusting them for any tire mounting jobs, kudos Ultimate Wheel Works.

Marla and staff at Ultimate wheel Works, were amazing. I had a few issues with my rims, and tires, and they communicated with me on everything before just doing the work. The rims turned out amazing. Like I bought them brand new off the shelf.

When the OEM wheel on my 200C cracked, I was stressed out and I accidentally ended up being *that* guy and called the business on the weekend not realizing that they were closed. Marla happily answered my call and spent a good bit of her Saturday giving me great info about the types of repairs that they do and rough costing.
She was able to take me in first thing Monday morning and the wheel was done before noon. I picked it up and they had put on a new valve stem cap (mine was missing). That, and the excellent communication from the business was all much appreciated. Marla was very pleasant to work with. Would take other wheel work that I might need done to her shop in the future.

Excellent customer service. Everyone friendly and go the extra mile. Took my badly corroded rims in got them resurfaced and painted. Look like new

Best service in town. Fixed my bent rim quick and for a very reasonable price! Definitely found my go to place for rim repairs!

My first time to get a wheel repair done and it was a great experience overall. Great customer service and communication. I dropped the wheel on friday at 4.25 pm (my bad, they close at 4.30 pm). They were waiting on some parts regarding balancing. So repairs (including wheel balancing) got done by wednesday morning. Upfront and fair pricing.
