I called to see if they were a walkin clinic and to see if they were taking new patients got through half my sentence and was like no this is not
a walkin clinic okay BYE! Like wow how rude.

I simply called to see if they're accepting new patients and the receptionist is quite unprofessional. Instead of a simple "no we are not" she repeatedly asked HOW, WHERE and WHY I got this number, like some sort of interrogation. She also proceeded to ask why I want to see "their" doctor, well I mean because you are a medical clinic? So uncomfortable.

Love my new family doctor, she's so professional and very concern about my health, the staffs are super nice and easy to deal with, the clinic is clean and quiet
