The staff and care here is really great. I had a cleaning done and then a filling the following week. The staff was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions.
Vicky the receptionist is really friendly and helpful.

All the staff from this clinic are friendly and professional. The dentists and dental hygienists are very helpful and they provide great dental service! Appointments are always on time. I also like that I received reminders about my appointment via text, email and a phone call, so I never miss it. I highly recommend this dental clinic!

Would not recommend very rude staff who are racist the front desk lady and not understanding at all, to my understanding was there is a 30$ fee when you miss an I was willing to pay an she just told me go find another office we aren't willing to take you. Then she was talking to me like I was stupid trying to explain it more like ok I get it an I hung up awful service there was only one nice dentist ms Karly that's it. Saying I dont have the best history excuse me sorry I had a family emergency around Christmas an couldn't make it.

Really decent place for dental work it was really nice to me treated me well he did really well I'm pulling out the teeth he text me the phone me they did everything they could to remind me of the of the time I have to be there I would recommend this really

This dental office was recommended to me by a friend, I was in need of having my teeth cleaned and I am so glad I went to Upper Fort Dental! My hygienist was wonderful, she was so friendly and did an amazing job! Dr Carly came in to do the exam and was so easy to talk with, kind and thorough. I have been to 3 annual checkups at upper fort and every time it is such a great dental experience. The first year there was an issue with my common law partner not being added to my insurance and they were able to add her and mailed me the form I needed to sign, which made it really easy for me. Dr. Hamilton and the hygienists always give great advice for maintaining good oral health and my teeth always feel so clean when leaving. If you are looking for a dentist this is a great choice.

Huge fan of Upper Fort Dental - never had a bad experience here. Staff are always friendly and kind and do great work. Dr. Hamilton doesn't over-treat (like some dentists), just does what's required, and is very positive. I always feel better about my teeth after my appointments.

Dr. Hamilton’s office is conveniently located downtown with tons of street parking available. The front desk was friendly, which is very appreciated when going to a new office! My appointment started right on time (also appreciated!). Dr. Hamilton is kind, friendly and extremely informative. She made me feel comfortable with my ideas of Invisalign even being in my 30’s! I’ve already recommended her to my friends and I will definitely continue to do so!

I have been to Dr. Carly's clinic twice and both times I felt well taken care of. Staff are very welcoming and friendly (I had a good laugh with Abby last time I was there!). Dr. Stephen Lee was my dentist for more than 20 years and the transition when Dr. Carly Hamilton took over the practice was efficient and smooth and professional. Convenient location, polite staff and procedures completed with minimum discomfort. Very happy customer!

Hannah and Dr. Hamilton did a great and comparatively comfortable job of cleaning and inspecting. Their automation makes the visit, review and payment simple. Dr. Hamilton's and Hannah's pleasant demeanor are enjoyable. Look forward to the next scheduled visit in July.
