Such a great group of guys all around. Kyle and Cole up front are honest and personable. The mechanics are experienced and do great work. Everyone is polite and doing right by customers.

Also a nice plus that they have a spacious lounge area where I can work while I wait for my ride.

The only garage we’ll go to. We’ve taken our Acura and Toyotas here for a few years and always get great advice (including to wait on replacing parts that other garages suggested replacing prematurely) and service.

Had a problem with my vehicle and couldn't get it correctly assessed at a few other shops. They assessed it in 30 minutes. It is not a vehicle that they work on for that type of repair so they gave me 2 referrals. Even though they referred me to another company they still took the time to explain the issue in detail to me.

And then they didn't even charge me because they were referring me out.

To have a service center that is accurate and efficient and completely honest and transparent is an incredible find. They have my complete trust.

Got a quote on my A/C from my manufacturing dealership. They quoted me at $4000, Urban Garage fixed it for $312.27. Same manufacturing dealership quoted me $300 almost for a some sort of lug nut issue. Urban Garage fixed it for less than $150. Reputable Business with Mechanics who really know their stuff. FYI, my vehicle is NOT a Honda or Acura. I STRONGLY recommend this Automotive Team. Kyle at Urban Garage is excellent to deal with. Brought our older vehicle for a overall inspection and some repair work on brakes. The techs made a list of items to address; some required immediate attention and others were recommended to wait.communication with Kyle was great; phone and email to coordinate and approve work.will continue to use this shop and will recommend to others.

It’s rare, but every once in a while a business will wow me with how well it’s run. I just never thought I’d live to see the day where I had to glow about an auto shop. These guys are freakin’ awesome, and proved in just one short visit that they deserve my business. They’re super friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and charge less to boot. As it turns out on this occasion I didn’t actually need service, and as soon as they confirmed this they sent me on my way without charging me a dime. (A dealership would have never, ever done that!) If you’re looking for somewhere to get your car serviced, this is the place you want. And don’t be put off if you have to leave a message. These guys are busy treating customers in the shop exactly the way you’d want to be treated if you were there – with the utmost in attentiveness and fairness – and besides they’ll call you back right away.

I've been coming here for almost 5 years and I'm always satisfied when I leave. These guys are 100% honest with you when it comes to what is wrong with your vehicle or that a maintenance will be needed in the future. They will only take your money to benefit you & your vehicle. Everyone knows what they're doing & they do a damn good job at what they do. Very reasonable rates as well! Highly recommend coming here vs going to the dealership or any other shop.

Very happy I found these guys, honest mechanics who do great work at a reasonable price. Went in for a timing belt and oil change on my Acura TL and they answered all of my questions while also showing me various things and explaining what parts could wait for replacement and which ones needed replacing now. They also use OEM recommended parts and fluids which is nice, as I've had problems using non-OEM parts on vehicles in the past. Also went in for a block heater but they tested it and said it wasn't the problem, was actually the GFCI plug at my house, like I said, honest guys. I've recommended them to everyone I know.

Shoutout to Kyle who always brings his A-game. But actually just a massive shoutout to every single person at Urban Garage. They know what they are doing for sure. They aren’t trying to make an easy buck out of you. They also are so meticulous with their work. Just wow.

The ten-year-old Honda CRV: EXL, 2011 that I bought a year ago, had an erratic check engine light message on the dashboard. It was irritating and scary to see the 'check engine light' on and off. Kyle and his team suggested two changes on diagnosis - replacing purge solenoid and canister shut valve. After doing so, the check engine light is gone. Moreover, I have seen two visible changes in the car: acceleration has improved, and gas consumption has decreased from 13.1 L/per 100 KM to 10.8 L/per 100 KM in city driving conditions. Thank you, Kyle, for identifying and fixing the "check engine light issue. " I feel more confident driving my ten-year-old Honda CRV now.

I brought my car to Urban Garage to have a creaking noise diagnosed. Although they were booking into the following week, they expedited the diagnosis, and were able to have the fixed vehicle ready the next day. Prices were transparent and reasonable, and options were explained thoroughly before any work was done. I am impressed with the professionalism of Kyle and the team at Urban Garage, and would happily come again with any repair/maintenance needs.

Brought my vehicle in for a brake adjustment. They were able to fit me in on short notice and correct the issue in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

Where do I begin with the boys at Urban garage. I contacted them about 3 weeks ago regarding an Acura that they used to service more than 3 years ago, and without hesitation Kyle went out of his way to spend more than 25 minutes searching through the database about the specific car that I was looking at purchasing.needless to say once he found the car he gave me more information about it then I could have ever possibly needed. Their recommendation, is a huge factor as to why I made the purchase on this Acura. Based on the quality of the car that I purchased I can see just how fantastic the team at Urban garage actually is.the car is more than 13 years old, and it looks like it's a showroom worthy vehicle. The team at Urban garage serviced the car years ago, and it just goes to show the dedication and hard work that they put into their vehicles.

Urban garage did not have to help me out, yet they spent so much time going out of their way to take care of me and go above and beyond what any normal mechanic shop would. There's only a hand few places that I would ever truly recommend, and this is one of those places. If you need any help on your car in Winnipeg, don't hesitate to contact these guys.

I've been involved with Kyle for many years and his attention to detail and understanding of Honda's is very noticeable when having conversations about any concerns I have, he's honest and stands by his words. I knew them from a customer of a dealership mentioned this shop. The independent shop specialize in Acura and Honda. They are friendly, highly skilled certified technicians here. Honest and great service experience!

However, one thing to keep in mind: A few weeks ago I went in to do a regular maintenance and asked what it needs if I want to have it safety. The result: everything is good, the car is in great condition.only the rear rotors need to be replaced (mentioned by other shop).

Not long time after, I sold the car privately. The buyer have it checked to his personal mechanic and he said it needs headlight glass re-glue and rear rotors replaced, other than that is good! Which I am also aware.the next day, the buyer went to Urban Garage and contacted me and it needs catalytic converter. Catalytic converter is already there since I purchased the car.
I need the manager to contact me back. I am very unhappy because I feel bad for the buyer. I am offering my help to the buyer to pay a percentage of the necessary parts. The buyer even asked for my opinion if he should bring it to other shop.

Advice to Manager: if a customer ask you, "what it needs to be safety", you MUST mentioned anything that it will need if I will ever get it safety in the near future.

Urban Garage is the ultimate place to have your car inspected, upgraded and repaired. Rob is unbelievable kind, knowledgeable and honest. I have had my car repaired over there a couples of times and they were absolutely hassle free experience. Last time, the engine of my Nissan Sentra got flooded by gasoline due to cold weather and my improper operation (I shut off the engine right after it started). I called the dealer where I bought the vehicle and see if my car was still covered by the warranty, but the answer was negative and the service guy gave me an estimate of $2500 to get it fixed. Therefore, we decided to put our trust in Urban Garage again and guess what, it took Rob and his colleague only 10 minutes to run a diag and inspection and then he pushed the gas penal all the way to the floor so that extra air could be injected in the engine and after a few times unsuccessful attempts, all the sudden my wife's Sentra started again. By the end of the day, I was only billed $12 for a bottle of fuel additive which helped to clean the fuel injector and to get rid of the accumulated water inside the gas tank. That is it, $12 VS $2500 bill!
Thanks again Rob and Urban Garage for your honest and great service. I won't be surprised to see it become harder and harder to book an appointment with you guys because this is the garage of the people, by the people and for the people.
