Pls cooperate who ever hire more staff. Poor gals working hard line ups galore. On a week night. Customers waiting and waiting. Staff were great but under staffed. Maybe someone called in.

The prices at pink were reasonable, but Victoria secret was a little ridiculous.
I got 4 pink bras for less than the 1 Victoria secret bra I got

I still like it even though some products and quality have changed slightly. Still, good things can be purchased

I'm shocked at how dirty it is in the particular store. I'm not sure how with all the employees this gets missed.

The custom service in here sux I tried to ask for help with a limited edition sweater couldn't reach. So she said 2 words walks away to go fold clothes, like how rude she should be fired cheap service indeed

Jasmine was so helpful! I lost some weight so wasn't sure if my size has changed I was so confused at first but I got help in FRs. Loved my purchase and even though I stopped using VS since covid I'm definitely coming back after this experience!

Very good place for alterations. But it can be high priced for alterations. Ask before you committ to alterations to avoid costly alterations.

Ling was an impeccable fitting room gal! She helped me find EXACTLY what I needed. She had a very jovial manner and definitely was the right person to help me. Raise time for her.:)
