Dropped my vehicle at 9: 30 am in to get serviced under warranty I have 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. My cupholders clips are broken as the bottom is pushed in. This is the 3rd time I took it in for this problem and told them it needs to be replaced. And a plastic piece fell off my sunroof and was just held on with 3M tape. I didn’t hear from them all day and decided to call at 3 to check in took me calling 4 times and leaving my name and number at the front desk to talk to anyone. Then when I finally got ahold of someone they said they would call back in 5 mins. 20 mins past and I got a notification that the oil was depleted in my car. (Got an oil change same day before I took it in and reset the oil life myself) the lady on the phone told me that whoever did my oil change didn’t reset it which I said I did myself and she had nothing to say back to that. Then when I talked to the “advisor” he stated that they needed permission as my car is no longer under warranty (I’m not even over the 3 year warranty the new car comes with) and when I told them I had 5 years they were quick to change their tone. They then told me all the cup holder needed was to be cleaned and that they didn’t know what to do with the sunroof piece. However they did fix a factory recall without informing me before fixing it. When I picked up my car i noticed that the cupholder was pushed back up but I put my cup in it and it fell right back down. And I showed the advisor and he agreed. And I took my car home. Looking back at my dash camera footage I can confirm that my car was parked in the same spot all day after I dropped it off and no work was complete on it. I am very disappointed with the service that I was given and will look at other ford dealerships who won’t take advantage of a young indigenous female trying to get work on their vehicle.

Poor service since day one of owning vehicle. Multiple issues which was on the dealership to correct. I am very disappointed with not having proper service being fulfilled. Washer fluid sensors has been one of the issues I addressed and went to pick it up after leaving it for one full week to be serviced and still is not working.

This is my first time at VICKAR Ford. I have had issues with my 2013 F150 Limited for several years, and have tried multiple mechanics, and even another Ford Dealership. No one could find the issues my truck, and it until I brought it to Vickar Ford, it really was death by 1000 cuts. Constantly paying a couple hundreds dollars here and there with only a temp fix. Yes I spend more with Vickar, but they provide a 2yr parts and service warranty, so they truly stand behind their work. I am very happy with the service I received from Joshua@Vickar Ford. He was honest and a straight shooter. I have no patience for anything else.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. Vickar Ford is my goto going forward.

Maybe they will improve after this debacle of a customer service.

Their service department deserves 0 stars, it is not a place recommend bringing your vehicle. They lack the customer service skills to follow up. Their service team will not address issues or work with the customer to get complex issues resolved. You can duplicate an issue right in front of them, yet I've heard just about every excuse out of all of their service advisors on various occasions; why they cant fix it or what cant be done. You get treated like and overhear comments about how you're a crazy customer. Spoken to in a condescending manner and there is never any follow up from their management team.

The body shop is in the same boat and deserves 0 stars, they too lack follow up and workmanship is sketchy as well. They have never addressed issues I brought forward 9 months ago. Just like their Service team. You're promised follow up when you speak to them, but no follow up your concerns just get forgotten about.

The Tire and lube folks deserve kudo's, they work hard and push through a lot of people in a short amount of time. Funny how the hardest working of the bunch are probably the guys that get crapped on the most. In addition shout out to the team of drivers working the shuttles very friendly group of folks.

The sales team is very hit and miss with a few of them deserving 5 stars and most getting 0 because of their pushy attitudes and double talk. The sales management team needs to work on follow up and customer service. I would rank them very low as well at 0 stars, every interaction I have personally had with them, has been a chore and never meets any semblance of reasonable customer service expectation.

Time to do better Vickar ford,

I will give a bit of credit for trying to correct the issues. However I am still waiting for the service work order from my visit. I am also waiting on a quote for service I would like done. This is over a week after picking up my vehicle.

I would not recommend Vickar Ford, they've lost a long time customer.

Purchased the most expensive vehicle they had available the ford GT and received the worst service and experience possible from a agreed price last minute changing before flying out after deal was completed; booked a flight hotel everything evening prior get a call saying owner changed his mind not to sell car to only being able to buy the car if I paid another $20,000 after everything being completed. Forced to pay the extra money fly there next day the most disrespectful sales manager from the time walked into the showroom the salesmen introduced the manager who chose to not acknowledge but instead keep watching me as if I just came into a convenience store to steal some candy did not feel welcomed at all to be there spending 1.6 million dollars on a car. Only thing I'm happy about is getting the car out of there safely and in my possession. Furthermore the ignorance and disrespect did not just end there it ran through with the salesmen as well who I'm sure made very good commission on the car as well was not appreciative of it no one else was coming out here to buy from them and I highly recommend that one else does either they do not deserve the business.

I like the car but so disappointed lots of dents and scratches, missing some equipment and they assure me of full tank of gas but it’s only 1/4 remaining when I left from the dealer and one more thing they promise me of free oil change but when I checked it’s only 45 percent remaining oil life, I don’t think they really did the oil change. It’s really disappointing. Aldrin

If you want terrible service done to your Ford, Vickar is the place to go. Gave them 3 opportunities to rectify a fluctuating tire pressure for one tire and all three times they argued and dismissed the issue.
First time we took the Ford thinking it was just the cold and the tire pressure is expected to drop.
Second time, three days later the tire pressure was down again. So, we checked all four tires and found it was just one of them. Asked them to rectify the one tire and give it a thorough inspection. Got the car back with all tires topped up and no inspection on the tire.
Again, tire pressure was down so we checked and filled ourselves.
THIRD TIME, we go to Vickar because AGAIN the tire pressure was low a WEEK later. We asked they only check the one tire! Service person said, "Nope. We are checking all tires. "

Next morning, we went to Birchwood Ford on Regent. THERE WAS A NAIL IN THE TIRE.

I was absolutely happy with every aspect of purchase. The truck is amazing and came so clean I didn't want to get it dirty. The sales associate I dealt with went above and beyond to find a vehicle that was a perfect fit for my family.
I will be recommending vickars to anyone I know who may be looking for a new or used vehicle.

Told the dealership exactly what I was looking to find, was told everything under the sun when I received the vehicle as not as agreed. I had instructed the salesman 10 times that I wanted exactly what I had just newer was told yes yes. Then when I have a bad review they continued to give me lip service and the problems still not dealt with will never give my recommendation to this dealership. I would say look elsewhere to find your needs unless it’s exactly what you want.

Great place, friendly staff, I'm a what you would call a difficult customer to deal with I wouldn't budge until I was offered the car I had my eyes on, even though my budget wouldn't allow it.

The staff were patient, and worked with me to get me into what I wanted not what they could only offer so very good customer service.

COVID restrictions were practiced and for this I was very much appreciative.

My time spent resulted in the purchase of my new Ford Escape and I am over the moon happy with it!

Had my vehicle serviced about 2 weeks ago due to a check engine light. Was told everything was okay but then had the same issue a week after but even worse. My car died at an intersection today, paid for towing. Called for service only to get put through voicemail. Just horrible.

Bought a used 2012 ford f150 july 27th 2019.

Salesman was okay but still didn't make up for the rest.

SALAR the " finance manager " is a joke. Literally made my skin crawl. Super phony and over the top. Pressured us into getting the extended warranty (3500 plus) on the truck. We didn't want it and he called us stupid at least 10 times. We didn't end up getting it because of the long list of parts that typically go on vehicles were NOT covered by extended warranty. Also tried to tell us we could never afford repairs on the vehicle (I have paid for lots of repairs on a lot of vehicles) I know what I can afford. Obviously.
Once we said no to the extended warranty he had a hissy fit because he had to print out more papers and started slamming things around and told us he WILL NOT be printing off anything else cause he does not have all day. Boohoo.
It was so obvious how mad he was because he made no money off of us since he didnt get the extended warranty. I've never seen a grown " professional" man act like such a baby.
When we left he told us not to come back to him crying when something goes wrong with the vehicle. Literally died when he said that because I have never seen such a sore loser.
Not to mention when he was trying to add things on he kept saying " it's only 30 dollars don't be stupid ". Excuse me? It is my money. DO NOT let them pressure you into anything you aren't comfortable with. At the end of the day it is YOUR decision and YOUR money. Finance guys at car dealerships have their jobs because they're the best at pushing and selling.
We also asked for rubber floor mats in the deal and then when asked where they were they said " oh that wasn't part of it ". Yes it was.we ended up getting them thrown in the back of the truck because we were such a nuisance to them! So pathetic.

We will not be returning here to trade this truck in and purchase a new one. I don't do well with shysters like these people.

Buying vehicles is always a good experience hence all the 5 star reveiws but when it breaks down your opinion will change trying to deal with service. My f150 engine blew at 80000km. Previously they had fixed my cam phasers witch they had to redo the same job 8 months later with no explanation. They wanted me to pay 13000 for used motor installed. So i asked about a buyout and only then they discovered my extended warrenty. Still cost me 1300 for used motor installed and nothing on paper about the milage on it

Worst place ever! I needed to complete the buyout of my lease and all I got was a run around. When I asked what I needed to bring in to complete the buyout, I got evasive answers. When I finally booked a sitter for my kids so I could take care of this, they tell me I need a safety. That's fine, but could they not have told me that one of the first 3 times I called and asked what I needed to do? This dealership is 40 minutes away from where I live, so it's not just a pop in thing. I had to cancel everything I had arranged and then arrange for a safety. After this then I got the name of the finance officer and talked to him. This guy was off-putting and not friendly at all. This dealership is not interested in working with you for anything!

I called River city Ford and they were accommodating and were helpful and pleasant to deal with and we are trying to get the agreement sent there now so I can complete the buyout through them. I will never buy anything through Vickar Ford. (I originally bought through Parkside Ford, but they closed and everything went to Vickar).

I needed a few parts for my vehicle and Lenny from Parts department went above and beyond with his assistance! He spent extra time with me to ensure that I was getting all the necessary pieces to complete my repair myself (this was my first trim repair). The ordered parts arrived quickly and I was promptly notified by him about the status of them arriving, etc. I will definitely be back to purchase more parts in the future, and they’ve earned my trust for potential Service visits too! Thanks!

This our 3rd lease from Ford, always happy with the service we receive from Jim and Henry. Only snag this time, when we picked up the Edge, we noticed the rear door was not fitting properly. Henry promptly went to the service dept, to make them aware, and said they would be calling to give us an appt to have it fixed. We received no call, Henry called to see on Monday to see if we had been given an appt. He checked with them and called and said he had spoken to them, and we would be getting a call, still no call. Same thing next day. Finally on Friday my husband tried calling, had trouble getting through, so drove to Ford. Service manager, just happened to come along, and said he was just about to call. Finally! Left the vehicle there and shuttled my husband home. Had to be picked up and taken back to get the vehicle. A lot of time wasted over something that seemed to be a somewhat easy fix. Otherwise very happy with our new vehicle. Not used to this type of service from Ford.

Went in to buy a used vehicle wouldn't budge more than 1000 was told they would lose money at list price don't expect to buy used vehicles from them unless its at listed price, terrible used vehicle sales mangers. Be careful, some of the used vehicles had bald tires that claimed passed safety

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. If I could give a -10 STAR review I would. I have owned only Ford vehicles in my life and this is the first time I have ever had such terrible service. Think twice if you get extended warranty, as parts they say are covered, really are not covered. For example, struts are covered under my warranty, but they re-worded it as shocks, and shocks are not covered.the service guys said they tried all avenues TO HELP GET IT COVERED, but I still have to pay! They also think that they can pull one over on me cause I am female, until my husband showed up. Stories were changing all of a sudden. I had to call and price out parts from another Ford dealer and Vickar was 50 dollars more! DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO VICKAR FOR SERVICE!

First off, we were able to walk around the show room on our own, with the sales reps giving us our space. Good system in place: 1) met with a Manager to determine what we were looking for & went through some of their inventory. 2) our sales rep: thorough explanation of inside & outside components of the vehicle before the test drive. 3) our sales rep ensured that all our questions were answered, if not by him, than by another Manager more in the know. 4) respectfully gave us some private time to discuss on our own. 5) professionalism displayed throughout our negotiations (vs hard sell tactics). 6) Another detailed run through when we picked up the vehicle, syncing my cell, etc. End result - a satisfied customer. Thanks Vickar Ford! Just waiting for my call to play the Vegas game!:)

After shopping around several ford dealership in Winnipeg, I finally bought my 2019 F150 from this dealership. I am very happy with my new truck. Sales manager Kyle and sales person Derek were very professional and friendly to help me went through the whole purchasing process. Kyle made the best deal to me compare with other deal and Derek drove me to the autopak to get my new truck an insurance. Highly recommended Kyle and Derek at this dealership if you are looking to buy a new truck.

Took my truck 3 times, for my brakes and few otherminer issues should of been notice by them before selling but every time i hit my brakesthey squeak and got told brand new truck make thst sound, no i drive a brand new truck at work, and defiently doesn't and make that still never fix the problem, gave up dont have time keep missing work, after 3rd try ask who paying for this defiently not m.j e just bought it.and needs new tires the one i got lasted 5 months, which i ask before buying was told id have to pay for them if i wanted better tires these are still good.more money out of my pocket now

Most high pressure sales tactics I've ever seen. @ the end I had 3 sales people making me tell them why I didn't want to proceed with that particular car! Did not purchase a car and never plan on going back here. Received ongoing calls from sales 3 weeks after leaving the dealership. Leaving voicemails every opportunity they had. DESPERATE to sell a car wow.
