We went there on boxing day and bought so many clothes, staff specially the cashier who helped us was so rude and disrespectful. We asked them you give us under armour carry bag as they were giving us white cheap plastic polythene, and they said we don’t have that, but other cashier were giving under armour carrybags to other customers. Also the another cashier besides him said either you can carry our stuff in this plastic white bag or carry on your arms which was so disrespectful and also it’s not his right to said that customer and also he was not the one who was helping us. We are never going back to this store. Worst customer service ever. Later on the cashier who actually helped told us to buy carry bag from dollarama, totally disgusting

Today I have visited one of my favorite sport brand outlet but experience was worst than I ever visited any other sport brand. Today was a bit good sales going on like buy one get one free and I was about to buy $1000 products just new moment I like shoes but there was no price so, I asked sales person about price she said it was mentioned on shelves but nothing mention over other so I humbly asked her like but I grab this shoes from that shelves she said It has same price. The tone was so rude and totally out of track of retail field. However, I asked other sales person but instead of answering my question she was trying to run I don't know where she going so, I asked her did you go anywhere. In bottom line, it's a really nice brand so just try to hire the people with professional background and trained them like if you don't feel comfortable stay home instead of providing worst customer service and shows the downside of brand. I promised my self to never visit this store again and place order from Amazon which quite more hassle free rather than facing disgusting customer service. I give 5 out of 5 star to brand but overall store deserve negative rating just because of some employee.

Placed an order, waited for 12 days. Called help center and they said no order is there under my name and I have to have reorder. Seriously, I waited for almost 2 weeks and now they're saying that they can't do anything. So disappointed

It was a 50% off day on all items in the store and the line to the cashier was crazy but all the cash register are working so paying was a breeze.

I have worse customer service from the staff there and their manager too
If you get a gift from their you can't return it with the gift receipt they give you a gift card to push you to buy anything from the store and you will not be able to get the money back and buy what you want from them or from anywhere else
They don't care about the customer satisfaction or you are happy or upset

Selection not great the stuff in good sizes are over priced. Our whole family is under armor fans so hopefully better stuff come here

I wore out my UA shoes and had hoped to find the same model because of the great fit. I searched online at all the usual place and couldn't find them. There was a sale at the Under Armour Factory House and I was happy to find the model I wanted. I picked up 2 pairs this time. The gentleman working in the shoe area took the time to help us out a few times, despite the fact his time was very much in demand. It was a great shopping experience.

Staff refuses to look for a larger size for items in the back of the store. They apparently never have any 2XL sized clothes for men. When asked, the staff says "we only have what is out on the floor" and without checking they will also say "we probably don't have larger sizes". Very rarely if I ask multiple staff to check for larger sizes, the first few employees say they definitely don't have any 2XL, but eventually and again this is very rare, there will be one employee in the store that will get me a 2XL from the back after the first 3 lie for whatever reason.

The deals aren't that great TBH. Buy 1 $85 shirt that's normally $55 and get the next 80% off. Basic5ay regular price.

I'm not a small guy and they don't carry hardly any XXXL. A couple XXXXL or XXXXXL on the bargain rack but that's all for bigger guys

After a couple visits, I found the staff friendly and very helpful. There are always deals constantly changing here and at all the outlet stores.

UA makes amazing product, when this location first opened they had lots of one offs and end of season clearance items. Now it's an outlet store with an "Outlet collection". Prices seem okay and different sale items that change weekly. Friendly staff and clean store

The clearance wall that they have has some amazing deals. I got basketball shoes last year and got running shoes today. Nice selection.

Easy to find available staff to help with any questions. Always a great experience!

Only tough thing is for women's sizes, if you're a large or higher, or have size 8 & up feet, it's hard to find an item since they seem to get snagged quickly.

Love shopping at the Under Armour Outlet! It's always 50% off the whole store when we go, plus additional discounts! Have found some really nice mens and womens clothes here for cheap! Would definitely recommend!

Under Armour Outlet Winnipeg is good. It's not a flag ship store, but there are some deals if you are willing to look.

Clean store, but don't go there expecting "factory outlet" prices. They have the same items at the same prices as any store that carries UA.

They had a sale on 2wks ago, bought 2 tri-climate jackets for less than $60 each. Ready for winter next year!

Fantastic facility, my grandson loves the large selection, we like the the sales/prices. Excellent service personnel with knowledge of the products and how they wear.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. I love coming here and seeing a smiling face as soon as I enter the door. Always great prices too.

Associate Rafia was awesome! I really like this brand and their associates are awesome. Specially there was a great, kind and very friendly associate and her name was Rafia. I was so confused and there were lots of customers but she showed patience and helped all of them together including me till end. It was so generous of her.

Seem to always have fantastic clearance sales. Never have to pay a ton for shoes or clothes. Staff are always helpful.

Prices are reasonable. Michael was very helpful. Got a good pair of runners for my son at a fair price.

Wow, the deals here are criminal sometimes. I found a gorgeous pair of casual shoes for 38$, and a wonderful pair of athletic shorts for 19$. The prices here for everything under Armour cannot be beat, watch for the days when they have sales with an additional percentage off on everything in the store, it's easy to find great deals here!

Under Armour is my favourite and only brand and i always love shopping here. The staff is always willing to assist you with any questions or sizing compared to some of the other sports clothing store's. I really hope the UA stays for a very long time and expands to carry more items.

Manager stands around with the same employee everytime i walk in, they don’t seem do anything and would rather talk to eachother than help customers big turn off won’t be back

Best place to buy in the outlet mall. Why buy under armour elsewhere in the mall when the Factory store has more selection and better prices!

I work in the mall so I am always coming into this store to look around. I love the clothing, and there are really good sales most days. The one thing that always bothers me is there are always 2 girls standing and talking whom I think one of them is the manager. One time I walked by and they were talking not so nice about someone. I really hope if you work in retail that you are aware that its not very professional to talk down on anyone on the sales floor.on that note it didn't look like either one were doing much of what their job description probably says. They are always the same two girls.

Expensive, choice of clothes is very limited. Better styles can be found in other stores even cheaper than in this outlet.

Great Sales! They would often have 40-50% off entire store. I would suggest to hold off buying fully priced items. Good quality athletic clothes for the price!

Some of the best deals on sportswear in the city, depending on the sales. Last time visited, 50% off entire store was absolute gold.

Cool shop. Everything underarmor you can imagine shoes, sweaters, hats, pants shirts and more. Had some nice breathable undershirts that I was looking for.

Very clean and large store. Lots of under armor products and a discount available in most parts of the store. High quality products. There was adequate staffing and staff were very knowledgeable.

I love this brand of clothing, I usually buy their gear when I attend the gym. The only flaw I noticed when there are a lot of sales going on is to make sure you read their advertising sale signs carefully. I picked up 2 shirts which had markings of 50% off, then waited in line of almost 30 people and when they rang my merch through, the shirts I got were not on sale, the front staff explained in the sign itself in small text, "only selected styles". That completely wasted my time and was annoyed by that marketing tactic. Other than that, if you know your sizes and what you like, this store has more than enough to fit your sport needs.
