Vickar Nissan

On January 19,2024 I attended Vickar Nissan in Winnipeg to have my Nissan Rogue service. As I was wandering in the new vehicle showroom I was approached by a Sales Consultant, Mike GRENIER. Mike was very helpful and willing to research their stock for whatever I want see.

Staff very professional and honest. Made you feel very comfortable. All in all it was a very exceptional experience at this car dealership!

Luis, my husband, yesterday took our Pathfinder SUV to change a headlight that was out and also to put a license plate holder on it, and Simón very kindly assisted him and gave him excellent treatment. We want to highly recommend it.

For express oil change it was way too long. Hour and a half wait until I asked about my vehicle. I saw it sitting there with no one working on it. Lot's of staff but lack of communication to customer.

Im a newbie in winnipeg but these folks made it easier for a new comer. Shout out to NICK, LES and CLARK for the outstanding end to end service. They really handheld us from womb to tomb. Best customer service and professional advice on what path and track to take in making this significant milestone. Kudos to the team that really made us feel that we are “FAMILY”

Mark is very good at his job. I hope all your service advisor will be trained by him on how to deal with customers.

Efficient and pleasant service. Reasonable price on maintenance package. Appreciated the car wash. Enjoyed a complimentary coffee. Clean and comfortable waiting area.

Vishal was a wonderful salesperson to deal with when I bought my vehicle this summer! The finance manager Les however was condescending and rude. He did not answer my questions or make me feel comfortable with the finance aspect of this sale.

Brought my Rogue in for some quick Re-call work. Making the appointment was a breeze. They took my vehicle in as soon as I got there and even gave it a quick wash before returning it to me. All in about an hour. I would bring my car back her and recommend it to anyone.

The service was really quick.

I was really happy to find a Nissan dealer offering an express oíl change, skipping the appointment (between 1-3 weeks to find availability in other dealers).

Excellent service as usual. 669813 km on my 2010 frontier. Thanks to always servicing it at Vikar Nissan. Great company. GREAT STAFF!

I recently contacted the Service Department, as both my FOBs were lost in my house fire, along with my two fur babies LuLu and Angel. Each and every Employee in the Service Department were extremely compassionate and understanding. I thank you for expressing your condolences. Your words were very comforting to me.

A couple of days later, I had the pleasure of meeting some of the Employees in the Sales Department, as I was assisting a friend who ended up purchasing a vehicle the same day!

I would have given a 5/5 but the parts guy really gave me a condescending unfriendly vibe. The service I got from the two gentleman that were working with me was impeccable. I was never a customer before. I own an older model Murano but they treated me like I buy a vehicle there every year and made sure I was looked after from the initial hello to the time I left the building.

Had our left signal bulb changed. No appointment but we were in and out in 30 minutes. Mark and service staff at Vickar Nissan on Regent are friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Vickar Nissan if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle or having your existing vehicle serviced.

Feedback on our Nov 2023 snow tire and oil change; everything was done in 45 minutes. As always Mark and the entire service team were friendly and efficient. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Mark is always kind. My English is still not good but he always smiles and talks slowly. I really appreciate it.

The car itself is great. But the Finance Department is another story. I upgraded my vehicle and they continued to take payments from the one I traded in. I would have expected they'd just reverse it and I'd get my money back right away after being told of the error. Nope!

It's been nearly a month and nobody seems to care that I have to pay bills. I keep getting the same excuses, Nissan Canada this and Nissan Canada that, they had a system wide outage, the payment should be there tomorrow.

I just wish someone could explain to me why when it's not my mistake I end up getting punished. There's no way a mistake like this should last this long.
