Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre

Even though my church used one of the conference rooms, the hotel environment looks great. It's very close to the airport, super store, Walmart, and wholesale club. The hall is large to accommodate all types of events. Parking lots surrounds the building. This is a smart business that is done big.

The hotel looks small from the outside but has a whole lots of rooms and conference rooms as well.

The service was okay and the check-in process was rather smooth. Their shuttle service to the airport was very helpful especially when the temperature was so cold.

Overall, a nice experience.

I enjoyed the pool, and the service was good. When I requested additional amenities, they promptly brought them to the room. However, the mattress and the bedding weren't aligned properly, requiring adjustment, and I noticed a squished paper towel in the corner of the washroom door.

Wonderful rooms and beautiful swimming pool and slides that kids can enjoy.
The only cons are the elevators. It's very slow and too small.

It was ok. The room was big and beautiful and the pool was fun for young kids and toddlers.

The restaurant doesn’t have vegan options though and you have to go down to the lobby if you order from skip. The rooms are also super dry and I found it difficult to sleep. The TV wasn’t user friendly either and I was unable to order movies because the service was unavailable.

They also gave coupons in our package for the restaurant that were valid on a date after our stay which was weird.

Our Christmas parties here are always the best. The staff is always very friendly, and they are always checking in to make sure everything and everyone is being taken care of. I've never stayed in the rooms, but my coworkers tell me that they are beautiful.

This place had a lot of great things.

• The pool was fun for the kids just very shallow for adults. Dinosaur Theme was neat.
• Fitness centre is decent. (But hard to find).
• Rooms were clean.
• Staff was friendly.

We booked the Victoria Inn for our Christmas time with our kids. We rented 4 rooms. 2 pool side and 2 on the 3rd floor. The rooms were good. The pool was too small in relation to the amount of guests. Some areas of the pool and hot tub were dirty and could and should have been cleaned. I found the price of rooms on the high side especially for what was included in the cost. The front desk employees were friendly and informative. But saying all this, our kids and grandkids had a wonderful time and great memories were made!

Rented rooms for our community event. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great service.

Had a business party. Service was great but now everyone that attended the party is now sick.don't think I will be going back

Wish could give them less than that first of all they charged automatically from my account secondly they charged for parking at the same time and then when we went in room there were no lights there were jst two lamps and then they gave u the password of wifi which only connects to ur fon bt doesnt work so its jst wastage of money going here and the price for one night was 212 $
