Buyers Beware! This car dealer will sell you a dud and basically tell you take it or leave it. I spoke to a sales manager, I cannot remember his name but he was an @sshole! Basically told me Im screwed and there is nothing I can do about it.

Thank you so much Vickar for everything. Our journey for a new vehicle started 18 mths prior and took forever from Kia. We took back our deposit and walked in down the street to Vickar Chev where we met with Hali our Sales rep and Ryan Financial services manager who were able to secure our new vehicle in two weeks. They underpromised and overdelivered in all of our expectations. Highly reccomend check them out. And we love our new EV Blazer!

Great customer service by all the staff that I was associated with during my time at Vickar Chevrolet! They were very friendly and courteous! I was very comfortable when dealing with Varun from sales. He was very polite, courteous, and displayed great professionalism all the time I was dealing with him. After the first 30 minutes I was very comfortable in his presence and it was like I had known him for years. He was very thorough when explaining things to me and when I had questions of him, he was very knowledgeable and also instantly asked others for the answers to those questions when he needed assistance. I will certainly refer anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle to Varun if they chose Vickar Chevrolet. Both Zac in finance and Nic in tech departments were also very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable when I was in their offices dealing with them. All in all, my experience at Vickar Chevrolet was 10 out of 10! Thanks!

Excellent experience. I came in at 9am without an appointment and was looked after immediately by Leo. He had my truck diagnosed and repaired and ready to go before 3pm. I would definitely recommend Vickars and Leo for service.

It only takes an hour only when you do oil change in Vickar chevrolet and no need to call just go there. It’s easy and they do check up on my tire too.

I was able to do everything over email and then show up, sign paper work, and go. Which was my preference as I work 12hr shifts. Sales team answered all my questions and addressed the concerns I had, gave me time to think things through. Finance team was also amazing!

Fast and friendly service. Every part of the service team is professional and keep you up to date on the progress of your service.
UPDATE: Back again in 2021 and the service still rocks! Sales Manager (Malik) and Sales Person (Karlee) were exceptional. Put me into an new ride for no extra cost and it was same day.love it!

As purchasing a new vehicle is very stressful to me the gang at Vickar Community Chevrolet made me feel relaxed and at ease even though I know I gave them likely too hard of a time. As this was my third straight Silverado I bought from Vickar they must be doing a lot of things right. I love my truck. Thanks Vickar.

Not very customer service friendly. Quoted 169 for diagnostic compared to 69.00 from another chevy dealership. Very rushed and impatient employee. Felt brushed off and not important

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire Vickar Chevrolet team and my experience was purchasing my vehicle. From the moment I entered the dealership, to when I drove away in my car they treated me with respect and kindness. My questions were answered quickly, and everything I needed to know was explained clearly. It is evident they care about their customers and I am glad I chose Vickar Chevrolet to purchase my vehicle.

2nd Visit - Servicing 2021 Vehicle.
Purchased a 2021 vehicle from Vickar. Hard starts in cold weather lead us to make arrangements for service to check. We drove 35 mins to the dealership to get it serviced. Not only did they not wash our vehicle prior to returning, they basically told us to go home and recharge the battery ourselves. Shouldn't you have done that while it was in getting checked?
We are early into 2021. If the brand new 2021 vehicle is already having problems and the customer service continues to be atrocious, what can we expect for the remainder of our warranty? ZERO customer service. My advice.lots of Chevy dealerships around, choose a different one. If there was an option to leave negative stars, I would have.

1st Visit - Picking up 2021 Vehicle.
Cramped sales offices and sales team members crowding did not leave me feeling safe. While my spouse and I were in a sales office to pick up his new vehicle, another sales member entered the office, grabbed my spouse's phone from his hands and started to navigate. While I appreciate wanting to get everything finalized, we are in a pandemic with our highest record numbers and deaths. Touching other people's cell phones is not appropriate, nor was bending over me to grab it. Very unsettling feeling. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Massive room for improvements here. Note of interest, I also recently purchased a vehicle from another dealership, where safe distancing was practiced and all efforts to ensure cleanliness and safe practices was instilled. I left feeling safe from that dealership so it is not a difficult task to achieve for all dealerships across the board.
