This location was extremely accommodating, and the pool was a blast! The perfect family getaway.

Went for brunch, ordered a Clubhouse with fries & gravy, no drink. Total was $22+, with tip $28. WAY to pricey for a sandwich & side. Buyer beware. (Clubhouse had no middle piece of bread, literally just a regular sandwich.)

I loved everything about it! The rooms were so lovely, the service staff was so nice and understanding when my brother and I locked ourselves out of the room, and it's walking distance from 7-Eleven, I'd say that's a win!

The rooms are quite adequate, it has a nice ambiance, the employees are polite and friendly. Restaurant prices are quite affordable.

Its really good to stay especially because I always have fun with my family in the pool/hot tub, great service 10/10 recommended

Had a dinner meal there. Very good food and service. (However, would have preferred somewhat larger portions.) I recommend it as a good place to dine.

Staff is friendly, hotel is very clean. Very nice pool in middle and the showers are very nice, to be honest the showers are what you would expect to find in a 5 star hotel. Overall very good for price.

Honestly this is a don’t judge a book by it’s cover 100 times over, the pool area feels like your almost in a get away vacation they have a bar a buffet it’s really wild, the new Reno’s are amazing the rooms are super nice and clean, a lot of money had gone into this renovation and it looks to be done with quality! The only thing I would suggest is market the pool more, get the outside a face lift and get a nice sign something that is bright and shows off all the hard work you put into it. It’s a beautiful hotel and I will admit I was skeptical when I pulled up at 9pm by the atmosphere outside but once I got in, different story!

Amazing place

Lovely Staff and room. Only Thing we hated was the 2nd night when 24 Kids of rooms 182&184blocked the Pool and behaving Bad, slamming doors all night and playing in Front of our door and Screaming. They were around 12 and have no skills of appropiate behavior. We couldnt sleep till 1 pm. First night before they arrived Was great.

Beds were fantastic. The restaurant food was good and service friendly and fast. Kids loved the shallow pool. Bravo

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Gorgeous room, pool, hot tub, and the restaurant food was delicious. The staff in every encounter were wonderful. Special mentions to Michelle and Ramandeep.

I wanted to give 5 stars, however the fact if you stay more than one night you get zero room service until the third day, for $200 a night i should not have to call for towels, TP, kleenex etc.the staff at the front desk & restaurant were fabulous, I would & will certainly stay here again,

Tucked away in Brandon this hotel has recently underwent some renovations. When a shower after work is priority number one in your room cant beat it. Clean rooms well lit warm and inviting furniture, great restaurant with bar and VLT's with friendly staff on hotel site. Hot tub and pool, workout room. What more can someone ask for.

The hotel itself is fine. Nice enough rooms. The showers are the worst. The coffee at the restaurant is awful.

Tried another, "fancier" hotel the first night and didn't get any sleep. Stayed here the next 2 nights and it is every bit as nice as we remembered. Great staff, great pool and hot tub hours, not too noisy, the list goes on. If you are in Brandon and want a nice relaxing stay, this is the place.

It's a decent place, you can easily get lost in endless hallways. Staff working early morning shift should be awake and attentive. Found staff member sleeping when I went to checkout lol

We stayed for 2 nights me and my 2 children. They came to my room twice without waiting for me to answer the door, they knocked then entered. Next day we were told that they could only serve 2 of us complimentary breakfasts. For $230 a night I think they can do better. 1 star.

Thought the place was nice till I took the boys swimming and had the "supervisor" Sam come storming in and start SCREAMING at these kids (who were playing there perfectly fine the whole time we were there) to stop jumping off the middle area. Did not ask them or say it is not safe just came in and started hollering at these 8 year old kids. Then this woman t the pool didn't like getting splashed by them so instead of maybe just saying something to them she went with her son (who was also jumping and playing with the same kids) and told Sam they pushed him in. So guess who power trips and kicks out the little kids. Ms Sam of course. She is also the supervisor so that was fun trying to get a complaint in which is why i am writing this.would not recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel. Will definitely be staying again.
Spacious room with comfy king bed. Shower was great. Pool and hot tub if you want to go and relax. Free breakfast in the morning. Was 100% satisfied. Staff were very polite. Will definitely be staying again.

This place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it is a wonderful hotel. Everything in my room was clean & tidy, the bed was comfortable & the shower was next level. I booked through a 3rd party website and got my room for $136 with tax. Overall I am impressed and if I ever stay in Brandon again I’ll stay here.

Nicely renovated bathrooms but the rest of the suites need renovating. Carpet at the very least.
