Very good experience. I was able to schedule a seasonal service with a winter tire swap that was convenient for me. The shuttle was available to bring me to work. The car was ready in the time that they said it would be.

No one ever answers the phones except Gail who I believe is the receptionist. When you ask to be transferred to service no one answers. I’ve called many time at all different times.
Customer service is horrible here. So frustrating when you need to book an appt and no one ever answers the phone.

Checking out the new Outlander hybrid with a friend and the staff have been above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased my 4th outlander from Vickar Mitsubishi in March and am very happy with the new models. I like the length of the warranty, safety of the vehicle and gas mileage.

Never bought a new car ever since we always buy a used one as we have to be on budget. As our family is growing and we wanted a bigger car that suits our budget and needed we decided to buy a new one. A friend introduced me Ricky Yasay who helped me all the way since then he guided me through the process, he answered promptly with all my questions till I get my new 2022 Outlander and we really love it. Budget wise and size of the Outlander for our needs is really perfect for us. No regrets to Ricky Yasay who assisted me all the way big thanks to him. We dealt with Sales Executive Francis Pinon who was simply outstanding! We had originally set out to look at the RVR but ended up more interested in the 2022 Outlander. He did such a great job at finding the sweet spot between being assertive and giving us the assuring space and time we needed that we ended up getting it and couldn't be happier with it!

The nicest people in town, Vickar Mitsubishi is a brand you can trust. Francis was super professional and friendly and went out of his was to help and support me. As long as you are purchasing a new or used vehicle you are treated like royalty and service is fantastic. However if you are not buying another vehicle then be prepared to be treated like a second class individual and brushed off and told to handle things yourself as we cant be bothered to help in any way. I loved that they have their new parts display up! I saw rims and had bought it for my vehicle yesterday. Was such a simple process because I saw them and they informed me about the sizes, helped with fitment and made sure I got the right tire!

First time purchasing a vehicle in Canada. Robert helps me find a nice car but the customer service is not so great.

1. I paid $800 for 3 years Tire warranty and $1200 for the replacement warranty, after the 3 days of purchase and I was told that the warranty can not be cancelled. (I hope these deals are worth the price)

2. High interest rate on my loan (which is 7%) could be avoid if they ask me to apply a loan through my own bank.

From start to finish everyone at Vickar who had a hand in our car buying experience made it extremely positive. Everything was so convenient and they were very accommodating. The vehicle was brought to our home by Robert for a test drive and delivered to us when we made the purchase. Fawaz was available within, literally a minute when we had questions. A big thank you to Joyce and Lori as well!

Service was quite fast, I got my oil change done quickly. I was talking to some sales people like Francis, Robert and Ricky they all answered my questions perfectly when I did have any. Hopefully the 2022 Outlander does not disappoint. I am excited for it!

Vickar Mitsubishi made service appointment for me for 11 am. I was there and I was told that waiting is not recommended because there is 12 cars ahead of me. What's the point for appointments?

Don't buy Mitsubishi car thinking about WARRANTY. Per Mitsubishi the rear axle seal that is leaking on my Mitsubishi is on WARRANTY, but the labor to change it was quoted to be about $350 and some other part that may have to be replaced because of the WARRANTY job would be $150. So the WARRANTY job is $500 because I was told "is cold and snowy in Winnipeg" and Mitsubishi will not do the WARRANTY job without additional payment. Some great WARRANTY.

Recently brought my car here for ceramic coating and a complete polish.my car looks sharp now and they did an awesome job on it.thanks guys.will recommend you guys to all my friends and car club members if they want their car looking sharp like mine!

I had an amazing experience at Vickar Mitsubishi all thanks to Brighton. I came in the other day for an oil change, and Brighton was more than amazing when it came to any questions i had. He had the answer for everything i asked and made me feel 100% comfortable with everything. I wouldn’t be able do recommend it enough! The young salesman was very friendly and accommodating. The other more "experienced" salesman.well a little too aggressive for me but maybe that's just me. Would I go back? I think so.

We just purchased a vehicle here, and all staff especially Lori and Robert, were very accommodating considering we are from out of town. They were very honest with us, and helped and guided us through the whole process to ensure that we get the best deal possible. Highly recommend!

Update: After a week of having the 2020 eclipse cross, we have noticed a few technical flaws to the vehicle. We have brought said issues upon the attention of Robert and we have been promised that they will look into it, and fix the flaws this coming week. Hopefully, they will keep their word and these flaws will be fixed as it is a major safety issue.

3 hours for an oil change, an hour of which my car sat untouched in the "welcome bay"! The service gets worse with every visit.

Don't buy here they sold my family member a brand new SUV not even a few years later the transmissions gone! Told her that it's not covered under warranty and she has to replace it herself because she's driven more than 6000km. This vehicle was BRAND NEW transmissions shouldn't be going. You'd think they'd care and want to make it right but like other reviews have said, it doesn't seem like they care about helping the customer only about sales. If that's actually the case that's really unfortunate. I've certainly been telling people I know about how appalling that is.

Awful place. They used my info and performed a credit check without my approval. Will be reporting this to the Better Buiness Bureau. They did not call me back when I phoned them about their mistakes. Sketchy place.

I called in from Kenora looking for a specific vehicle.i finished up the deal on the phone and they even delivered the car to my door step.they took a video of the vehicle and showed me everything over the phone so i knew exactly what to expect when the car showed up.awesome service guys thank you so much for making it happen on the same day as my birthday!

Online support is great, saw an AD online never really thought I was going to get a response right away but the sales person responded fast and answered all my questions perfectly. Would recommend them even though I did not go with a car from there because of shipping to my province so I went with a car near me instead.
