I will age myself and say I had been coming to this location for close to 20 years. I'm particular about my cut, and I found a great stylist when I met Holly. She remembers my quirks too the slant cut at my ear. She's warm and friendly and clients are welcomed like she's known you a long time. She made Ultra cuts look good. You'd think all staff are the same, they are not. Her work ethic, customer service and dedication were unique. I hear she's gone, than so am I. My loyalty of all those years was not to a store name, it was to who greeted me and took care of me. You can't buy that. Or pay enough most days. Truly your loss Ultracuts. I called to make an appointment this morning and I was told it's a walk in salon. Well, I didn't feel like going there just to wait, that's why people make appointments. Maybe inform the staff there's a booking section on your site so it's safe to assume you take appointments or remove the booking section from your website.
