Tried to order in store and was told the item was on backorder. I checked online and was able to order online. I opted to skip the $50 shipping to have it ordered to store for free. DON’TDO IT. They pretend to check on the order. They don’t check when it’s coming. Customer service online told me it was there.
Bad customer service from 2 employees. I want be walking in there again.

This couch arrived missing multiple parts and with a leg that does not fit. The result is non-functional. Quality assurance is lacking.

Given the option to pay 15% for refusal of shipment or await third party repair, one can't help but choose the latter. The policy 'we break it, you buy it' is-to say the least-unsettling.

The third party repair person was excellent, but Instantly finding 3 faults in construction leaves concern for hidden flaws.

Love your store, just not your return policy. It’s hard to choose a colour or style of furniture and taking it home and if it doesn’t look right and if you have to return the product you charge a restocking fee. Even if you return the very next day.

Great experience and fabulous furniture. I am a repeat customer and have always found Roxan to be helpful and great to deal with. I had been looking at a particular sectional for a long time, and Roxan let me know when it came on sale! I processed the order over the phone with manager Steve. He was friendly and helpful and made the experience enjoyable. I definitely recommend!

I had the most amazing experience with this store’s manager. I purchased two discontinued counter stools through the store and one through the website and unfortunately after a few weeks I was informed my website order was not able to be fulfilled. After speaking with Steve who was wonderful and gave me the option to return the two stools for a merchandise credit, I expressed my ultimate wish to obtain a floor model from another province if one existed and have it shipped to me, he found a few options and phoned the stores personally to obtain information on the condition of each item. He informed me the best one was available at a store in West Vancouver and helped me process the purchase! I am currently working on securing my own courier service to pick it up, package it and ship it to me as the store does not have the ability to. He went above and beyond for me and that is why I always shop and support Urban Barn. Thank you!

Exceptionally poor customer service. I placed an online order and paid for delivery. The marble table top was cracked. A replacement wasn't available for almost 6 months so I took the refund. The only options they gave me for returning the item was to drive to East St. Paul or pay $89 for pick up. Will be my last purchase.

Love this store! They always provide good quality pieces. The throw pillows i bought just made my living room looked more cozy.
