There's no need to go to winnipeg for a hot tub or supplies or service.
Urban life has it all. Ben and his team made it an easy, comfortable buying experience. We got the hydropool 720, and it's the perfect size for our family of six. Hydropool has an amazing filtering system for easy maintenance, and I love the additional UV fliter that helps minimize the use of chemicals. Our hot tub gets a lot of use as it's being used for an airbnb rental in the Marchand area. We wanted to make sure to have service techs nearby and also wanted to support local. That's why we bought from urban life and would recommend them to everyone!

The process of buying a hot tub was overwhelming, before we even started. Ben made the process transparent, easy and fun. Great service from start to finish. Always excited to support local!

Ben and company give the absolutely best service. I so appreciate the video and information on their webpage that saved our hot tub. Our hot tub quit working in -40 degrees weather, or so it felt that way and Ben demonstrated to us via video how to place a space heater in the cabinet of the hot tub to prevent freezing of the small pipes. Of course this had to happen at night when no one is available. The next day the water was still luke warm and no pipes had frozen in fact when they came to work on the tub it was 80 degrees! Of course Ben and his team went to work and fixed the hot tub in freezing cold weather. THANKS TO Ben and his awesome team of technicians.

Urban Life is a great company. We purchased a hot tub 2 years ago. They came and set it up (100 miles away) and had to make a return visit as there was a manufacturer defect. We love our hot tub. I have arthritis so it is extremely beneficial to my poor old bones. We recently had a major hydro outage that blew main breakers in many homes, including ours. Resetting the breaker in the panel box didn’t fix the problem. I called Urban Life and Ben walked me through the resetting the hot tub process which was fairly simple when told how to do it. He suggested we get the weak breaker in our panel box replaced so we don’t have any further issues. Once again they took the time to help with our problem. We would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub.

I love that they have Jackson spring water 5gallon but wish they had the box of smaller bottles Springwater as well. I would definitely purchase if they ad them. Great staff!

Ben was excellent to deal with. This was my first time purchasing a hot tub so I had a lot of questions. Ben answered all my questions and provided some very good advice that helped me make my decision on which hot tub to purchase (as I had visited one other hot tub dealer in Winnipeg). First impressions do matter and the time Ben invested in answering all my questions made me feel confident in my decision to go with a Hydropool spa from Urban Life. The cherry on top was that he was also able to provide me with a fantastic deal.

I usually find businesses in smaller towns provide better service and Urban Life proves that once again. They were friendly, met all my needs at a fair (actually really good) price and have helped out after the purchase for questions and advice. I live in Winnipeg, and I still chose to drive to Steinbach to buy the hot tub. It can take longer to drive across town some days than it takes to drive to Steinbach. And as they say, it's worth the trip. I strongly suggest you check them out before buying a hot tub, you will be happy you did.
